Vienna House Andel's Berlin

I had an excellent 11-night stay at this property, which is located in Lichtenberg, around 10 minutes from the centre of Berlin by tram and also connected to other parts of the city via the S-Bahn ring lines -- and the station is right outside the hotel. There are also cabs available at most hours. It is a quiet area, so great if you want to get away from the bustle and crowds in Mitte etc. The staff were very polite and helpful, and all spoke excellent English. You can buy Berlin transport tickets (all types, not just the tourist ones) from the concierge in the lobby (which also has an ATM). Check-in/check-out were super quick, no hiccups at all. My flight out was late in the evening and the staff helped tag and store my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It has air conditioning, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. The room also has an electronic safe that can easily store a 15" laptop. The pillows/bed were very comfortable and I slept very well. Plenty of charging points for phones/computers etc. on the desk and next to the bed. Breakfast was included, and it was very good. Lots of options. There is a supermarket across the road, and a couple of fast food joints as well. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel which I didn't use so can't comment on the food/service there.

Great breakfast, comfortable modern rooms

Loved the breakfast. Parking garage is under the hotel at €17 a day. Everything was clean, modern, and spacious. Public transportation is right outside. A short walk from the Europasportpark.

Wi-Fi limited to 2 devices peer room, and once we tried to logout one and login a third device, none of our devices could connect. Extremely disappointing especially when everything else was so great.

Location - even far from the center, stands just next to the sBhan that gives you a lot of immediate options for travel The are very convinient and modern Very good breakfast !! Restaurant - good one at the entrance floor Late night Bar- until 02:00 am and convinient to the visitor instead of going far sometimes.

The distance - sometimes not allow you to make a short visit in the hotel during the day, even with the S/U Bahn Conferences - sometimes big one can be cozy.., but you are out anyway ...

Excellent Hotel for the price

The hotel has a lot of amenities the rooms are super comfortable and it's very modern. Also the S station is right across the street. Their 14th floor bar and lounge is great too.

The shower let's the water out into the bathroom floor not a big deal but it can be annoying. Most of the tourist venues and restaurants are a little far

They have an excellent breakfast selection, always replenished. Breads, pastries, meats, fish, cheeses, eggs, fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereals, a variety of juices. The concierge does a great job. The showers and soaking tub are luxurious. The Skybar is attractive. The rooms are very modern with artful lighting.

I've stayed twice. While some might find it a little distance from the central city, it's right on a tram and a train line. This gives easy access. The area has a variety of interesting points.

Super clean and modern. Extremely friendly staff that spoke fluent English.
