Staff not customer friendly.
Nice facilities. Nice room.
Staff aloof and distracted at check in. Room service stopped 90 minutes earlier than advertised. They were overwhelmed due a storm and a special event, and they just stopped answering the phone.
The location, staff, facilities, and beds were amazing. The staff during check in and out were both so friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the tv remote and purchasing a movie and the lady that hel D at check out went above and beyond what one would expect to rectify the situation.
Had a small problem with the tv remote. It didn't work properly. But it could have been me.

Can not review - we did not stay at the hotel. My husband got sick and we were unable to make the trip to Arlington.
Hotel room was clean with plenty of room. The restaurant staff were friendly.
Not responsive to requests. Had to repeatedly ask for additional towels. Only provided decaf coffee in room.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for the event we were attending. The shuttle service made our trip more enjoyable.
We had a room full of ladybugs. There were live ones all over and dead ones on the floor in various locations throughout the room.
The internet sevice was not free, I was annoyed because most of the hotel even less rated hotels offer internet sevice free of charge
