Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

Contras: our heater was not working and they were not willing to fix the issue. And the rooms smelled horrible.

Contras: The hotel was under construction and I was not notified before my stay. There was a lot of dust right off the lobby. There was a wire about two feet long sticking out if the wall that my friend tripped and fell over. I asked for a refund and we checked out because it was a lot of money for a hotel that wasn't very operable.

Contras: Worst stay ever

Prós: Good location

Contras: When I arrived the staff could not find my reservation and were unwilling to make any attempt to locate it... Told me to call and fix it. Hotel was under construction so be prepared to dodge boxes in the hallways. Construction workers started work about 8am so don't think about sleeping in a bit. Room was ok, but toilet had not been cleaned. Hotel is non-smoking but you have to walk thru 3-4 people out front smoking by the door.
