Fairly clean room There is no air conditioning and the room was the size of a walk in closet. 2 twin beds BARELY fit, there was no closet, and the shelves that were there barely held any of my things, forcing me to leave them on the dirty floor. No where near worth the $
I was originally supposed to stay several days. My trip changed and I only stayed one night. I wish it had been more. I was very impressed with everything about Kennsington Market House, especially the cleanliness of the place.
The location was perfect for all we wanted to do in the city. We had a rented car and easily found parking in an overnight lot nearby.
The location was great and close to downtown and transit. We could easily walk to most places from there. The price was hard to beat, especially for the location. The listing was somewhat misleading. They only have 1 or 2 beds in the room. 1 bed is for 1-2 people and 2 beds is for 3-4 people. The listing made it sound like it would have more beds in each room. I booked a room for 3 and it only had 2 beds. Still would have booked it, but set your expectations accordingly. Also, the bedding didn't seem like it was cleaned.
Staffs are really nice and helpful.
The kitchen facility was excellent. Rooms are small.
The staff was friendly. It felt like home rather than a hotel. Location was great as well! The entrance was a bit messy, could have been cleaner, but wasn't a bid deal.
Good location, helpful staff, good sized rooms. Bathrooms were a little small.
There is no parking eventhough priceline says there is!
Absolutely nothing Everything. No staff. We luckily managed to check in but there was a bunch of brazilians who turned up at half 7 (half an hour before check in time) who couldn't get in. The whole place is a joke. If you want to drop your stuff off and get the hell out of there then you're fine. Otherwise you're screwed
Good location: Queen Street West on the street car line, clean facilities, good price, free parking, felt safe. AC was broken (in the part of the hotel where we stayed), way too hot, could not sleep, no windows in our room, their "free wifi" did not work except at the entrance to the hotel. Check in/check out process was confusing.
We booked 3 nights with them. When we reached the hotel it said "call no.xxxxxxx to get in". We called and called and called and no one answered. Finally we had to go back and find another place.
The cleanliness and the staff. Also, the fact that is right next to a subway station which allows you to go downtown in a heartbeat. Their so called king size bed is to small beds put together with small mattress with a thin thermapuric king size foam on top which in the middle of the might you end up in the crack in between the beds.
Room was clean, environment was not bad, had basic necessities One of 13 people to wait for hours due to nonexistent managementOwner is incompetent - overbooking clients; forcing clients to wait for hours before he found accommodation for each of us; no apology for his royal screwup, instead opting to insult us
