Regular type of hotel with simple amenities . Too pricy for a simple looking hotel Overpriced
Great and friendly staff. Room was awesome. Location was close to everything (airport and Angkor Wat were about 20-30 minutes away from car/tuk tuk). Pool was quiet and serene. Laundry service was great as well. Overall excellent stay and would stay there again.
We just returned from a week stay at the Khmer Mansion Hotel and can not fully express the extent of our satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and helpful. By the end of our first day I think the entire staff had approached us individually to introduce themselves. The remainder of our stay we were greeted by name and asked if we required anything more.It was not unusual for the chef to come out of the kitchen and asked if we were satisfied with our meal, which we always were. I have never experienced this level of service before and have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap.. Noise from bar next door could be heard at night in the open hallway but was not a problem in our room.
The staff was super friendly and sincerely concerned about our stay. Every time we saw any member of the staff, they were asking about our room, our sleep, our food, everything. And every time we returned to the hotel, they greeted us with a glass of cold water and asked about our day and the places we visited. The hotel felt new and clean, the room was nice, and the location was very convenient and easy to navigate to from Pub Street. We would definitely come back! Some construction going on next door; not really a big deal for us, and the hotel can't avoid it. Also the loud club music next door, but it ended around 10pm. At 10pm you should still be out enjoying the nightlife yourself, or at least getting a last-minute massage. The staff actually told about both of these issues when we checked in, and apologized for the inconvenience.
staff were friendly. breakfast good. room was very spacious. Whirlpool tub in room was fun. Pool area is lovely. The staff were very nice but had very limited English so that was difficult to get advice, directions, etc. The really bad thing was no light at front doorway the morning I was leaving at 5 am to go watch sunset at Angkor Wat. Staff gave me wake up call then went back to sleep on bench in lobby. When I walked out front hotel door, I tripped on uneven paving stones (no light so pitch black) and twisted my ankle. The rest of the day my walking was very limited. Manager was apologetic when I finally found in later in the day, but the damage was done and I still have a sore ankle. Keycard controlled electricity in room so frig went off during the day, so was useless. very hot in Siem Reap and blanket was too warm. By 3rd night I thought to ask for extra sheet to cover with instead of blanket.
The room was fantastic. Large, spacious, and clean. Hardwood floors and stone showers and fixtures, simple but elegant. The staff was very helpful, and there was a pool (that I did not use). The placement was good, a short walk from the busiest parts of town. In an ideal world, it would have more facilities. But that would really be asking too much given the price.
Spa-like rooms are light-filled and stylishly designed. Lovely pool. The staff was incredibly helpful booking transportation to and from the airport, finding dining options, or arranging a tour of the temples. You definitely feel well looked-after while a guest here. Location was a short, easy walk from the night market, pub street, and some terrific restaurants. Superior dining options will be found around town, but the breakfasts and lunch we had at the hotel were adequate, and the juice and cocktails from the bar were refreshingly on-point. No complaints.
Convenience - Very well located, steps away from the main streets (pub street, old market) yet quiet. Polite staff
The location was perfect, the staff very courteous and the facilities were quite nice.
Very good location of the hotel; front desk staff are nice and helpful. Housekeeping is so so. they forgot to reload toilet paper and free drinking bottles when they cleaned the room.
One of the best we hotels we had on 3 week trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Well built, quiet rooms! Spacious. Balcony (but too hot out to use). Clean. Friendly staff. Large breakfast buffet. Very convenient location. Pool. Hard bed, but not as hard as other hotels on trip.
Close to market area but quiet. It has all the necessary function in hotel. Laundry service and bicycle just few houses away. Convenient location. Mosquito is a big problem as they don't provide mosquito net. We had be bother by the mosquito for all night and end up not getting good sleep. It is a problem for all hotels in that area.
Helpful staff, around the corner from Pub St- easy walk, clean and comfortable rooms, quiet restaurant. We enjoyed our 4 night stay
Defenitly, the location in town. Very close to the Old Market and the Pub Streets The staff needs better english
Fantastic!! I could not use enough complimentary words to describe the excellence of our stay at this great place. I cannot think of anything degratory about this place.
