Explored Naples and its surrounding area, including Sanibel Island and the Everglades.Excellent position for shopping and restaurants. No
Hotel was very nice. Pool area was wounderful.
The staff were fantastic and were so helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble. Ended up staying two nights instead of the planned one night The rooms were a little dark - especially the living room and dining area due to only one window. With the room being an end unit, there was very little natural light
I loved our stay at the Bellasera! My husband and I stayed there with our 1 year old daughter for three days. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and breakfast bar as well as a full dining room for the price of a typical hotel room. Had we stayed for more than a few days, we would have gotten groceries and had family over for dinner. The suites are huge and everything feels new and modern. It is within a short walking distance of 5th Avenue (about 2 blocks) and all of the shops and restaurants located thereon. Nice screened in porch which leads to a courtyard that leads to the pool and bar area. Towels are easily accessible at the pool and there are lots of chairs available. Pool is nice, but shallow (I think the deepest spot is 5 feet), which was fine for my daughter and I. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Naples!!! The only think that I didn't like was that there were some teeny tiny ants on the kitchen counter. We mentioned it to the maid and maintenance came within 15 minutes to deal with it. The service was excellent. And it is South Florida, so some insects are to be expected. I'd rather have ants than no-see-ums! Everything else was wonderful.
Great suite, great location, great place. Late check-in.
Friendly staff and facilities
We got a 2 bedroom suite which had a nice layout. Plus the real plus is the laundry service it has inside its suite. Internet was fast & toiletries were all included except for a toothbrush. You dont give out complimentary water bottles. We would have found it the best especially since there is a fridge & kitchen to use as well.
Feels like home away from home. The paper goods need to be better quality. Our breakfast didn't seem to be as good as the hotel and our wait staff needed to be less into herself and how she felt.
Beautiful rooms, kitchen and livingroom for our family, pool, great hotel and very nice, most kind and helpful people working in the hotel and bar. Everything was fine. You have to be 21years old to go to gym in hotel.
Size of 2 bedroom unit. Great housekeeping.Walk to Naples A bit pricey., but worth it
Very good quality hotel, suite was excellent equiped, staff was friendly and efficient
I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and that they have a couple of nice restaurants right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I requested Gulf view, but i did not get that. In fact I was told that my room was upgraded which suprised me because the room was quite dated (old). Don't get me wrong. It was a nice room, just outdated. The most disappointing thing was that the a/c fan kept running all night. That created a humidity problem that kept me from sleeping all night. There was no way to shut it off other than turning the a/c off completely which was not an alternative with the 90 degree weather outside. Also, I was not expecting to pay for every little thing. Nothing is included.
are you kidding? nada! accomodations were marginal at best. expected an ocean front room-but was forced into ground level hovel because of lack of availability. the place is getting dingier by the year! needs a whole refreshing! its only pluses are location on the gulf and its golf course.
wifi didn't really work, u need to pay money for it.
Everything was wonderful! Our room was next to a noisy elevator.
The location can't be beat. You don't even need a car. You can walk the beaches, walk to town, walk to the pier. The first room we had was terrible. It was on the 3rd floor of the main building. There was no stair access; we had to rely on an elevator which was slow. We could not open the door to the patio overlooking the Gulf because the propane fumes were too strong. Very disappointing. We were however, offered a king room in another building on the 2nd floor which was fabulous. It made all the difference in our stay.
Cleaning staff was friendly and came twice a day and my daughter loved that they left chocolates on the pillow! The heat kept coming on when we adjusted the unit, it was like everything was preset and you couldn't change it.
Location great in area with little competition. Classy resort feel with nice pool, grounds, etc. Friendly, effective staff. Standard room very nice, but a bit dull and very pricey. However full during stay, so priced to the market? And price offset by unexpected free valet parking.
The food was pricey. Beach chairs and umbrella rental way too expensive.
Room, pool, beach, shops, pro shop. Just a great visit.
Didn't have to leave resort. Facilities well maintained and modern. HB's had a limited menu for the upscale dining.
This hotel is on the beach. We stayed for 3 nights and each day we spent our time divided between the pool and the beach. The resort was beautiful. Food and drink was a little pricey but just as any other nice beach resort would be.
Clean..great location...nice evening entertainment on the beach Food and beverage a bit expensive and 2 beach chairs and umbrella were $50 per day....ouch
We loved our stay at Naples Bay! The staff was great -- they went above and beyond to make sure our first anniversary was memorable, and we are so thankful to them. The staff is very friendly in the most genuine way, which we appreciated a lot. We had a view of the marina from our room, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the yachts and other people go by. If our stay had been longer, we would have made sure to take advantage of everything the resort had -- it would have been nice to rent a boat or a kayak, but we just didn't have the time. It's a very relaxing, quiet place. The pool area is nice -- there's a small lazy river there, and you can buy food and drinks. There's an adults-only area, which is great. Lots of great restaurants on site, and some boutique shops too. This is the perfect place to go if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing time. One note -- if you have an iPhone, the maps application will take you to the wrong spot. Make sure that you either look up or print out directions beforehand. Naples in general doesn't have a lot of nightlife, so if you're looking for that I would suggest researching some other cities too.
No ice machines or vending
Restaurant and pool staff The pool was a mile hike from the resort. And honestly for as much money as it was it's just an extended stay for family.
It is beautifully maintained and a very relaxing place to stay. Myself my husband and my daughter all loved it. The swimmimg pools are great and there is a lazy river one for chilling out in. We hope to stay there again the next we are in Naples Florida. We did not know that you could get beach chairs and towels until the second last day. Really no complaints.
spacious room, excellent services, great pool, very friendly staff, definitely one of the best resorts we have ever visited...
Beautiful location, easy to locate, beach was a few steps out of the door, staff is very pleasant. A little dated in decor, a number of "extra" charges. I had a contacted the resort several days before my trip to arrange some special items - they basically completely dropped the ball on these requests. They eventually got it all done but it took quite a bit of time. Went we wanted to go out for dinner - we contacted the valet for our car. Arrived downstairs more that 15 minutes later - as they suggested. The car was not ready. We continued to wait - it was clear they did not go for the car until we arrived downstairs. I travel often and always stay 4+ star resorts. This was A nice resort - but based on the price point $600+ per night - I really expect flawless service.
Location, location, location. That's what gives this resort 4 stars overall. Our room in the bea house building, 1st floor was literally steps from the beautiful beach right out our back sliding door. Staff very attentive. Food and drink good but overpriced as expected. You're paying for staying right on the beach with easy ability to go back and forth from the resort pool area to the beach. The furnishings in our room and building were dated and worn. Needs a facelift for the $$$ that's being charged per night. Bathroom is small. Pain to have valet and tip every time you park and need the car, plus pay $25 a night for parking. Resort fee at least included chairs and umbrellas at beach and internet. Would be nice to have a more casual express breakfast option. The pools are fine but nothing special. There are 4 but they are all small. Being able to parasail at the beach was great and there are paddle boards and jet skis for rent as well. The beach is pristine and that alone earns 4 stars. The staff is very accommodating . Loved sitting by the fire pit making s'mores at night! Worn furnishings, no low cost option for breakfast, valet parking only, high price charged for even non- alcoholic beverages .
At check in we were upgraded to single king bed which originally I had requested of Bookings. none
Wonderful resort nothing is within walking distance. Your choice is a taxi, or a car rental, but then must pay twenty some dollars a day to park.
The Staff at the Valet, Very kind and courteous, You must us the valet as there is no self parking. Check in , seemed very rushed and bothered. Room furnishings need updated.
Staff, location, property Stayed in the tower. Beatiful gulf view but the rooms could use an update. More expensive than it should be. Daily extra 'resort" & parking fees.
Ability to walk out the back door right on to the beach; beverage and meal service right from your spot on the beach; ocean front balcony to watch the sunset and have breakfast from in the morning, etc.
The staff was the most pleasant, well trained that I've experienced in a while. excellent customer service.
The staff is super efficient and quick to attend to every request. The food was incredibly good. The area is peaceful yet there was plenty to do. Our room was amazing, we had a balcony that was covered with a fan and was wonderful to sit upon. We will be back! I wouldnt change anything.
Pools were great, on site restaurant was good (pricey) and had a great view. Enjoyed siting by the fire pits at night on the beach. warms were spacious. We were across the street from main hotel but still had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. They passed out cool towels at the beach which was a nice touch. When we asked valet for some water he said they didn't have any but we would pass several gas stations on our way that we could get some. This sounds trivial but little things like this make this hotel rate lower then the Ritz. When we went to the Ritz for dinner that night valet gladly gives us water.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the attention was exquisite. And then it started getting better - every detail, from the decoration to the pillows to the beach-front amenities to the food (oh, the food!) was superb! Everything was perfect - honestly
Very relax, family, The location, the attention of hotel staff, facilities. I did not like the pool area does not have light at night, you should have at least a little more light
Nice clean condo. Restaurant nearby. Close to many stores and , of course, publix. Staff was very attentive. Small pool. Never enough chairs. Upon arrival, found the toilet seat cracked totally in half but it was replaced promptly the next day. They offer bikes but you must tent them for $20 a day each which is outrageous.
it was a good location. misrepresentation of what was offered with hotel package. Not all staff were very friendly. Room was not all I expected for the price. The washer sounded like a jet plane ,when in spin cycle ,and it was impossible to hear TV.or carry on a conversation. Was unable to play golf ,reason for staying at a golf resort, because the home owner association changed their minds about allowing a discount.
The cleanliness and the space of the suite. We had a 2 bedroom and everything was clean and fresh. At home feeling away from home. We stayed last year and now Greenlinks is a Family 4th of July tradition.
The size of the accommodations. Staff very confused about the reservation.
Nothing The horrible attitude of management
Reservation staff very helpful in sorting out assignment of adjacent rooms for our party of 6. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Nice for golfers to just walk out the back door to practice or to play. Close to I-75. An older hotel but overall, good value for money. Air conditioner in bedroom was noisy. Shower at pool is in an awkward location. Can't shower before going into the pool without splashing guests sitting nearby.
The bed was comfortable. The breakfast, while spartan, was situated in an old garden courtyard. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom had only a shower and there were holes in the wall. The paint and caulk were peeling away from the walls. The wifi didn't work. The TV channel selection was sparse.
Balcony, fridge, coffee maker, microwave make longer stay inviting. Close proximity to highway. Musky smell from old carpet in room. Mold on ceiling in closet.
The room was fine and the desk staff were great. The restaurant staff not so great.
Very nice resort. Rooms, restaurant, overall amenities very good. Could not stay longer
We love everything about this Quality Inn. The bar outside us lots of fun after a busy day. Everyone is so friendly. Breakfast could be better. Will be returning again and again. Carpets were dirty but staff told us that they will be remodeling soon.
Golf course seems decent, rooms are clean and service is friendly. Old and worn out facilities. You get what you pay for though.
When we checked in, they did not have our reservation on record and had to contact Kayak to confirm our reservation. We sat around the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for a room assignment. Since no room was reserved by the hotel, we had to accept a room ajacent to an elevator and next to the outdoor bar. Needless to say, the loud music and noise from the bar went on till after midnight and the elevator noise interupted our sleep all night long. The only hot food item at the free breakfast buffet was the "make it yourself" waffles. Not a pleasant stay overall!
