Wifi isn't free - it's $13/day, minimum.
The hotel was easy to get to, and had parking on-site (not free, which is the norm in Boston from what I'm told). There was a nice restaurant on-site, and a Starbucks for breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows comfortable.
You couldn't really walk anywhere from the hotel easily, and Boston is a very walkable town. There were no other options for breakfast other than Starbucks in the lobby, except room service at an outrageous price. The wi-fi was not accessible--we could have called the desk, but didn't bother. There was no information in the room with instructions. The shower was so weak it took twice as long to rinse off, unless you used the hand-held massage shower which took your skin off. Local phone calls were not free which is ridiculous. Bottled water in the room had a price tag on it. I was afraid to use the soap in the bathroom for fear it would cost extra. I do not like being "nickled and dimed." The little amenities should be free. Will look elsewhere for my next stay.
Room was cozy and bed was comfy.
I would like to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom along with a night light also in the bathroom. Perhaps a board in the lobby of what might be going on in the city or in the vicinity. When we were there fireworks were set off at about 9pm, it was Labor Day weekend. If we knew in advance, we would have gone down to the waterfront to view them.
Clean, beautiful architecture
Staff were unhelpful, argued with me about SGP and then realized they were wrong, didn't offer standard things that I get being a platinum member staying 60+ days a year there. Very unprofessional all around.
The bed and shower were great!!!

They had a nice gym and pool area for working out.
The staff is horribly rude and is pretty much incompetent. The first room the have me already had people staying in it. You can imagine the surprise on both our faces when I opened the door.

There was a differemce in what Hotels.com quoted and what I was charged for my stay. I feel that I was not told up front what the extra charges would be. Hotels.com is looking into it.
The pool and gym were cery good

Room was nice, customer service was excellent and the trolley service to and from the hotel was great. Hotel bar and front desk had great design and comfort.
Bed left both our backs aching. Not sure if it was too soft or bed just wasn't good quality or maybe too old-not sure.
not much: weirdest and longest check-in ever, major bad surprise with the check... a great deal of snobbishness and inefficient fuss.
The service and pool for children
They did not register the price we were given from your web sight so when we checked out our bill was more than three times the price you quoted, it took us over one hour to clear up the mess and we had to stand firm on our email rom your company. The hotel is very far away from Boston.
New, clean, amazingly comfortable bed, big room with good view over city.
Noise from corridor, hotel is in a no-where land next to exhibition centre. Takes a while to get into town. Internet in room is $12. Large hotel with lots of meetings & functions, meaning there are a LOT of people moving around all the time.
This is our third trip to Boston for the Wine Expo and our first staying at the Westin Waterfront. We had stayed at the Seaport Hotel in the past and I must say the experience is night and day. I was blown away by the Westin and its staff. We had the pleasure of being checked in by one of the managers (Tomas, I think) who upgraded us to a deluxe room on their highest floor and had a great view of the Boston skyline. We had a fabulous dinner at Salvatore's down by the waterfront which was about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely stay at the Westin for any future trips to Boston.
