Everything was spectacular, the hotel overall is exceptional in everything, the staff is very helpful and very polit, Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Amin the General Manager for his follow up by himself for the guests happiness, absolutely he is a great manager, , thanks to Mr mohamed saeed reception manager for his politness and he was very helpful in every thing. Thanks to Mr. Ahmed el nemr (Receptionist), Mr kareem and all other restaurant staff, and thanks to all other staff, and I apologize for forgetting some other names
