The space, the beds.
The checkin was to slow and so many ppl waiting was MaryKay convention event.
The location was good, but too few staff to take care of guess.
Service was poor.

The room should have been a bit cleaner, I found blood stained on the sheets. The room service was horrible and the service was even worse.
30 a night to park
Unlike casino hotels, the pace was more "relaxed" and family friendly. Only a short taxi ride will bring you to a casino for a show or gambling so if you look for a slow paced, family hotel in AC, this is it !!
The hallway became very noisy when the partygoers came back to the hotel high or drunk. That's not the hotel's fault. Hope someday "the shoe is on the other foot" !!!
View was fantastic and the rooms were great
Self parking was full when we checked in, tried to call the front desk and they weren't very helpful
IT REEKED OF SMOKE!!!
The room and hallway were all permeated with smoke. It was unbearable. AVOID at ALL COST!

Had a great time
My wife and I went there January 1st to January 3rd to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff was professional, polite, and friendly. The room was beautiful, with nice pillows and sheets. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping, and had a wonderful time while staying at this hotel. I hope others go there too. It's a great place.
I wish the room had a refrigerator in it. But that was no big deal compared to all the other things the hotel had to offer.

Nice, swimming pool small but nice to have. The hotel is of good quality and was value for money.
The area was very beautiful and the hotel accomodations were first class. However..I Had an issue with several of the employees....first and foremost...no one at the front desk on Wed July 7th knew the directions of how to get to the hotel...because they weren't "locals"...then, as I tried to get someone who could give me directions, I was cut of twice by the staff trying to transfer me...and at one point transferred to a fax machine....The fourth time I called back a very nice employee named Amanda helped to guide me to the hotel. Upon arrival, I grabbed dinner at the Tun---which was fabulous and returned to the parking garage to retrieve my bags...one of the convention center employees...by the name of Mike...a middle aged man..
Contd....(what I didn't like) asked me about 15 personal questions ...while I was trying to locate my car in the self park area....he actually was very creepy and refused to escort me to my car...I Ended up getting lost, after following his directions and was stranded on the outside of the parking garage...walked 3 quarters of the way around the facility...and called the Sheraton customer svc...only to be told that she "couldn't help me"---to call reservations...or the front desk by dialing *10....which did not work....i ended up flagging a police officer down and was given a ride into the parking garage to try and locate my car...then to the front desk...where a very kind individual by the name of John helped me tremendously...the bell man
sheraton in Ac was amazing...the best part was its two mins from the board walk..the rooms was great as well.
however the sheets are mad rough..it feels like hard towel...as if you were to dry your hands on it.
It was close to boardwalk and all the attractions.
Staff was great, dogs are welcome in rooms on 4th floor only. The room was very nice-great bed too, however no kings were available per my resv. The town shuttle to all casinos, boardwalk etc is right across the street. We will go back
