The central location and the security arrangements. The man inside and the swipe card entry to the inner part of the hotel itself The hotel looks a little tired and needs painting in parts
booked a double room for one night.very basic. not worth the money paid. mildew in bathroom.dirty soap holders. poor lighting in room. hall light coming through door space between door and doorjam.wall could do with painting. also would be nice if hotel validated full price of car parking.never stayed at hotel where had to pay to park there!
Atmosphere very relaxed, staff very nice and helpful
perfect location in the city , clean and very helpful and friendly staff
its location the toilet door had no stopper which was very annoying as the door would not stay open by itself. Room 413
very average hotel, good that on w/end break no time to spend in hotel, but location is very good before changed room, window didn't shut, noisey with traffic on front and curtain rail fell down, rooms looking dated, 50 euros would be reasonable value
breakfast was lovely
The location was excellent, security was very good and the café downstairs had very fresh, tasty food. There was half-price parking at the adjoining Carpark, although Jury's don't own it. The lighting in the room is soo dull and I actually couldn't see to get things out of my bag it was so dark, eventhough my bag was under one of the 'lights'!! Ridiculous. Also, the house staff were extremely pushy and rude on the morning of our departure as at 11:50am, they were knocking at the door to remind us that we were to leave at 12noon. Then again at 11:55am, another knock came to 'remind' us, we were obviously packing the last of our things and were not impressed at all with this nonsense and rudeness. Were they running around alll the occupied rooms knocking and checking in the final minutes of their stay just to 'remind' them of something they knew anyway? Most annoying and a little infuriating.
It was convient for a gig in the Olympia The staff were not one bit friendly or efficent.
The location was very good for access to the city The rooms were tired and could do wirh a refurbishment
Front desk staff always seemed busy giving tourist info to guests ahead of me. Weird how you must pass the desk to get to your room. Felt like you are passing a panel of judges, though theyvare friendly. I think they should have an irish accented greeter because the staff here sounded like any nice hotel in san francisco where I am from.
Excellent location, lovely suite. Really comfortable bed. Perfect
Room was fab... Amazing!! Oscar Wild Suite! Complimentary wine, biscults, chocolate & the regular tea/coffee making facilities! Very central. No staff there at any time (No foyer) - this did suit us but I could see how others might find it irritating if they needed assistance etc!
the room was clean and pleasant. The hotel was hard to get to, gated doors etc. This hotel was also above a sex shop and managed by its workers. There was no one around to seek help. This should not be classified as a 5 star hotel. This is just a clean apartment with sex dvds available.
big and clean rooms, good location. Very limited hot water in wash basin. The rooms are located near the night club so it's noisy during the night.
The James Joyce Suite was beautiful, so well appointed and comfortable. Very pleasant and professional staff. All-day breakfast was very nice. So central for anything in Dublin City. Highly recommended . Very high standards overall and good value for your money. No, it does give what the profile says.
Location was perfect-close to everything, Well appointed room with all amenities well thought out. Staff was very friendly. Sound proof windows. Very spacious.and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom door was glass and only part was frosted which was a bit strange.
The hotel room had been well renovated and was very comfortable and accessible. I would have like cooling options like air conditioning or a fan and a few hair products.
Being in Temple Bar, noise on street till 4... Not really a hotel, just 4 suites.. And Shower not working.. Not good enough at that money!
Excellent location.. brilliant interiors.. Friendly staff.. Lovely facilities..
The W.B.Yeats Suite was beautiful and very well decorated, it was luxury home from home. The Wifi was fast and free. Very good value and superb location in the Centre of Dublin City. Sound proof windows work well also. All day breakfast was excellent . Highly recommended
The facilities in the room were excellent and the staff were very professional and unintrusive. E10.00 per day charge for car park; although this was waivered due to us being misinformed about early breakfast options.
A clean modern hotel, ideally positioned to explore Dublin. 25 minute taxi ride from the airport (approx 30 euro). Comfortable, well equipped room. Extensive buffet breakfast.
It was very central for Dublin. We were given a free upgrade to Business class - the room was superb. The restaurant was very good and to a good standard. Staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel has a business feel to it which may put off families with younger children. It was very good but as i am a discerning diner i did send back the venison which was tough and i did send back the wine and exchanged it for a more expensive. The Syrah was not good quality so i asked for a St. Emilion which was much better. The staff were excellent though in catering for my needs. The aircon and heating did not work in our room but this was promptly attended to by the maintenance dept and repaired.
Centrally located, pleasant staff and an extremely good breakfast to statrt the day did it for me. No
The room Poor service. Bad dining experience
Near city center but in a very quiet location. staff is efficient and polite. Breakfest is superb although an expensive one.
The hotel could not have been better. Clean, stylish, peaceful, great breakfast selection, very comfortable indeed. I loved the location too. Close to a wide variety of restaurants, use of a gym nearby and within walking distance of all the sights. I would definitely choose it again.
Ideal location and the facilities in the room were very good.
Fantastic modern hotel, stayed at other Radisson sas hotels and always good. Know what you are going to get. Service in bar area on Sunday afternoon wasn't great. Sat waiting for 20 minutes for a drink (with no nuts)!! Wasn't even busy.
The room was very comfortable with an amazing bath and separate shower. The room had a flat screen TV with a good range of channels. We had dinner in the restaurant on the Saturday evening which was very pleasant. The breakfast was not included in the price which was fine, and we paid for separately, however - there was no price choice to either have a continental or buffet. I had the works but my mum only had a crossoint and a cup of tea which still cost 25euros.
I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice pub on-site with great food! I highly recommend it!
We were staying 2 nights in Dublin and it was perfect. Good location, modern and I liked the big room. I didn't like the room's decoration in purples but it is my opinion. And I didn't like also the light in the room, it was poor.
Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. N/a
Great Location. Extremely Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
The location and the rooms were very good. The staff were very friendly. The workout facilities were limited.
Beautiful room and the food in the restaurant was excellent , staff attentive. The location is perfect to see Dublin. No dressing gowns in room and no tea/coffee in room although there is a 24 hr room service.
No nonsense good service. Very good restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.
The hotel is in a great location where everything happens. For young couples that like to stay out late this is really great. The service is great. The rooms are not very spacious, and we paid a big price while the view from the window was not on the street but inside square of the hotel so our window faced other hotel rooms windows. You would expect to get a better view in a suite.
The rooms and facilities are great. The service is highly professional and courteous. Right next to a small cafe if you want breakfast but don't want to dole out the 10-15 euro for the hotel's. Stay was overall very good. You are still in downtown Dublin, though, so keep in mind that while closed windows help greatly, there are still lots of people partying just outside in the adjacent bar/club.
The positioning of the hotel was quite good I was quite dissapointed by the Clarence. I am glad I only paid a reduced rate for the room, it was very noisy all night (due to a constant hum from the nearby boiler) The window had to be open as the room was stifling! A fan was provided but obviously the noise from the fan was not conducive to a good nights sleep!
The location on the Quay and just backing onto Temple Bar (so it isn't too noisy either), the nicely done refurbishing of the original arts and crafts design/style including the wood panelling, the Octagon Bar and the Tea Room were all highlights. Very good bed linens, and comfortable bed and pillows. The Clarence has a bit of 'cool factor' about it too which never hurts! We were a bit disappointed in the room decor, which was rather uninteresting, and even Ikea-ish which for us is definitely not a plus. Blonde wood furniture in an otherwise darker wood arts and crafts movement sensibility seemed odd. Rooms were very bland and smallish which isn't surprising in an older hotel of course.
The bed was comfortable and the fridge was a nice bonus. Check-in is kind of late in my opinion. Travelers with early arrival flights have to wait a long time before they can have access to their room. Also, the location while nice, is a burden i.e. noisy at night.
The quality of the room design, materials, decorations, are all first-rate and comfortable. The service from check-in to delivering a requested U.S. to British Standard wall transformer was splendid. We had a late arrival into the city, dinner with friends, and just less than 3 hours stay in the hotel before our taxi arrived for a pre-dawn flight home. Would have enjoyed staying for a while.
The location is absolutely fantastic. The room was HOT! The hotel does not have A/C. We stayed once before in November and did not notice there wasn't A/C then. In fact we were excited to stay again at this hotel because our first experience was so good. Our most recent trip was in June and the room was very hot even though it wasn't hot outside. We opened the windows, but it was very loud outside and the cigarette smoke and food smells from the bar below were unbearable. The hotel does warn that it's loud because of it's location if you open the windows. The hotel should invest in the mobile A/C units that cost about $800 each. It would be well worth it for summer months.
Everything was just perfect. The staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A refreshing place to stay We had to leave!
When I arrived, I was shown to a very small room, clearly the worst in the hotel, with barely room to walk around the bed and a view of the air con system outside. However, when I immediately complained, I was given I more suitable room within ten minutes. The service was exemplary. The staff were very, very, good, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice, as was my antipasto platter I had in the bar before the gig. I think that the lack of coffee machine in the room is a big drawback. I've stayed in many hotels of this price range, and I think that a Nespresso machine or something like that is important, considering the price of the rooms. I like to have coffee before I see anybody, and that includes the room service waiter. The quality of the room service coffee was not acceptable, either. Also, the selection of toiletries was inadequate and not up to the standard of other similar hotels we've stayed in. Inchydoney, Cliff house hotel in ardmore, The Westbury, all similar prices, all have more facilities in the room, decent toiletries, and a coffee machine. I'm afraid I will not be recommending the CLarence, I prefer the Westbury ~in Dublin.
The location was key for me as a solo traveler. It's central to the Trinity College area, Dublin Castle, the Liffey River, Temple Bar and easy walks elsewhere. It is situated at the corner around 3 busy bars so expect it to be loud during the wee hours of the night. My fight landed super early in the morning so when I arrived at 6:30 am to the hotel I was pleased to find out my room was ready. The Wifi only works in the bar and lobby. I could stand in one corner of my room and maybe get a signal. The lighting was pretty dim and the king bed is 2 twin mattresses together, or feels that way with a seam down the middle of the bed and the pillows are a bit hard. If the cabbie you have doesn't know where the Paramount is when you tell them give the Turks Head bar as a reference.
Great Location. Front Desk Told us to Park in their Garage.. Woke Up at 5am to go on our $200 each Prebooked tour..and the garage was locked, with NO WAY TO OPEN IT until 7am!!!! Completely missed our tour- whole reason for visiting Ireland!! Front Desk staff was useless, and their initial information was our trip fail. Refused to take responsibility for the issue!! Would never recommend the hotel to anyone. Bar downstairs also stays open until 3am, no matter what day of the week YOU WILL hear the noise. Hot. No fans or Air. Wifi only works in Lobby, but extremely slow.
The location!!! The staff The beds Minimal plug outlets so charging multiple devices was difficult.
The staff here were fantastic and helpful with every request. Hotel was clean and close to Temple Bar.
I found the staff to be helpful and informative. The location near the Bayswater underground was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. It was noisy. The walls were thin, making it so you could hear doors closing, toilets flushing, and conversations in and outside...making it difficult to get a good night sleep.
Great location in temple bar with many tourist attractions right near. Very noisy till 4 or 5am because of being in temple bar but loved the atmosphere.
There is a bar on the ground floor that played extremely loud music until 3am- we eventually got moved to the 4th floor & could still hear it there- we had little sleep & it really spoilt our trip as we were exhausted the following day.
They charged for water in the room.
Bathrooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. Very poor lighting. Very noisy location.
Good value for the location! Walking distance from most attractions. Perfect for someone just looking for a base in Dublin and not planning to spend much time in a hotel room. Facilities a bit dated, but clean and in working condition. Very noisy, but that should be expected for a hotel in Temple Bar. Wifi did not work. Not ideal for someone looking for more than a bed to sleep in at night.
great for the temple bar area. Good breakfast. friendly staff. nice design and bar/music/restaurant downstairs. Quiet room (we asked not to be above the bar, 3rd floor courtyard room was good) room a bit small but not a big problem for a couple of nights. Ask for one of the bigger rooms for a longer stay.
was clean and in a good location, loud. did not sleep well. bar/club downstairs was extremely loud , we were awoken by staff at 4am for an emergency that wasn't actually an emergency
breakfast very good, central trundle outside the window every morning at 6.30 a.m.(City Council)
The Hotel is excellent, rooms clean and comfortable and I could recommend it to anyone on an overnight city center stay. The staff were very courteous and friendly.
All the Staff were really freindly, especially the bar staff.
was happy the way front desk staff looked after me needs i like the breakfast that was put on before i left to run the marathron... plus the late check out that was great for me before my long drive home..
The staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel was brilliant.
Great, and very helpful staff! My accomodations were clean, well equipped, and centrally located from shopping centers, Pubs, restaurants and tour bus stops! Great value for your money!
it's location is very convenient room was quite dark
The location was very central, very close to Grafton Street and many restaurants and the bar bia restaurant which is in the hotel was very good. The only negative that I have was when I had a shower the shower curtain didnt stop the water from hitting the floor, so when I got out the bathroom floor was like a swimming pool.
Frindly staff, clean rooms right in the center of the city, Value for money The work men using the same facilities as the guests
The location was perfect.
Good location, nice cafe&deli nearby, friendly staffs, large room for single use. I would like to stay again for the next visit to Dublin!
Basic but functional Shower valve hanging off wall. Hourly chime of ChristChurch Catherdral.
The price - very comfortable hotel at reasonable price The shower overflowed onto the bathroom floor
Great location and good value. En suite room was cosy and clean.
The price and location you just couldn't beat. Just a few short blocks off Temple Bar (5 minutes) and directly in front of Christchurch. With the DART (Tara Station) a short 10 minute walk, and Hueston train station 15-20 minute walk...depending on how fast you walk, you can literally hop all over Ireland. Shopping on Henry Street and Grafton Streets were also very close by. All in all everything is walkable from this hotel. the hotels itself is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, polite and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again should my travel plans ever take me back to lovely Ireland! Nothing!
Walk to everything. Most uncomfortable bed I've slept in in a long time. Shower floods bathroom. Basically all about where if you don't mind the what. Just not very elegant.
Classic hotel at the heart of the city. Extremely convenient! They could use some updates, but the bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. Also they had a mini fridge which apparently hotels don't have anymore or something.
Good breakfast and an excellent hotel bar downstairs.
very pleasant nothing
The Room was very, clean , great Location and ideal for a city break The Breakfast is quiet expensive for what you get.
The Hotel was very clean and warm. Its location was perfect for Trinity college/Grafton Street/Temple bar the Castle and Cathedral The Cathedral bells kept me awake as they chime regularly and my room faced the building. The young girls on reception were unfriendly, and appeared bored most of the time, however, other staff were very helpful.and welcoming.
It was in a Great location and great having Bistro and bar in hotel Staff, especially in bar and somewhat in Bistro and reception, were not always available or very friendly
the location. It was within walking distance to all theplaces you'd want to go to in temple bar.
The location and the comfort, it was just so cozy!!
Staff was very very friendly, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Bar had limited food selection but food was really good. Would stay again but would look around for other hotels priced in the same range first. Room was small, WiFi didn't work well in the restaurant or bar, old style design with creeks in floor, slightly overpriced for what you get but affordable for Dublin. Patrons can be loud at bar time but the one overnight staff member made an effort to minimize it.
It had a nice bar and breakfast room room was tiny and very noisy
The quality of the room, particularly the bathroom
It's in a great location, in the heart of Dublin close to everything. The rooms are really very hot, too hot.
The location is perfect, the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpfull, the hotel was safe and the rooms were acceptable because we were offered triple rooms instead of double which was very tight. the hot and cold seperated taps in the sink, the poor water shower pressure which was annoying and the noisiness all day and night long when people waking in corridors or at the upper floor.
The staff were very friendly, the location is great and it has a nice oldie world atmosphere
Nice breakfast included in the price of the room and the hotel although a little tired had a lot of charactor Very noisy generator
A very nice building with a luxery interieur! They only serve english type breakfast.
Majority of staff was friendly and the location was great-- you're within walking distance from anything you'll want or need. Everything about the room was tiny, including the shower that my husband could hardly fit in. I felt dirty in my room-- there was dirt in the carpet that you could feel walking across in your socks, dirt on the floorboards, dust on the counter tops, cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling, and mold in the shower caulking. The bed was hard as a rock and they only provided 2 paper-flat pillows-- and weren't obliging when we asked for only 2 more. For the amount of money I paid for this hotel room, I would at least like it to be clean and comfortable. The Library Bar was also disappointing, especially since this was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay in the hotel. The drinks were limited, the food even more so (and the bit I tried was not worth the price tag). Even though it has lounge chairs, it isn't cozy or comfortable because there are so many people-- its been over-marketed and now is no longer that intimate place to read or chat that it originally claimed to be.
I only stayed for one night, as I had tickets for a concert. I didn't gain much of an opinion in the short time I spent there but don't have a negative opinion. Only small gripe would be that there were stains on the carpet, water damage to the unit below the sink and a mark on the inside of the bedroom door which could have been repaired. as above
Location to the city and Temple Bar area. Room was quite small, carpets dirty, cold draft through the small window and quite crampt. Notwithstanding this, the value was ok considering the location.
The location right in the heart of the city Breakfast could have been better
Too much noise from road and pubs at turning out time.We stayed in a 1st floor room and the only fresh air came from the air conditioning, it was not possible to open the windows
Nice view (4th floor) - would have been noisy on 1st floor
The staff were very helpful, I was able to leave my bag with them early in the day even though my room wasnt available. I couldnt get the hairdryer to work in my room
how handy it was to everywhere
its location it was very over priced.
The situation of the hotel Some memebers of staff and problems in room (broken window, broken safe)
Location, nice room.
The location was fantastic - just where we wanted to be. The room was really nicley decorated considering the price, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. The bathroom was a bit drab but shower was really powerful which was great
The location was perfect! Even though you are right in the middle of Temple Bar, we could not here a lot of noise, and our room was on the Liffey. Great view of the river. Very convenient location, short walks to Guinness brewery, St Stephens Greens, Grafton Street and GPO. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived very early, but they rushed to get our room ready. They had it ready by the time we finished a coffee in their restaurant.
Excellent breakfast, interesting decor in the restaurant. Comfortable room. We were kept awake by hen parties on Sat but this is expected in any city. We don't wish to raise a complaint.
Location is superb- if you want to be in the heart of a lovely area of Dublin, this is ideal and great value for money. For the price and the location, this is really fine. It can be a bit noisy at night time as there is a club underneath, but it is clean, central and if you're in town to enjoy dublin, it really is in a perfect spot.
Location, location, location! Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were dated, needed redecorating. Could have been cleaner.
It was central
Location is excelent.Services level is quite good and facilities are reasonably updated.Breakfast is also good. Yes, during weekends it is too noisy at night. Some times you have really problems to sleep. There is a Pub just downstairs .
The easi access to shops & theatres was excellent, also the breakfast and choice was pretty good..
Alexandria at the front reception desk was excellent and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. She treated everyone with respect and courtesy. Her attitude and demeanor made our stay worth it. Excellent location and walking distance to most sights in the city. The room could have been cleaner and the hot water was not always reliable. Parking a vehicle is not good. Do not pick up a rental car until you are ready to leave the city. The hotel could be a real jewel in Dublin if it was updated.
very centrally located extremely noisy
Heating did not work. Window would not close properly. Shower ran hot and cold. Room very dated.
The room was very clean - the bed incredibly comfortable! Heard the hotel was noisy but honestly we never had any problems. Staff were professional. Very happy with this place. This place is great. They could maybe do a little updating/renovating to the rooms but otherwise it's fine.
Good price for hotel in the city. Room could have been cleaner and the reception clerks could have been friendlier.
This hotel is in an amazing location. Their staff is excellent. The quality of the service provided by the staff would be the equivalent of that of a 5 star hotel. They were helpful and kind, and were always quick in response. The hotel is a little outdated, but you can tell the extra effort taken to ensure that the hotel is clean and well kept. We heard they are closing in May 2016 for 18 months to have a full renovation. I hope that's true, and that the same staff returns, because we would love to come stay again. The beds are really hard, and it is in the bar district so it is very loud on weekend nights. We still really enjoyed it, and if you are a person who likes to stay out late and have a good time on weekends this is the hotel for you. It isn't so much a negative, as it is that you should be aware of where you are booking.
Friendly staff, great location, breakfast included No fans...it tended to get a little warm/stuffy in the rooms even w/ windows open
helpfulness of staff, hotel location. Night porter very helpful and courteous.
Attractive rooms, very convenient location
Clean, comfortable room with lovely breakfast. Staff were helpful. Close to pub but not noisy at all in rooms. Good value for money.
Loacation Location Location. 10 min walk from everything. Water pressure in showers could have been better.
Great location at the edge of Temple Bar. Had a big comfortable corner room on 2nd floor overlooking the Town Hall and main street. Very happy with the stay. a litle dated, but great value for money.
courtesy of staff. location of hotel. facilities especially entertainment. cleanliness of room room far to small
The location was perfect for city centre/ shopping break. Very noisey.
Helpful and frendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Someone rang me at 2.35am to party! Could have been other guest.
It is very central, comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly.
Nice people, clean and comfortable rooms, good location. No
Great location, nice staff, clean room and a bathroom everything I needed at a great price besides we were in Fucken Dublin who stays in the room. The beds push together to make a double the middle was not comfortable.
Big bed. Room matched the photos Very noisy. No staff around to make you welcome. Kind of left to our own devices
Stayed last weekend and found the hotel perfect for our overnight stay in the city. The room was nicely decorated with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast the following morning was of a very high standard also. The location is excellent for theatres, restaurants and nite life in central dublin. Noise levels for the pub downstairs were quiet high on the street at closing time so windows could benefit from double glazing. The room was nicely decorated but just one thing, the table in the room we stayed in could do with being replaced/removed as it was completly stained and was the only thing to bring down the standard of the room which was otherwise lovely.
Great location, only a few minutes walk from Temple Bar. Lovely room, very tasteful, with really nice soaps etc. Choice of a quiet bar exclusive to hotel, but also a very lively bar shared with others. Room was noisy due to it's location (although earplugs were supplied!) It was really dificult to find initially, nobody had heard of it and sign was very small but it had only been open a few weeks so that would be easily rectified.
The location is ideal! Cool and hip little place. Excellent continental breakfast and free wifi. Very very small bathroom. The pics online must have been taken with a ver wide angle lens. Also, hotel does not accept Amex.
great location, cool bar, comfortable bed traffic was a bit loud and there was no car parking
i loved the decor, and the cocktail bar very urban city cool effect! hope it goes well for you's i would defo come back!
The location was great. Hotel was quirky and had a no fuss feel about it. We stayed in room 6 which was right on the street and very very noisy - not sure if it would be everyones cup of tea. Also the hotel was roasting! Too warm
Great location, minimal style.friendly . bathrooms small..and my hot water tap was broken and would not turn off.
location clean comfortable room, good bar downstairs
The location was excellent. Rooms very basic but enjoyed my break. Bit noisy outside as it was close to a Public House which stayed opened until early hours of the morning. Good for a break but would not like to stay for a week or two. Noisy pub next door.
Everything was excellent! Location was perfect for exploring Dublin. We had plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable.
excellent location, perfect for night out in city centre. not disturbed by noise at all and the fact that breakfast and check in in different buildings did not matter. Alot of stairs!
We found the hotel location very central . The room was cosey but do remember to turn on the radiator before you go out.If you want quiet ask for room at back as we were front room and could hear all the life outside from popular pub accross the road.We didnt mind as we were getting the city atmosphere. Continental breakfast was good and tasty.Overall we were happy with everything.
Location is in the center, just near Temple Bar. Staff is very friendly 3 different locations. Very confusing I had a very small room. Breakfast is very limited in choice. Poor price/quality ratio.
It was in a great location, in a very cool old building. Breakfast at L"Gueuleton was a nice change of pace from typical hotel breakfasts. I didn't like that there is no actual hotel staff located in the Grafton Guesthouse, and that the building has no elevator. Carrying three suitcases up to our attic room was extremely difficult. We also had to call reception a few times (once when the toilet was not working well, and again to ask for restaurant recommendations) and both times the person at the front desk was not particularly friendly or helpful. Also, the room we stayed in smelled like smoke, even though it was a presumably non-smoking room, and the heater would not turn on.
Friendly staff, quiet room, very clean & fresh. No kettle to make tea / coffee....
it was centrally located in the heart of the Dublin bar district. our room had dust eveerywhere and we called to the front desk twice before anything was done and it still was dirty after they "cleaned it" Also the lady at the receptionist desk was rude and our bed was hard as a rock. The room was tiny for what we paid for it.
Location - very easy to access Temple bar area. Breakfast - It's free but not very much choice.
The price for such a centralized location is amazing. You're no more than a 10 minute to all of the cities sites. The continental breakfast is nothing to write home about after traveling the country side and being feed at B&Bs.
