Five star atmosphere, lovely food. Good shuttle bus to the beach
Great setting; fantastic golf; hotel with a lot of charm and personality; casual but professional lunch at the Cotton Club and a marvellous wine tasting dinner at the Grill restaurant on Nov 12! A fantastic experience. Need to rent a car if you want to escape
Superb surrondings, very charming hotel with tasteful decoration. Huge swimming pool. Very efficient service. And a super plus, fresh toals and private chaise-longs on the nearst beach. We just loved our stay. No free Wi-Fi; but that forced us to disconnect more :-)
The swimming pool area is great! The staff at reception was not nice. And the rooms need to be renewed.
The Garden, bathrooms very clean, nice linnens, entertainment, breakfast.
Wen I arrive, the room that was reserved to me was very poor ( a two stars hotel dont have a room like that ). I made a complain and they change the room. But I think a 5 Stars Hotel can put a guess in a room like that, and if we go to a Hotel like this one, we never think that we must have to discuss the quality of a room
The beds were incredibly comfortable! We had booked a wine/pairing dinner hence decided to stay overnight. It was a nice event but we were both ill that night and the next day. At first we thought we'd had too much wine (a few glasses but I don't think more than anyone else at dinner). We mentioned at checkout feeling a bit rough but we still had mild food poisoning type symptoms the rest of the day and realised it was in fact 'in the stomach' and not a hangover! It was difficult to know what to do but we thought the chef ought to know in case it was bad seafood ? so we reported it to the hotel front desk later on 13th but she wasn't very helpful. It's not a complaint as we didn't ask her to do anything only to tell the chef and to be aware others might report symptoms.
I have been visiting Penina for over 30 years now - it is truly a special place. The setting is spectacular, with immaculate golf courses, and beautiful garden areas. Facilites are superb and the staff are charming. With fewer than 200 rooms, the hotel never feels crowded. Highly recommended.
The standard of housekeeping was very poor. Room not made up some days until late evening despite several calls to reception. Only on last day was this satisfactory.
Swiming pool and garden. If you are not a golf player, this is not a hotel to stay in. It is far from anywhere I.E. Alvor and Lagos. Rooms are average for 5 star hotels. No beach nearby. Their private beach is not good for swimming: too cold.
staff helpful and friendly / hotel grounds were superb / drinks were extremely expensive
The see view.
Location the hotel in its self was ok the room was shocking
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel due to the location and standard of the hotel
Good breakfast, nice room, Nice staff, good outdoor area, nice terrace with bar just inside the door. They had a very poor wifi system, it didn`t work in my room, I needed to sit in the lobby with my laptop. This is a 5 star hotel? And of course it should work in the rooms as well.
Close to the beach.Comfort and staff so friendly.
the hotel is in the heart of the resort with easy access to all facilities
As I was holidaying on my own I felt very safe and the staff were very helpful. I didn't have a balcony. I would book sea view next time.
Reception Staff could br friendlier
The pool was warm and clean. Not up to 5 star standard. Breakfast very poor for vegitarians. Hotel and Casino look tired and need updating.
The view from the hotel is fantasric, great prices for food, in and around the hotel It was a bit old fashioned
Bad service; Dificult to find a place in swimming pool
Just everything. A Great Stay. I am not that spoiled.
Excellent roomy accomodation for discount price. Worn towels (but clean!)
It would be better if the bedroom was separate to the rest of the room instead of like a studio .. i thought i was getting a junior suite
The location right next to the beach at Praia da Rocha is superb. The bathroom was showing signs of age, as there was mould around the bath and in the grout in the tiles
Proximity to the beach. Swimming pool on site. Very good breakfast Overly expensive restaurant on site. We asked for a room for 4 people and the bed for the third and fourth persons was really uncomfortable.
Comfortable apartment with a good restaurant attached. The view of the Marina was a bonus.
Really nice hotel out of season (end of October). Down by the Marina front, with a close walk to the beach and lots of shops/resteraunts & the Praia Da Rocha strip. Its also not too far from the town of Portimao (15 minute walk). Marina was filled with boats but even on the windiest of days, you couldnt hear the rigging (thank god). Would defo go back and utilise some of the hotels many facilities. 2 Beds pushed togther to make one bed??? Just invest in some double beds, 2 singles pushed togther is rubbish
Location,breakfast,cleanliness,tranquility,facilities and staff.
Location excellent, the staff were more than helpful. The rooms have a small kitchenette and are ideal for making snacks. The complex is large built around a marina, the restaurant and bar facilities are in the central area quite a walk from some of the outer situated rooms
Location, price and insonorization of the northern rooms given the noise of the discos in the main street. The bathroom has a bathtub and was recently renovated, although the rest of the room is clearly older. Breakfast was just ok, except the juices available were way too waterish. No power socket near the beds (for powering my mobile or laptop, for instance) and the mains switch at the entrance only works with the actual key (no credit card trick), so I couldn't go and have breakfast or take a walk and leave the laptop charging unattended (of course I would switch off the lights in such a case)
Great location, 2 min from beach
cleanliness and exceptionally good staff one or two noisy neighbours
the ease of checking in andof course the locality what I didnt like was there were no facilties for making tea or coffee in the room
The staff where very friendly and helpful and the location, it's very close to the beach, this was the second time I've stayed at this hotel A few things didn't work, like one of the bedside lights, but that's no big deal
i love the friendly staff they are very helpful also the hotel is not to big and that makes me feel safe staying there i would say only thing is no english channels on telly except for mtv which was in german.I am sure that they do get a lot of english speaking guests and they should also fecilitate for such.It is nice to relax for an hour in the hotel before maybe geting ready for an evening out
Its location and the staff friendliness. They all knew English. They have a separate sitting room for wireless internet and this is a nice feature, they also put in this room all the books the guests leave behind.
Third time I have stayed here, the club opposite and local bars can be damm loud - but the hotel has triple glazing so keeps out most of it.nice helpful staff - clean breakfast room, for a continental breakfast it was good - wish the white coffee was hotter.
everything: exelent location, staff, room facilities, plenty of space, pacefull atmosphre, good internet acess, room designe.
Proximity to the beach was good and rooms were big and comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Some of the female staff at reception were a bit rude - some customer service skills would be of benefit to them
Perfect location , the strip that it is on is fantastic for restaurants and shops. The views are beautiful. The pool does not get much sun and No Wifi at present.
Lovely hotel, modern and very clean. It is ideally located beside beach and in close proximity to shops restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend Rocha Hotel Apartamento to family and friends. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of breakfast dishes - the only criticism I would have is that the hot food section was by no means warm let alone hot!!
Excellent location of the hotel, very kind staff, new equipment of the facilities, very clean facilities... Great location for visiting several beaches in Algarve! Breakfast should be improved (poor selection).
great variety for the breakfast, lift very quick, very clean and bright, staff very helpful, reasonable priced. room for three using bed sofa there was very little space for coffee table
Modern well furnished room. Good breakfast selection Noise overnight from street as room was on ground floor. Pool small and as in basement had no outlook Hadn't booked car park and there is no parking adjacent to hotel
Great location. Free internet. Very helpful staff. Missing wifi
great friendly service. excellent clean modern contemporary decor. locatino is awesome. not the hotels fault but the music from the hotel across the road was very annoying.
A brand new Hotel with great design ans style in the centre of Praia da Rocha in Portimao right on the beach with private parking..I advise staying in the junior suites, just perfect. Nothing,
The free car park. The hotel building in very old and badly taken care of. The staff is unefficient by European standards and like pretty much everything in Portugal it is rather slow.
The hotel provides the space for a pleasant time in Portimão. The room was perfectly clean and it was rather spacious. The location is not perfect and requires to use the hotel courtesy bus to go to the beach or to the town centre, unless you have your own transport.
very spacious, plus kitchenware and micro and nice big balcony :) fridge
The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. The lobby of building I was dirty and smelled, especially in the morning with the large collection of garbage bags outside the elevator. Not a nice sight. The room was/is very plain, and "bare bones". The kitchen equipment was rag-tag, and could have included a small amount of dish soap and a small sponge (even for €0.50).
Well situated between Town & beach. Fairly quiet location. Good sized apartment.
Clean and comfortable room with ensuite facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good comprehensive buffet breakfast was included, and no problems for coeliacs.Altogether, a good central location, making for an enjoyable stay.
The helpfulness of the staff, everone was very friendly and wanted to help you without being pushy.
I liked the friendly staff. It is located in the area very close to the bus terminal and 10 minutes walk from the train station. I liked the breakfasts for the big variety of food. I didn`t find any towel hooks in the bathroom :) so it was a little bit uncomfortable to put each towel somewhere.
The staff could not have been more welcoming or friendly given that we arrived at 2330. Rooms are on the small size but clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The addition of the bar on the 7th floor is a wonderful addition to the hotel since our last stay in 2006 as the views are stunning. We only stayed one night as we were moving into our Villa the following day. Sadly there is still a smell of drains in the corridors despite the expensive make-over
Good location, nice room, beautiful view from the restaurant and bar, great sauna and turkish bath, good value for money.
Staff very friendly and hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard
cleanliness lack of parking
It's 7 stories high and bright green on top so you can find it from anywhere when it is dark. Good eating nearby, in particular the Unicorn
The hotel was just what we wanted. Modern, clean and central - we explored most of the Algarve from the hotel. Being British we would have liked tea making facilities in our room.
The Hotel Globo was exactly what we were looking for! It is in the middle of the town & no distance to pedestrian area & harbour. In our two rooms (501 & 502 both with baths)we had views over river & lovely bridges. We requested 5th floor to get maximum good views. We changed from the Larger rooms originally given to us which had views over the town - we preferred the smaller rooms with a better view over river. 502 was a better room than 501 as the window could remain open all night. 501 had draft over the bed from window. 'Super-cotton'sheets were gorgeous!! Bathrooms are about to be modernised. The baths were a good size, lots of hot water, towels always fresh. Beds very comfortable. Cupboard & drawers were good. The view was lovely from the window and we always had the window open all night. Modernisation could make this a Four-Star Hotel. Convenient Hotel Lift. These comments are before major renovation takes place. Rooms were very dark therefore poor make-up lighting. Bathroom in need of updating. Bath good, shower just ok. We had no hair-dryer, shampoo, bath-gel or ladies bath hat. Only soap provided. We would recommend much better lighting & mirrors.
Located on the beach, nice and calm at the and of the season. Original style. Wooden floors make some noice above your head.
friendly ,efficient helpful staff. Great location beautiful views clean, spacious rooms delicious breakfast No kleenex in rooms
the location and views of resort nothing
Location is great, great views. No food options in the hotel during the day.
The first room given to me was a bad one. No Balcony but 2 small windows that didn't open at all instead. After my claim, the presented room has the publicized characteristic announced in the site.
location, and size of room no english breakfast available,
Beautiful interior and excellent location. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast also good.
we cut our stay short. the food was inedible and we will be seeking a refund.
The position of the hotel is excellent, we loved the garden area, the room was cleaned to a good standard and the breackfast offered a good daily choice. Our only complant is the people who reserve sunbeds by leaving their things on them then going away. This is unfair to people who want to stay in the grounds. something should be done to bring this to the notice of guests using the hotel.
spacious room with cooking facilities lack of choices in the breakfast menu.
nice and quite
very clean- friendly staff -good location for beech-shopping - proximity to all facilities twenty four hour reception. the exterior could do with a touch up
It was an excellent, basic apartment, very clean with everything you needed in it.The position was good for the resort and it was quiet at night. Hair dryer would be handy
liked the closeness to beach would have liked a full sea view. intend going back in may and september
Quality Vs Price Air conditioning doesn't exist.
Everything! For us no problem, but I think that the room cleaning could be better
space. view. for the value payed, nothing in particular.
very bad breakfast
Everything was ok No
On the beach, quite zone and one minute walking to the restaurants way . Easy to find parking.
easy access to beach and excellent pool
All the staff spoke English and were always availabe to elp with information and services. The rooms were simple but ample. The room was made up very well each day. There were no noisy complaints from other guests or from facilities in the hotel.
When I looked up the trip adviser for this hotel there was a number of complaints regarding breakfast, however I found the breakfast as good as any , with even a hot breakfast available for a very nominal charge of less than €3.00
Price, pool, value prices in hotel bar, location, tasty snacks, friendly staff. Poor airconditioning. Hotel exterior needs repainting. Rooms could do with decorating. Replace carpets with floor tiles. Repaint the rooms.
very clean hotel inside and out. pool area never over crowded so sunloungers were always available. very good location, its at the heart of everything in praia da rocha.
The hotel is superbly located behind a famous beach. Many souvenir shops, bars and restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is clean and fairly priced for the amenities they provide. Considering that this hotel attracts mostly beach lovers it would be considerate of them if they provided their guests with beach towels. Most people don't travel with beach towels after all.
Really liked the proximity to the beach. Excellent location on the quieter end of Praia da Rocha, but very close to the beach and easy walking distance to the activities of the area. The hotel is really starting to show it's age, it needs a face-lift and update.
This hotel is owned by a family who also live in the hotel. They are always available to help and offer any services that they can. They first helped us find a place to eat when we arrived late. Then they borrowed us free beach towels ( and offered free umbrellas, chairs, and beach paddles), allowed us to use their printer, and were overall excellent hosts. Breakfast was nice bread, meat, and cheese and was very good (best free breakfast we have received while in Europe). The room was very clean and nice enough condition. I absolutely would stay again.
Beside the beach, spacious and clean apartment.
the location was excellent , apartment was huge , plenty of cafes and bas nearby. bus stop outside door. very helpfull girl called Maria on front desk No complaints, great budget break...
Beautiful veiw, appartment bigger than average and clean. Quiet and peaceful. Well equiped but overall appearance was a little shabby, wardrobe doors scuffed in several places, covers on lounge furniture shabby and poor fit. Bed very uncomfortable, pillows small and poor quality. Guests need an explanation on how to use the electricity on arrival, had to go down to reception twice and ask how to obtain a supply, should have been told by reception on arrival or had printed instructions in the room. Late booking in times [16.00hrs] although did manage to get in room earlier
closeness of beach, and private seccurity no
lots of room in the appartments, good location
Parking facilities were excellent Although my booking was for 3 people there was only towels and bedding for 2. I had to go up and down to reception twice to rectify. Also I was not informed until my arrival that they would not accept visa card to pay bill, this caused great inconvenience as I had to pay cash out of my spending money.
Very friendly staff. Great location on beach front. Very roomy apartments. Relaxing and quite location. No complaints.
the apartments were very well equiped, spacious, clean and comfortable. the beautiful sandy beach across the road made coral do vau the perfect location
The excellent location nearby the sand and the beach. The pool is also good, the water is nice. The playground for kids is poor.
Very quiet rooms quite large pleanty of sun beds at pool easy distance to beach public transport outside gate Rooms a bit dated
The location is excellent, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, we stayed on the 4th floor, and the view wasn't spectacular. The apartment was clean and was big enough, only that didn't have any pot or pan, so basicly either you buy them or you don't cook, also the beds were quite uncomfortable. The pool is nice facility. In any case, I think it is quite expensive to pay 100€ so not good value for money, besides I had to pay all my stay at arrival, even before seeing the appartment first.
location they offer appartment for 3 people but beds were awfull
The sea view. The beds were more suitable for children. A full size single would be a bit more comfortable, especially if staying 1 or 2 weeks.
It was our 1st time in this hotel and we were given the room asked during the booking. The room had a stunning view of the beach and the hotel is very close to it. The apartment itself is well equipped and that's very good for people (like us) that want to cook something nice themselves, instead of going out for lunch / dinners all the time. Overall the experience was good and we would return again for sure, if staying around this area. A couple of things in the snag list. :) There wasn't washing liquid in the kitchen. This is not very nice for people staying just for a few days, as if we go in the supermarket, such liquid comes in in big bottles only and it doesn't make sense to buy it. I think this is in the interest of the hotel as well. We wanted to keep things tidy (mainly when leaving), but there's no way to wash pans, cutlery, etc... without a small sponge and some soap. Another issue was the bed, as it was pretty noisy, but it wasn't uncomfortable.
The apartment's location was great, clean and up to date. Easy to find, very close to the beach a local shops. In suite laundry and kitchen were great for the few days we were there. Great value. Suite was easily big enough for 4 people. The hot water tank was quite small, and we could barely get two reasonable showers on a single tank. Not a big deal, but the pool was not yet cleaned for the season.
Fantastic location and cleanliness of the building and our room which was sea view on the 23rd floor with balcony. There was no phone in the room. had to go all the way down to the reception from 23rd floor to answer phone late night.
location excellent staff very friendly accomadation very clean close to beach highly reccommended very noisy fridge in our room 2607 kept me awake most nights it was reported clean towels should be available every day
very close to the main strip a little dated
we were central to everything and it was so quiet
Great location, half a block from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We were first given a room on the 3rd floor but asked for a higher floor and ended up with a 24th floor ocean view......fantastic view. Directions could have been better and beds were very hard.
close the beach, amazing room, great price, very friendly staff. a grocery store wasn't close by...the supermarket attached had very high prices.
swimming area very good. Apartments very good size.Staff very helpful with any problems. Showers need to be up graded in bathrooms.Staff in the bar did not keep it clean.
apartments very nice and big and very clean the supermarket attached to the hotel very poor lacking stock and very expensive pity as this is such a nice hotel could have better and more up to date shop staff in shop lacked manners it would not cost anything to smile and be polite to customers
Comfortable and pleasant place, difficult locate..
We both liked the relaxed athmosphere and the short walk to the beach. We would recommend the hotel it ticked all the right boxes
The hotel staff were helpful and the apartment much larger than expected considering the price being charged.. The apartment was cleaned every afternoon to a high standard. As the hotel is about 4Km from the centre of Portimao, it is a pleasant walk and taxis are relatively cheap. I would certainly use the Estrela do Vau again.
Swimming pools x3 great to have, room very big Breakfast very poor, had to pay for anything decent not used and felt like a wast of money
Hotel was clean and relaxing, rooms are clean and sufficiently furnished Breakfast could have have a little more choice and something needs to be done to prevent the constant door banging when guests forget they have balcony doors open. This is mainly children and starts early morning. Perhaps a door stop or foam lining would help.
reception very welcoming and efficient on arrival and departure. maid service excellent. cleanliness excellent throughout hotel. well maintained facilities.
the setting - good staff - good rooms
Comfortable, clean, well equiped. Good Price/Quality relation Beach by foot is not an option
Simple, functional, clean room, great Price/Quality relation..It has everything you need - Recommended. However in the description it says that is near the beach it is not viable. Bicycle/Car/Bus is a must to go to the beach (1.5km)
place was very clean and very secure and safe. it was quiet, never over crowded at the pool the staff didnt speak any english which made checking in and paying alot more difficult than it should of been! on booking.com they said they were 10 to 15 minutes away from the beach, that wasnt true it was more like 20 to 25 minute walk, that was us a young couple walking let alone a family or eldery people
The ratio price/quality is very good, the flat was Ok, it met what I was expecting to find. The schedule of the bar near the reception as it is closed for lunch and dinner time.
small logo, it is difficult to find
I enjoyed easy access to the pool area. The views of the sea. The warm reception in the dining room for dinner and breakfast. The hotel enviornment felt very safe. Noise permeating from early morning risers as the wheels of suitacases could be heard. The piano for breakfast broke the peace of the morning. I would have liked a receipt for my food and drink also for my records. The airconditioning was not very efficient. The shower in my room was dissapointing and the shower curtain allowed the water to wet the floor. T.V reception was not great. I don't agree with it's five star rating, perhaps four.
Fantastic location, staff very professional and extremely kind and a very good breakfast no slippers included in the room
The weather was amazing every day. The staff we very helpful. The hotel was close to a town which provided more options for food and drink. The guests were not the most friendly. Everyone kept to themselves. Did not like the idea of people reserving sunbeds by just placing a towel on it early in the morning and then not showing up until the middle of the afternoon. Very selfish.
We liked the location and the position of the hotel above the best under developed beach on the Algarve and the ability to acess the beach easily. The gymnasium facility was very basic and dated for a hotel of this star rating. It needs to be updated urgently.
The view was wonderful. staff gets annoyed if people want to contact other people staying at your sister hotels. Not clear on what is included with room.
Great hotel, wonderful location and beach. Very relaxing.. Towels changed every morning and evening.. Nothing at all..
The location is fantastic at the most interesting end of the Tres Irmaos Beach and surrounded by some great restaurant options. Loved the options to partake in free classes run by the hotel and using the spa. Breakfast was a particular highlight of our stay.
The beach, the breakfast and the friendly staff Pillows were not very comfortable and the TV had poor reception.
Location It is definitely not a 5 star hotel but certainly charges 5 star prices. As a minimum in a 5 star hotel you expect a porter to collect your bags from the car. this never happened upon arrival or departure from the hotel. Also a 5 star hotel should be offering refreshments around the pool to guests, not have them have to go to the main bar and wait to be served.
The rooms have a lot of space. You can have breakfast and dinner outside with view on the swimming pool and the sea. The rooms were very good constructed - they stay cool during the day (even without a need to use the airconditioning). Only the hotel management, the staff at the reception and the higher staff in the restaurant understand English or French (few). The other staff (cleaning, restaurant, ...) only speaks Portugese. Some of the staff in the restaurant for breakfast isn't professional (for example the preparation of eggs). The swimming hasn't got a good water circulation system. The prices of consumation at the pool are too high (> 3 EUR for a bottle of mineral wather). Due to the fact that the hotel is situated in a beautiful green area, you need to walk a long time before you find a shop or supermarket. When you compare the hotel with other beach destionations like Gran Canaria for exemple, a lot of luxury in the hotel is rather common on other destinations or has a better price/quality (the Portugese Algarve region is in general expensive). The hotel is also used on one way or another for the selling of time sharing products.
Friendly, helpful staff spacious accommodation Lack of kitchen equipment equipment no cleaning equipment (cloths, surface cleaner etc), and cleaner didn't wipe down. Dishwasher didn't work
The staff were friendly and very helpful. it didnt have a kettle for tea.
Good spaciuos appartment near the most fantastic beaches The cleaning of the room was not acceptable
Evrything! The tranquility, the rooms, etc
The Apartment was very big and extremely comfortable to live in for our stay. The cleaning staff and receptionist were very friendly and efficient.
The fact room is apartment type, with big and clean bathroom, and, especially, kitchen in the room, which makes best of the worlds to who likes to prepare their own meals. As a bonus a veranda where to serve meal. Very good. Not that I remember (of course, since one can do its own breakfast in room, the hotel's is not rich, english kind mostly).
about 1,5 km from the praia da rocha; bus service for the beach during the weekend they don't clean the rooms
room was clean and well appointed
Good place, quiet, clear view and clean
Excellent value for money; spacious apartment; views from balcony
Huge room, comfortable bed, in-room facilities, balcony, pool and bar, free parking. No problems but there was a (happily very dead) bedbug on the countepane on the other bed. Possibly came in with the laundry because there was no sign of any others anywhere. Fridge was left closed and off so smelled musty but easily cured. Some traffic noise and little soundproofing from corridor and other guest noise but again not a real problem.
The Staff were very kind and caring, the actual building was in a fair state of repair. the place was very difficult to find. it is a budget stay, but not priced that way, there are others close by with better facilities cheaper. They way it is discribed on the net with your company. i would probably not use this site again due to this..
Exceptionally good value for money. In the Algarve you do not spend your day in the hotel so exhorbitant charges are a waste. All you need is a good bed. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to the beach and centrally located in the Algarve.. The staff are strained at breakfast. I realise that not many people eat breakfast in the hotel and a big staff is not needed. In the summe months airconditioners will be needed. For this added luxury higher room rates can be charged.
Nice room very clean. The hotel staff was nice. Great price/quality relation.
I only liked the idea that I got it cheap. It was the only excuse for this hotel. Well, OK, microwave oven was good for the value, also. It was the worst hotel in all my life. All photos on booking.com page were taken in proper angles, you know what I mean. My 3-people family was only given 1 key (not a magnetic card) for the door. To enter the hotel, there should be another key,- and the lock couldn't be opened from inside. Even if someone leaves the room for shopping, someone has to leave till the entrance, and then meet him there. No soap / shampoo served. 12" CRT TV. Only 1 small aircond in living room, - to get it, a deposit of 10 EUR should be paid. Very stupid staff, very expensive bar, dirty children pool, - aweful experience. I was lucky to have a car rented thus we left early in the morning and returned late at night.
Friendly atmosphere, good central location.
Booked a single room and was given a double.
hotel staff were very helpful. great location. clean, quiet and comfortable.
Excellenty location for exploring the Algarve. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again in the future. The only things to add in this area is that the coffee served at breakfast is bleak stuff and I think there are some guest parking issues.
Excellent Staff at Reception could not be more helpful or pleasant. One lovely girl did not get her name worked at reception she was the nicest receptionist i have ever come across so well done to her just wish i could have thanked her in person but she was on day off when i checked out but well done to her Breakfast was very poor left a lot to desire in choice and bread very very scarce, No bar and no swimming pool
That's a good Hotel, the staff are very nice
good staff good location clean and tidy excellent breakfast parking though limited quiet rooms balcony shower very small would prefer a bath no shelf or cabinet in bathroom
It was quite good, however there should have been a bar I think there should have been a bar
the hotel was spotless and the staff very good the room was fine with the best shower we have had abroad
The locatiion was excellent as it is close to everything, the beach restaurants etc,
