Location was great. Despite the construction things were quiet but it was just a few minutes walk to all the key areas of city-center Dublin. The staff were courteous and very helpful in setting up a prompt can for an early morning flight. As may be expected in a chain hotel in a big city the staff were not local and did not have a lot of first had recommendations for places to eat or estimated times it would take to walk places.
Cheap and good location Lost my phone in the lift shaft and the hotel didn't have any access to it.
Great location, very pleasant staff, spacious room (especially by European standards). Very nice hotel. Nitpick: bathroom could have used a little updating.
concierge recommendations great breakfast Very small room with minimal closet space and walking space and a step down to get to the bathroom Had larger room for less money on my 5 previous stays here
better wifi access
barpub below with live music everyday is fun room is very simple, water (cold/warm) was not good to wash .
Can't beat the excellent location on St. Stephen's Green and Grafton Street. Staff is very professional and efficient. Rooms are nicely appointed, if a little small for two adults. Breakfast was excellent with great and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends. Rooms are small and awkward space for two adults.
Friendly staff and peace and quiet Rooms are small and awkward space for two adults.
The quality of the room was excellent The in-room dining was not quite what I expected from the menu
The location The receptionist.
The hotel is situated right in the heart of where everything happens. For most of my itinerary, I was able to walk. The hallway carpeting can use a good cleaning to remove the old and stale smell.
Location Very very very noisy.
Great location, helpful and very attentive staff and good on site food options.. Most of the city's attractions are within a mile of the location - so they are walkable and there is There was no AC in the hotel on the top floor.. it forced us to keep the window open as it was very warm -78-80 F in the room Staff tried to help us with heater/fans... but... that didnt really help. We were forced to leave the window open and endure the nightly noise of Fleet street. This was disappointing. Other than this our stay at the Morgan was good.
The room was lovely. The several live bands every Friday-Sunday night in the neighborhood might as well be in your bedroom. If you like drums, loud choruses, and bass guitars, then all will seem fine. Really a shame for an otherwise pleasant hotel
Location was perfect-close to everything, Well appointed room with all amenities well thought out. Staff was very friendly. Sound proof windows. Very spacious.and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom door was glass and only part was frosted which was a bit strange.
Room was fab... Amazing!! Oscar Wild Suite! Complimentary wine, biscults, chocolate & the regular tea/coffee making facilities! Very central. No staff there at any time (No foyer) - this did suit us but I could see how others might find it irritating if they needed assistance etc!
Front desk staff always seemed busy giving tourist info to guests ahead of me. Weird how you must pass the desk to get to your room. Felt like you are passing a panel of judges, though theyvare friendly. I think they should have an irish accented greeter because the staff here sounded like any nice hotel in san francisco where I am from.
The location was excellent, security was very good and the café downstairs had very fresh, tasty food. There was half-price parking at the adjoining Carpark, although Jury's don't own it. The lighting in the room is soo dull and I actually couldn't see to get things out of my bag it was so dark, eventhough my bag was under one of the 'lights'!! Ridiculous. Also, the house staff were extremely pushy and rude on the morning of our departure as at 11:50am, they were knocking at the door to remind us that we were to leave at 12noon. Then again at 11:55am, another knock came to 'remind' us, we were obviously packing the last of our things and were not impressed at all with this nonsense and rudeness. Were they running around alll the occupied rooms knocking and checking in the final minutes of their stay just to 'remind' them of something they knew anyway? Most annoying and a little infuriating.
The staff was friendly and had nice scones and tea in the lobby. The wake up call was a little late, so set a back up alarm just in case.
Cleanliness Street noise and sarcastic security staff.
No air conditioning. Very hot at night
Location was convenient and pub was vibrant Construction noise was extremely loud.
I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice pub on-site with great food! I highly recommend it!
The room Poor service. Bad dining experience
The hotel is located in central Dublin and within walking distance of Trinity College as well as the National Museum. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We got in very early and there is a lounge downstairs with internet, couches, etc. They brought us a tray with tea and coffee which was lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel.
Reception is so kind.
Very comfortable bed, good wifi, nice view on Liffey quay, near city center but quiet. maybe not to close the kitchen so early
Only its location. Dirty and small room, no space for luggages, freezing cold, many noises from other rooms. No value for EUR79. We stayed here for one night and moved to a better hotel next day.
