absolutely first rate hotel. Nice design, beautiful room, good public areas, very convenient to train and mall, near restaurants
The condition of the hotel room is above expectation. The given rooms were having 3 super single size beds and the 2 rooms were arranged with connecting door. The New Town Plaza is also a very good shopping mall with variety of shops. NIL.
size of the standard rooms no disposable razors were supplied
clean, big room and newly reburbished
Location was really handy. Rooms well insulated for sound. Some raggedy old towels provided and sink had sewerage smell. No bathrobes provided. Kettle provided but no teabags!
The rooms are fantastic
Very good all round.
Walking distance to MTR and shopping centres, banks and eateries. Ideal location for short trips to Shenzhen.
quiet, very clean and large rooms for anywhere especially hong kong
We had a very comfortable, convenient and enjoyable stay. Rooms and pool area were of a nice design. Internet charge of HK$100 a day was a little steep I think but it seems quite common in Hong Kong.
THe decor of room-all the staff-especially Robert,George,Eric Kelvin and our room cleaner but all staff were lovely!!The situation in HK and the great views. Lack of plates, cereal bowls, cutlery and glasses in rooms!
Chinese decor, attentiveness of staff, location
Location Poor 4 star hotel standards overall
The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and the room small, but very nicely decorated. The room was very quiet.
loved the location from LKF, the great city view, and nice room bathtub was tiny.
Nice bed, shower, excellent mobile phone rental policy Could hear the noise from the neighboring room. Maybe a better seal of the shared door between would help. Also, didn't get a receipt for my stay. By the time I remembered it was too late to go back.
Hotel is small, rooms very small and very overpriced. Will never stay there again.
In number excellent audibility, it is audible as clap doors in the next rooms
the hotel is conveniently located near most party areas in the ciry, walking distance to most clubs and bar with lots of foreigners. room has very stylish design with local touch, fantastic view over the harbour the room and especially bathroom are pretty small, no free wi fi
The room was too small
good location, good view of city and Victoria gulf if you stay on high floor. When I book the hotel in Booking.com, this hotel is listed among 5 star hotels. But actually it is a four star hotel, while selling its high floor, e.g. 30th floor, as five star hotel room. There is no swimming pool for us. But as a four-star hotel, it is qualified.
Very Central Location and all the management and staff were most helpfull.I would highly recommend the hotel.
Free shuttle bus service frequency should be increased. Should provide free internet.
Location The fridge not working. The alarm clock not working and showing wrong time
Hotel was nice new and new furnishings very nice, It is also located right next to a train and bus station so you can go anywhere in Hong Kong easily. The Concierge was great and so helpful in all I needed. and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is there is not a lot in the way of shopping and local restaurants just a few little take out places and 1 breakfast place. Everything else was great and we could of used the hotel restaurants but I like to try the local eateries.

Everything about my stay was excellant... the staff was friendly, the food was good at the breakfast, and although it is a little removed from Hong Kong, it was easy access to the Metro line, so easy and fast to get into Hong Kong.
Staff was very helpful. We had all the comforts of home in Hong Kong.
The openness of the surrounding was wonderful consider Kowloon is such a busy place. The hotel was in the new territory near Hong Kong Chinese University, it's near the train station and easy to get to other smaller cities and central Kowloon. no
Very friendly staff, spacious room, clean hotel, excellent food, great bed and an experience we wont forget. Priced very reasonable and staff was more than helpful in all our request. Only regret was we didnt stay longer. Will visit again. Try the spa...worth the price.
The room was large for HK, nice amentities I will stay there again next time around Dinner buffet was overpriced

Everything feels OK except 1) No free internet servive and it is very expensive 2) No free breakfast and it is expensive.
Room , location and breakfast (food and view)
location convenient; rooms well thought out and laid out; services and staff good.
Comfortable size hotel and good location. Charged for internet, exorbitant fee to extend check out for 2 hours. No coffee shop close or on premise.
Its location We had serious issues with their housekeeping deaprtment consistently failing to clean our room on time/properly and some of their breakfast serving staff were exceedingly rude to my party.
Service; size of the room; expresso machine;
the location is very central
This gas to be one of the best hotels I have been fortunate enough to stay in and believe me, I stay in alot all over the world. Yes it doesn't have free wifi or a pool, but for the night owls out there, you couldnt want for a better location in HK 10/10.
Location, space, facilities The chairs were not comfortable. Not enough towels in bathrooms. Rooms not warm enough. Staff at front desk slow to respond to request. elevator man asked me every evening — every time I approached the elevator — "may I help you?" And planted himself in the wya of the elevator to prevent my ingress. Get someone with better memory that greets guests more warmly
Location. Superb! Really nice room. A little noisy on a Saturday night... and have to pay for gym facility.
Location is great - right in the middle of LKF, a short walk to Centra I've stayed here a number of times due to the location and price, but the customer service at this hotel is the worst I've ever experienced in all of my travels. Staff is slow to do everything - check in, check out, wake up call, room service. You name it - they are terrible at it.
The personal and friendly service
location, beds v bad shower - always flooded. taps too close to sink & tub. In-room food poor
Proffessional staff Nothing I didnt like
the staff are great, the loby of the hotel was very nice the rooms are not spacious, most of all ,the bed is not comfortable at all.
This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central, but the MTR and hotel shuttles make it very easy to get there. The breakfast buffet was particularly good and reasonably priced (compared to American hotels). Seems like a nice place to host a business event. We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don't go in expecting a harborfront room.
Staff was so helpful and friendly. Nice hotel. Wifi signal in room was so weak. Nearly unusable.
Hotel was quiet.
a very pleasurable stay from checking in to checking out.Outstanding service throughout the hotel nothing
Beautiful looking hotel. I missed my connecting flight and arrived after 1pm on the day of checkout. Staff allowed me to stay until after late checkout with no extra fees and were extremely helpful. Room was well appointed.
Friendly Cheerful Staff Food in Main Cafe needs to improve
Nearest position for subway Best thing is represented a place yo change our clothes even we've no rm
Loved everything The location could be better
The location is great, only 3 minutes from the MTR I arrived to the hotel at 16:00 after long flight and they told me that my room is not ready and that I will have to wait until 22:00 for room!
the view from the room and the top restaurant is great. very small lobby which does not invite you. The chairs at the main restaurant/breakfast area are very bad.
Up grade to a suite without asking The breakfast wasn't brilliant
Hardly anything Room rather small and smelly. One bed was less than fair. No heating in room. Breakfast "room" untidy and unpleasant.
location is near the centrum hotel is noisy, because near the main roads anda bars, clubs
The room is clean and quiet, and the hotel is quite close to Wan Chai mtr Station. The room rate is high compared to surrounding hotels.
Location and the free shuttle from Hong KOng central station was good. Also they have upgraded my room from club room to suit without charging any money.
bed and shower menu and the fun things
Cleanliness Overall hotel was nice however it was 40 degrees F outside and there was no heater in the hotel or rooms..
Location and comfortable bed Size of bath, height of shower, breakfast choice poor, being telephoned about house keeping when do not disturb sign on door.
Good location and price. Breakfast was definitely not the best in the world.
convenience transport. quite near to MTR station, free shuttle to airport express station. below average servicing among 4 star hotel. Got a lots of bar nearby, may not be good for family with kids.
Great staff anf great service N/A
This was a hotel we have not stayed at before but the staff made you feel important and welcome. Highly recommended and would stay there again. We were very impressed with the Grand Stanford's Club Lounge area and the staff there. They even remember you by name.
Congratulations on one of your staff, Mrs Mandy Tsang at the help desk, very polite and extremely helpfull!!
it was a family trip and v really enjoyed staying here, very close to shopping area and harbur....
the hotel location, facilitis and the good service
The hotel staff are not expert , hotel rooms are not clean
Executive loung very poor
I liked that this hotel was not so expensive, well maintained, and had a quite good location.
location confusing policies - the rates for telephone use were exorbitant, and I was able to extend my booking on the internet at a price that front desk promised was not available any longer.
Small and cozy for family of four. The concierge staff were fantastic, they direct us to the places of interest whether it is by bus, tram, electric bus or MTR, they give clear informations that really help. MTR station is quite a distance away.
I liked the view from the room. If you don't mind to take a few stops with the tram, the location is ok as well. If you like chinese food for dinner, it is ok. If you want a western style dinner, don't go there. For breakfast the situation is different; they have a good buffet style breakfast.
the hotel is very near local restaurants that serve cheap but authentic food it is not near any mtr station, so we had to take taxi, which is more expensive
The room and amenities of the hotel were very good (and would cost more in a major Canadian city which surprised me) and very easy connection from the airport via train and less than a $5 taxi ride. I also received a free upgrade to a very nice harbour view / ocean view room. English comprehension was limited even at reception and concierge (inconvenient but not critical in my situation).
Large clean rooms
Great food and very helpful and friendly staff Rooms dated and small
Shuttle to Hong Kong station Pool not open pass 9pm
Very pleasant atmosphere
Everything was wonderful and the location perfect. Rooms on the small size but great views and location.
i recieved a room upgrade for no charge and thought that was very i also thought the staff was friendly and caring.....also the concierage answered all our questions regarding directions and eating places in a very easy and informative manner....he even printed out a walking map for us.....transport to and from hotel was simple and very easy to do. i liked everything .....it did however take them 1 hour to deliver our bags to the room but that might of been cus it was late at night.....i am really not complaininmg about this but just being honest and informative..
Spectacular location; hotel staff very professional and friendly. Overall good services.
Sraff attitude and attention to detail. Can do attitude Price of food and beverages are exhorbiyant and a limiing factor to full enjoyment of the facility
Location and service. Restaurant timetable. It finish very soon.
Location, location, and location you have to pay for the internet
The staff was incredibly helpful especially Kitty Ting. All of our needs were met.
Loacation, and luxury - right in the middle of Hong KOng with a gret buffet
Location was really nice, very close to shopping area and so on. We were forced to wait for long time to check-in but efforts on recovery to that failure was nice.
The hotel location is fantastic and the atmosphere is great
The rooms were, if anything, nicer and more comfortable than they looked on the web site albeit a little smallish but HK standard size. The staff were professional and very helpful both on check in and out. I was very impressed with the technology in the rooms including a wireless keyboard that controls the computer on the TV screen. Breakfasts in the restaurant and on the club floor were very nice indeed. No complaints other than cost which is also HK style Cable reception on the large LCD was grainy at best but everything else was great
I thourght it was good value for the standerd of room I had chosen, the location was very central to everything I needed to see & do. No I was happy!
The staff in the club floor are very professionals, always offering to help and assist.Excellent customer service.
staff very good no internet access is the rooms, not good for this level of hotel
Great hotel , fantastic gym loved the suite and the bathroom
The Mira is different, standing out from the crowd due to it's designer look & outstanding staff. Put in on an MTR Station & it would be sublime. Note: Chief concierge from the Grand Melborne..enough said. Noise - Hotel rebuilding with jack-hammer noise during day - Don't plan to be in hotel during the day.
every thing, it is the best hotel i have been nothing
Location and big room
Amenities were great. Design was good. Location was great for tourism/shopping. Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!
Rooms very old in style and decor, needs a rebuild ,
Location of the hotel The lady the tourist information desk was useless and not helpful at all! Defeats the whole purpose of having a desk there. Her personality also does not suit what she does. Coming from a country that is big on tourism her attitude left a lot to be desired.
Just the location The gave us a room without a window !!
The Hotel room & the bath room look brand new & clean. The location is good, convenience for public transport. MTR, buses & airport bus just right opposite across the road. Easy to find the place. The hotel front desk staff need to be more friendly, smile sweetly.
There was no hand soap in the bathroom. This is the only hotel i have come across till today in my thirty five years of business travelling, that has no soap to wash hands. My flight got delayed by a whole day, requested not to charge for first day but refused to refund for that. I was supposed to reach on 15 evening and called them on 14th night West coast time .
I enjoyed the accessibility of the hotel as it was right next to the MTR station of TST. It was located in the heart of Hong Kong and shopping was made easy as i carried most of my shopping to the hotel and then went out to shop for more items. The Imperial Hotel is nice, but i believe that the price is quite expensive. Location was good but there are many stand-by people outside the hotel (prostitutes, black market people ) . The hotel should do something about the outside environment. Also the carpet has a funny smell, i suggest to get rid of the carpet and put tiles so the area remains clean.
Check in is efficient - This is important after a long flight and transit into HongKong. Hotel staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. The room key did not work on the 3rd day, and the reception sent a person up to check if i am still having problem with the new card key - Excellent attentiveness. I was pleasantly surprised - This is not usual for hotel in this category. No charges for 2 stay-in kids - This was one of my worries after shopping around a number of hotels. Excellent location in Tsim Sha Shui right across the MTR - Convenient. unfortunately the hotel staff were not fully abreast of their city - e.g whether the flea market is available on Sunday, and the location of star house. Wrong information was given. Consistency of guest supplies is not there - Teabags and newspaper were not provided on certain days.
Location Room/single is too small
Location Small room.
It was not clean
Great location within Kowloon, many sights within a few minutes' walk (Victoria Harbour!). Ferry terminal and subway station nearby. Small but good room with nice bathroom and great shower. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. 7-Eleven, post office and other supermarkets around the corner. Reliable WLAN/WIFI which is HK-$ 40 per 3 hours (3 different time models). All in all: a great base to discover Hong Kong! WLAN/WIFI should be for free in hotels, I think. This would be my only suggestion. Everything was fine during my stay - thank you!
Location is very good! Value for money! 1.Generally Hotel staff is little inflexible, e.g., no sugar for jasmine tea in room. 2. Email on contact id bounced.
Locatiion I visited for New Year and around that time the weather was cold and there is no heating system in the room. They sent an extra blanket and the blanket was the type of which is used by labors. The staff are also very rude. Visited a lot of places around the world but never seen such rude people. If possible, this hotel should be avoided.
To many extras, comfort wise other 4 star hotels offer better deals, wouldnt stay there again the price did not reflect the real value of the hotel
We arrived at the hotel at 10am after an overnight 13 hour plane flight and appreciated that our room was immediately available to us. Then on the day of our departure the hotel happily stored our luggage until 4.30pm (at no cost to us). The hotel shuttle bus service that connects with the Airport Express Train made travel between the airport and hotel easy. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the Quarry Bay mtr Station thus allowing fast and easy access to all areas of Hong Kong. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice.
The facilities were all clean; concierge was very helpful. The Internet fees! In this day and age, they should be able to provide free wi-fi!
The Hong Kong Mwtro's Quarry Bay station was just 5 minutes away. From there, you can travel everywhere in Hong Kong The high Wi-Fi charge and the rude behavior from the staff. They do not make me welcome. Apart from the hotel coffee shop and other food outlets, there were no other restaurants near the hotel.
Excellent location for attending the trade shows. This is my tenth time coming to this hotel and like the hotels service. I would like to see the room rate include internet and breakfast as most hotels do. Internet rates are far to expensive if anything should be complimentary
Excellent location , 2 min from MTR to Central and 7 min to Central HK, 25 m clean swimming pool, good breakfast and perferct buffet lunch.
Easy of travel convenience locally. But it is too far from Airport and it will be a rip off if you go by taxi.
They upgraded me to a better room and overall the front office staff were some of the most helpful I have experienced Nothing
The hotel upgraded the room to Harbour Club. I must admit that after several times in Hongkong, Harbour Plaza North Point has the biggest room compared to other hotels (4 stars or 5 stars) that I ever stayed in Hongkong. The hotel location is also very convenient, easy access. Bus station and trem station are beside the hotel, and MTR station is only 2 minutes from hotel. Will stay again with family. No complaint
Hotel reasonably well located on HK Island. Swimming pool a bonus in humid weather. Reception staff could learn how to smile!
Nothing It's beside a casket; no shopping complex nearby.
Hotel staffs were courteous & friendly. Rooms were not too small, it is just HK standard. Convenient location to transportation & lot’s of good restaurants close by. Room to room calls had to go through switch board.
the room is clean and the hotel is new. the shower is modern also. the price is also not expensive
To play game on TV The lobby is quite dark and also in the elevator.
room is comfortable, clean and very bright room. room a bit small especially the bathroom
Location is very convenience, close to mtr, easy access to shopping centre. No.
the location and the surrounds, being nestled in a neighbouorhood. the room was small n tight especially for family wif kid. or at least the room provided for us. the furnishings' getting old. the reception staff were not too friendly or willing in providing info.
Special Glass aka Magic Glass used in the shower. Thumbs up. Huge lcd screen. Thumbs up. Rooms are smaller. Location of hotel a bit out... Please have a sign board to be placed at the side else no one will see it.
The room was very clean and silent and it had everything needed for a week's holiday. The bed was a bit hard but very good to sleep in. The bathroom was big enough and clean. We payed for a harbour wiew suite, but we got a small room with a "backyard" wiew first. We complained and the staff found us another room with the things we had payed for. In the situation, the staff was friendly and willing to find a room suitable for us from higher floors. The staff, including cleaning personal, were friendly.
The room size were nice and big The bed was too hard, most light bulbs in my room didn't work, small ahower
The housekeeping lady is helpful. The room is too cold because it is central air control
The air-con was too cold even I adjusted the temperature to 25 degrees. Besides, guys at the front desk were rude and not fluent in English though the girls were cheerful.
Very affordable prices and upscale Best Western hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and were able to get us a few snacks late at night.. There is also a bag check area for those who may spend the day in the city before departure etc. Very good hotel. Nothing really, it exceeded expectations.
Convenience, long term pricing No heat - the room was cold - the heat blew nothing but cold air even at 30C
it's far from city. but, the facilities are good. I could get on the bus to go to the international airport in front of the hotel.
close to tram and bus stops temp. in rooms were to low and you cant change it
location bed is not comfortable, quilt too thin
Really big rooms for Hong Kong. Great value for that money.
I received a free upgrade to a suite, the suite was excellent, very spacious by hong kong standards. When leaving the hotel arranged a taxi for me, I asked for a taxi to the airport express station but the hotel staff told the driver to take me to the aiport, I ended up having to go through the tunnel and heading to Kowloon.
Location of the hotel is not so good ,though you can see the harbour but the view is blocked by tall towers in front.overall a good experience of stay but could be better in terms of friendliness of staff.
Very nicely designed and finished rooms. Soundproofing from the airport could be better. Best point was that the very well apppointed and large "executive" lounge had a large furnished balcony for we few leppers who enjoy a drink and a smoke! Free water allowance was a bit mean...should provide two larger bottles.
The rooms were nice and quite big by Asian standards. The best feature is the view of the airport. Watching the planes and trains coming and going on the water. Fascinating. Not near anything but the airport, but the convenience to the airport is the draw. Restaurant selection is limited.
Proximity to the airport - the only reason to stay there The sea view was not as advertised, instead all I could see was the ferry port
Staff was wonderful.
Shuttle buses to airport, Tung Chung and Disneyland were great. We used the bus service very frequently and found it always on time and very convenient. Paying separately for breakfast and internet. Buffet breakfast and internet connection should be included in the price.
Great location for attending show
No easy acces to internet. Very bad service not included in the rate
Service was excellent and access to and from the airport was easy and convenient. Facilities in the room were very good, I cant think of anything that would be needed and not provided.
Location. Nice clean & new rooms
It was very close to the airport thus very convenient for a lay-over. It didn't have free internet
Good all round service, excellent food, comfortable room (tea & coffee & water greatly appreciated) and position close to the airport Nothing
Great airport hotel. Despite being next to the airport you don't hear (but you do see) the planes taking off and landing. Staff is great. Will stay here again. shuttle to/from airport is only every 20 minutes so it can be a longish wait, especially if you just miss it.
The location of the hotel is great. No doubt I did not get a good view room but overall the experience would good. Clean and comfortable. My only request is for your staffs especially those in the front desk to work with more smile and more friendly. They were not rude but it would be good if we see a smile especially in a foreign land.
Central location Slow lift
Clean and comfortable. Wonderful powerful shower and nice firm bed with good quality bedding. The extractor in the bathroom didn't seem to work resulting in excessive condensation.
Relax and comfort
The hotel is well located, because in a few minutes on reach the HKG botanical and zoological garden. Nice side to relax and enjoy a quiet break. No complaints at all. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Prices however from Monday to Friday reasonable, Saturday and Sunday too high.
Location is excellent! Good value for money! Suggest they provide computer internet services for hotel guests, now have to go next door and use one computer in a dark corner and have to stand, extremely inconvenient!!!
Very silent. I had to pay HK$ 100 per day for the internet, which was very often interrupted.
Although clean, the room was run-down. There was nothing cheery or welcoming about the room - no bedspreads, stained carpet, chipped paint, etc. The room needs to be rennovated.
The hotel was very quiet and the bed although hard was very comfortable once we changed to an upgraded and more expensive room. the location was good once we figured out the bus system and where to pick up a bus downtown. the resteraunt that is attatched to the hotel is very unpleasant in the morning and is not well kept. we only ate there once as it didn't look any too clean in the morning. our first room was very old with stained carpets and a really strong smell of smoke. once we paid for an upgrade we were happier by far. the staff was not terribly helpful at this hotel. we are not difficult travellers however there were a number of things we had never seen before such as how to put the key into a slot to turn on the power in the room.
Strategically located in a smart place. Some room , still not renovated.
