Everything was nice. Valet was way to expensive, especially over night and your staying at the hotel.
Location was great. Staff was friendly. Property was gorgeous. Super comfortable. Relaxing. Very enjoyable.
Nice pool. Good service. Good Location.
Nothing the stay was horible The location and the staff
This hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was in a great location with nearby shopping and dining. It is also very close to Magic Mountain which was very convenient. nothing
The bell hop was so nice when helping me with my luggage. The rooms were very comfortable. As mentioned above the front desk's phone skills and the ice machine on my floor was broken.
room and gym all was very good
- Very courteous staff - Comfy rooms and facilities - All my requests were taken care of within 10 minutes
Pool side golf near by Location was great bar was friendly
Staff helpfulness - restaurant, bar, front desk, other staff encountered in hallway No rooms ready at check in time, limited menu, new room keys needed for late checkout, no double queen rooms
Close to Six Flags. Facility undergoing maintenance and water was all over the hall. WIFI didn't work. Staff not very friendly.
Be aware there is traffic noise. Travel with earplugs. Bed was comfortable although the non-smoking room smelled of smoke.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It is near restaurants and shopping. More outside lighting is needed for the buildings in back.
How greasy these people are.
All of it That I had to leave
Quiet-didn't hear other people or the freeway. Heated pool and lounge chairs Vaulted ceiling on second floor Good breakfast including waffles, juices, cereal, fruit, and pastries Very nice staff Clean room with comfortable linens
There AC is quiet Their booking system and service provided are awful!
My family had a nice stay. Very close to Magic Mountain. Also had a nice breakfast.
Staff was great and so was the room.
clean room. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet considering the location next to freeway.
Clean close to magic mountain They charged me twice and it takes two weeks to put my money back on my card.
Location adjustment to Six Flaga Old room, bugs, strange smells
The facility was good and in OK location for major attractions. I booked a double several days in advance. When we arrived I was told they didn't have a double and had to take a king room with rollaway bed. I was given $25 off and two drinks. It was too late on Friday to find another hotel in the area. The rollaway was not very comfortable.
With the rise in parking cost at six flags choosing Hilton over comfort inn (where breakfast is included) for $10 more was a no brainer. The free shuttle service was just the icing on the cake to newly upgraded accommodations, cleanliness and pleasant staff. The second level has gorgeously high ceilings and not really a big point but I like the staircases being so open and not making you like you're about to be a victim in a horror movie. And even if breakfast isn't free the level of food service makes it worth it. Getting in early we expected to take a quick nap and go straight to dinner, but hitting the bed we immediately passed out in blissful slumber and come morning we didn't want to crawl out bed. As someone that travels to six flags 4+ times a year this is definitely my new favorite hotel. A second elevator would be nice, but not necessary
The beds were terrible. Very hard
Pros: -location -very clean -up-to-date -helpful and friendly staff -nice rooms -comfortable beds -delicious breakfast -Six Flags shuttle -very well priced -cozy and comfortable outdoor patio -nice pool Cons: -none. Seriously, this place was perfect for our needs
Easy access from the freeway. The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We used the in house shuttle service, the drivers were very nice and good drivers. The breakfast was made to order and the servers made you feel they were glad to see us. Thanks again for a fun stay!
Transportation to and from Magic Mountain was easy and convenient. The room was very comfortable and the pool/ spa was relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful! No complaints here!
Bistro was great for breakfast You can hear slight freeway noise
Very economic, clean, close to six flags, and the bistro food was good. We were the only ones in line and the bistro staff didn't even greet us and let us know they'd be with us shortly until they were finished with whatever task they were working on. Also for the price of food you get very little.
The staff was frirndly and very helpful, the rooms were spacious and the grounds were gorgeous. The pool was clean and heated.
The pool is amazing. Great rooms. Uhhhh... Fee for parking? Didn't see that coming. No info about that when I booked or checked in. Also, no breakfast? I was under the impression that was complimentary. Nope. But Summer at the front desk was super knowledge & helpful.
The front desk staff was very efficient and pleasant upon check-in. We received a call in our room from the front desk shortly after we arrived to ensure we had everything that we needed. The common areas in the lobby were comfortably sized. The whole property was clean and orderly. The room layouts - standard for newer Marriott locations we have stayed in, are cramped. There are other hotels at the same price point that feel like apartments compared to the Marriott layout. If you are looking for a comfortable bed - look to other hotels. Marriott seems to use the cheapest mattresses on the market. Insufferable for more than one night.
I liked the room (nice beds/ linens), workout room. Breakfast was good too While the breakfast was good, staff had a hard time keeping up with the cross country team that descended all at once. But even so, they managed pretty well. Need some overflow procedures! I bought my room on Travelocity, so could not see a closing receipt when I checked out. I wish that we're different. All in all, I liked the hotel and will come back if the opportunity arises. Thank you.
good and clean.. too far away from LA center
Very nice overall. Staff very nice.
The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to say hello and check if you needed anything! Room had lots of outlets for all our electronics. 24 hour coffee/hot cocoa along with warm cookies at night was a huge plus! Not to mention yummy full hot breakfast and ice cold bottled water by the heated pool!
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. My bed was the best hotel bed I've ever experienced. Coupled with an array of pillow choices, one that was perfect, I slept very well. I did not like the lack of space in the breakfast room and the use of barstools that are not accessible to elderly/wheelchair guests. The hot tray was in the corner and the line waiting to get food blocked other guests from getting different items, i.e. waffles. The room itself felt as though it were missing furniture, such as a chair and ottoman; there was a lot of wasted/unused space.
Staff was friendly, breakfast included was nice, room was cleaned very well. Nice hot tub. Everyone was helpful. It's nice that the hotel has gone smoke free. Small room for the price. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, hence when you take a shower, the steam builds up. We were on an end room and there was a light right outside of our room (kept the room with more light than I liked all night long). We had children running and very noisy outside of our room into the evening.
The staff offer excellent service, when booked in advance you get a better deal but overall above average hotel
The fasted check in and out I have ever experienced. Th staff was friendly and courteous
Breakfast Wifi was down entire stay, unfriendly front desk
So close to six flags. Free breakfast. Nothing! Amazing!
Great breakfast and very friendly staff! The carpet in the rooms could be cleaner. It looked worn and dirty.
Quiet The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs when you put your hands on it.
I loved the room and the cocktail hour. The food was fantastic! My only complaint is that when I needed a luggage cart none were to be found. I had been to the lobby and was told someone would bring me one to my room. I had to call 3 more times and an hour later I finally got one. But whoever brought it didn't knock to let me know it was there. I found it by opening my door again on which it was put in front of another room.
I love this place. The staff is always very nice. The breakfast is great and the place is always clean. The happy hour is also great after a long day at the park. Other customers. Ha ha ha ha
Free breakfast and comp wifi Need to pay for parking there

Location Breakfast was pretty bad
Location, clean, size of room, free breakfast helpful staff.
I loved the ease of check in. Centrally located with our outside activities, attractions, and even grocery and retail stores. The breakfast and ooey gooey cookies were awesome too! All was well.
having a kitchen and hot breakfast in the lobby in the morning no
friendly staff. good complimentary breakfast offering
Check in host was very friendly, we loved the two rooms with kids, beautiful kitchen.

Hot showers. Clean room. Kitchen ware and appliances was a nice touch. A decent amount of breakfast options. Comfy bed. Clean sheets. Nice cozy comforter. Staff was available when I stepped out of the hotel at 4am to go running. Parking always available. There is only one waffle maker for all of the breakfast guests and it only makes one waffle at a time. There was someone at the guest services desk when I needed to speak to someone at 4am, however I tried to call beforehand and no one answered.
The room came with a kitchen, complete with fridge and stove top. The room was very nice, including the pull out bed. Great location! The woman who worked the complimentary buffet in the morning on 6/5 was absolutely amazing. There was some ketchup on the wall in the kitchen and the sink in the bathroom didn't look clean when we first arrived. Sink disposal in kitchen was broken.

Staff was very friendly and available. Under construction which was not disclosed beforehand. Pool was dirty (had leaves and an outdoor chair in it). Rooms have very thin walls. There was no parking.
The staff was very nice. The parking lot was not good. People taking up 3 parking spots so you can't find a place to park.
Nice friendly staff, clean hotel. Great value compared with other hotels nearby. Breakfast was more than adequate, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, fresh fruit, toast, eggo waffles, yogurt, and pastries! Pool and spa were very nice. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed was a little too firm for me but my husband loved it. Only complaint was the toilet seat was painted over, by hand, not really a high price item to replace, lol. Would stay here again.
The attendant at the front desk was very nice The cleanliness of the hotel is horrible. There were hairs in the tub and hairs in the towels. They had cleaned the room with an old mop that hadn't been rinsed which left the room smelling awful. I came back to the hotel late and with only a one night stay and an early departure, it wasn't worth moving rooms. There are some sketchy elements around the place, homeless walking out of the hills behind the place in the morning, a bit of loitering in the parking lot. While it is a Super 8 and provides a room with a roof, it also seems to be a last refuge for those who have been run out of the valley. It did what it needed to but I won't stay here again.
Very clean and organized staff is really courteous and friendly........ Very reasonable prices also Nothing
They left the smoke alarm on the floor...I might not be as upset if they did something to make it right. All they did was apologize. Words are cheap.
The night staff was great. They made checking in really easy. It's about 20 mins away from Six flags and the price was great.
Confortable bed and spacious. Pillows were not fluffy and front desk staff was not that friendly.
Great price, clean, family friendly. Close to stores and restaurants. I had my 3 boys and husband with me and they were great! Didn't bother us. Though we didn't break any rules. Took the kids swimming which was great, they have a perfect pool for the littles that's 3 1/2 feet at its deepest. The jacuzzi was awesome after a long trip! A little far from six flags but we managed!
Overall the stay was very good. We thought 9 am was a little early to end breakfast. Also the tub was very slippery. I almost fell.
The restaurant across the street is amazing. Pricey but excellent. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful, and the maid service was good. The hotel decor looks like it was stolen from 1989. The room itself looked okay, but the bed was hard and the sheets were some cheap synthetic blend that was very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast is minuscule and though served from 6am-9am it was picked clean by 8am. The vending machine(just below my room, thanks) stole my money.
Its location to six flags magic mountain was decent. The shower was like an 80 year old woman drooling maple syrup on your back, the smell was that of fermaldihyde and cabbage and you had to pay an extra 15 bucks a day just to request non smoking, when really you were just trading in a smoky smell for that of something slightly less pungent.
The bed and the jacuzzi No ice bucket
they do not have king bed when I did reservat
Hotel was pretty quiet. Free parking and internet. Room had DirecTV and lots of channels. Room also had microwave and small fridge, coffeemaker and hair dryer. Pretty big room with small dining table and two chairs, also small couch chair and desk with office chair. Sink and dressing table separate from toilet and shower/tub. Premises has vending machines and ice and laundry room. Staff was friendly and competent. Complimentary coffee in breakfast room. Didn't dislike anything.
Convienient to med facility Nothing
Free parking. Free internet. Room was clean. Smell good. Microwave and fridge.
Staff was helpful and courteous, facility clean and comfortable, at a reasonable cost. The parking lot was well lit and key-card accessible only. I goofed when making my reservation (cutting myself off a day early) and it was handled courteously and professionally. I would definitely stay here again. The wi-fi, while free, tended to log out/time-out overnight or during the day, and was tricky to log back into. Because of the design (open air corridors around a central atrium), people passing by in the hall were noisier than expected. But other guests seemed to retire at a reasonable hour, so it didn't really disturb me. There is no elevator that I could find, so pack light or request a ground floor room.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast had lots of options and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. All 3 vending machines were out of bottled water.
Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception. Rooms are nicely refurbished and very clean! Free continental breakfast is sober, but OK. Restaurants (mostly fast-food) are all close-by in the area. Secured parking (free) en free wifi are provided. A very good price/quality accomodation. The location requires a car for exploring Los Angeles, where traffic jams can cause an extended traveltime.....!!
Clean hotel Breakfast
Gated parking. This hotel is not in the greatest area. Terrible sound isolation between floors. Sounded like a wrestling match going on in the room overhead till 2AM. Had to call the front office to complain.
Close to where I needed to stay. Many prostitutes
The room I was in was clean, comfortable and amazingly roomy. I was especially charmed with the tall ceilings. The towels were on the small size. If I were to stay again, I would bring by own larger towel.
Very clean, freindly staff. Easy freeway access
very close to the location to we were attending. Also, not hard to find Nothing to do with the staff but we had some loud partiers near us, and it was right off the freeway so you could hear traffic all the time.
The hotel was in a convenient location. The pillows were very poor quality.
I liked how inexpensive it was compared to a 4star hotel I didn't like how there wasn't a double lock and a piece of chewed gum in our bed. I was too tired to even discuss this with the front desk. I just wanted out of there the next morning
The room was very big and looked nice. Dippy tub fixture. Not good when the state has water issues.
The room was clean, and decorated nicely. It was comfortable, AC/heater worked great. Totally worth every dollar, definately going back.
It was close to where I needed to go to. There were shops around for food and such. Not too far from the freeway. The name was not Starlight Inn. It was Roadway Inn. The address on the website is not correct either. .There was no tissue for blowing your nose. I have never been to another hotel or motel that used a flat sheet for a fitted sheet on the mattress. Also if I'm going to be paying with a credit card please don't ask me to pay in cash.
