Bathroom was not well maintained. Fasuct was not working correctly to include the Toilet. Shower was nasty!!!
Staff was very nice and helpful
Only one person working at check-in
Very close to monorail stops and easy access to the strip.
Very small pool area.
best night sleep I've had in vegas
Needs more places to eat in lobby
I love how clean this hotel was compared to other hotels on the strip! It is a less than 5 minute walk to the strip and the staff for checking in was awesome!
housekeeping was good. Overall stay was good. I was there for business and prefer never to go to the city again due to its nature.
Bathroom is modern. The room is fresh and clean. We had a nice view of the strip on the 16th floor, facing south
Exterior and lobby looked outdated.
Easy access to parking and rooms. Smaller, more intimate hotel. Clean rooms and facilities. Friendly front desk staff. Good location. Nice view (at least from our room).
Hot tub didn't seem clean; way too much chlorine used. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
Staff and housekeeping are great
Hotel needs an update. It's old tired and looking dumpy
We come to Vegas twice a year for trade shows for years and normally stayed at the Flamingo, but they have been forcing weekend stays when we aren't there for the WWDMagic convention, and the only real reason we stayed there was familiarity and convenience to the monorail to get quickly to the Convention Center. We prefer Westins' in general, and have now stayed twice. Small casino, business-like crowd, good breakfast buffet/room service menu, etc. "Heavenly" quiet Westin rooms. The 24-hr pool is also nice. You don't feel like you are necessarily in Vegas, so I definitely recommend it for business travelers who want to feel like you aren't necessarily in Vegas.
If you are a monorail user, the block walk from the hotel to the Bally's station isn't bad, but it can be a little sketchy at night.
Beds were really good
Beds were very comfortable. Good TV channels. The shower was marvelous!!!
No microwave. Not enough bottle waters in the room.
My stay was amazing! No complaints at all!
view from room of the Linq was pretty cool; happy hour was nice; small casino was intimate and fun. good central location to many spots.
We chose not to have our sheets changed. This did not mean that our room was not to be cleaned on the Saturday of our stay.
The bedding was comfortable and clear. View was good.
Breakfast buffet. TV reception wasn't good.
I liked how clean and fresh it smells inside. I didn't see anybody smoking and it was a nice break from all of the other casinos. Rooms are nice and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. Shower had a nice, big head, good pressure and hot water never ran out. Inexpensive table games as well. It is on Flamingo, but is close to hotels that are on the strip. It is across the street from Bally's, Flamingo and Linq. I thought it was a good value for the money. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. The nachos I ordered at the bar were very good and the portion size was very big.
They charge a $23 a day resort fee. They forgot to put taps in the bar so they only serve bottled beer. The bartender told us they forgot the taps when they remodeled. I sat at a table at the bar and waited. I then had to go up to the bar to place my order. The bartender told me she would send a cocktail waitress to my table, but she still put my order in, which was nice. The cocktail waitress took an extremely long time to bring my food. She then only checked on me two more times and I had to ask her to refill my water. She was very nice and friendly. I don't blame her for what happened. I asked her if she was the only waitress working and she said she was. She also said she had to cover all of the bar and the entire casino floor. She definitely could have used extra help to provide better service.
I was informed upon checkin that i would have to pay an additional daily fee that was not mentioned when booking the trip. These were for amenities i had no interest in, nor did i use. i picked this location to save money, but with the fees i could have just stayed at the venetian where my event took place and ended up paying the same amount. Traveler beware.
The people were great, they were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The complementary valet was a great deal for me. Awesome location.
The parking was tight, if not for the valet I never would have been able to park my truck. There was no complimentary breakfast of any kind.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was misrepresented as a Strip view room when there are no Strip view rooms in the entire hotel. Extra monies were paid for this so called Strip view. Room had a slight sewer smell as well as the second floor near spa.
