That breakfast was not inclusive of the cost of room! Rooms are small and a nice touch would be to include a continental breakfast with the room.

I didn't spend much time in hotel but everything was OK. I like to drink coffee in the lobby and view from my room was fantastic - night Tokyo and Tokyo Tower. Very close to metro station and 5 min. on foot to Yamanote line. Additional "pro" Limousine bus to airport.

Excellent room with ample space. Good seperate beds, nice view.

Price of breakfast is high (2500 Y). This is not uncommon for Tokyo but still too much.

Loved the clean room and the value for the money. Also the location was good (although it is in a business district) - but very nice to be able to walk to several eating choices without paying for the high meals in the hotel. We also found the Mini-Mart downstairs very convenient to buy water and snacks for our 4 year old. The hotel is very accessible to the subway - walkable with connecting under ground passages. We stayed here with a 4 year old child - and were able to get a baby cot that sat flush with our bed (open rail on one side) so the baby could sleep next to us (at no extra charge).

Overall the staff were great, helpful and friendly. I have a minor criticism for the hotel - I gave a fair rating for the Hotel staff because of our experience with the Concierge. She does not have the personality to work on this desk - the many interactions I had with here were polite, but not friendly or she didn't go out of her way to make recommendations or be overly helpful. She had a bit of sour personality (very un-Japanese), made me feel like I was bothering her with my questions - and in my opinion that leaves a bad impression of the staff - when in fact everyone else was super nice. However being new to Tokyo the Concierge is the most important liaison to us as we depended on her advise to get around the city.

Great city views, excelent location for ginza area and central tokyo

Great location (15mn walk from Ginza shopping area), very professional service, great rooms view (hotel reception located at the 25th floor, all rooms are from 26th floor and above)

wonderful place ! everything was just perfect.the location was a nice suprise - very cool neighborhood.
