A Blast! Sand Storm
Took a chance at staying at a casino for the first time. We were very pleased with the room, the price, location, staff and the cafe. Cannot comment on the casino or gambling since we didn't participate in that. We were so pleased we decided to stay 2 nights and we played golf in town.
It was very conveniently located by the dam and by the county lines. The store and restaurants with were a nice option. The food at the cafe was really good. Plus the casino games were amusing. The tv was trash. No HD just a shaking snowy screen. While the cafe was good, the customer service was not.
Great value for the price; excellent location for those visiting Hoover Dam. Heating/ac unit was temperamental. Needed a light above shower stall.
The check in was a little disorganized although the staff were very friendly. It's a busy hotel with a lot going on and things to do. The setting is beautiful above Lake Mead. I stayed with my dogs and enjoyed my room. The bed was very comfortable, the king room spacious. It was very quiet with just a little triffic noise. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is located just shy of Hoover Dam. Hotel property was appealing and clean. We had dinner in their steakhouse and the food was very good. That we just didn't have enough time to do more exploring in the area.
The room. The employee's. The view. The location. The steak house. The steak I had was one of the worst I've ever paid for. The TV in the room didn't work very well and could use a few more stations.
Large, clean room with magnificent view from 16th. floor. Helpful staff, especially Cathy at the front desk. Will certainly visit again next year in time for the Vegas Sevens Ruby series.
The fact they redid the hotel from previous owner. Hotel looks good. When we check in the gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and professional and worked quickly to take care of all in line. While the hotel looked good i believe the check in desk was understaffed. We waited behind 8 people for close to half an hour while there was only one person checking in guests. The cafe was also highly understaffed. We waited close to 10 minutes to be approached/seated. Once seated we waited between 10-15 minutes to which know one even came back.. We eventually got up and went to eat elsewhere. Having a nice hotel is great but very little staff to serve. I will think twice before booking a room again.
Bed was soft. Waited an 11/2 hours to check-in past check-in. They did not have the room ordered. Then the first room that was an upgrade with smaller beds was unclean, the second room was clean but still had smaller beds. The pool and spa were out of order, and the water pressure sucked in the shower.
Cleanliness and friendly staff. Shower water pressure was to low and the water settings were not right. Shower water ran Hot..
Damaged room lock. Staff gave us 4 sets of keys to use only 1 intermittently worked befor they finaly relocated us to another room. Insincere front desk staff.
Italian style room and upstairs patio are very nice. Nice place in funky town away from Las Vegas. We stayed in the Tuscany room. To take a shower one has to sit in a whirlpool bath and pull out a shower head. There is no shower curtain or anything that might stop accidentally showering the rest of the room. The shower head can NOT be fully turned off, and is always spraying hot water. A serious plumbing job would be needed to fix this it seems. Also, very noisy generator humming 24 hrs a day. But I guess this all goes with the Italian experience :)
Great time and nice comfy rooms! Staff was very friendly and location is nice! Great places to walk around. The restaurant was a bit disorganized but the food was great and we still enjoyed it.
The history of the hotel and the area were the attraction. Rooms were a little small, but totally manageable.
no coffee pot option in the room
i didn't care much for the cards to use the elevator and room. i had to get another set because my card did not work. also, sunset station needs more hotel registration people!
needs more hotel registration people! Smokey lobby Expensive food prices NO coffee or hot water pot :-( no small fridge in room
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Also quiet. The service everywhere, in the hotels, restaurants, and casino, was excellent. The pool was great, not crowded at all. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away for a bit.
Security, restaurants, loose machines, prompt, friendly service made for a very pleasant visit. We'll be back!
The staff was very friendly and kind, professional. It was quite. I felt safe.
Loved the food, close proximity of the theater and IMAX. Casino wasn't too smoky. Beautiful inside the center bar area At check in a $100 deposit and resort fee of $18 were charged on my credit card. The $100 deposit should be refunded but I don't think that is necessary.
Very nice rooms and very well trained staff. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again. Prices fluctuate too much which has caused me to stay in other hotels with more competitive rates some of the time. I guess that is Vegas but it does get very frustrating when you find a good quality hotel like Sunset Station
Quiet rooms Pillows, outdated crib, dishonest employee, hidden charges
the amenities and surrounding stores , things within walking distance. The hotel itself was secure. the pillows were super hard and thick but as soon as I asked the front desk , they were very nice and immediately brought new soft pillows. The bell service didn't come when I asked for help, in fact he was pretty rude, but they didn't ruin our experience.
I didn't think an additional $18. a day charge was added for "amenities". I received no additional services, but a charge.
Loved the pool area,,,very lush and pretty. Was very windy so area closed early. Made for a nice get a way. Needed more maps and directions to get around to shops, movies,
Great place! I almost got stuck in a smoking room. I checked in kind of late and the front desk said that because I booked through a third party, I was not guaranteed a non smoking room. I honestly hadn't thought of it. I kind of thought smoking rooms were a thing of the past. At the last second they found a non smoking room and it was great, but I would not have been happy otherwise.
Nice clean rooms. Upscale styling. Poor communication with staff. Hidden fees.
The spa facilities the sandy pool The short time I was there . I wish I could stay longer
It is clean, nice looking, and the room does not smell like the casino area. Most other hotels smell like the casino (smoke) so it is quite nice that this hotel does not have that smell. The pool looks really nice. There is no breakfast. The pool closed too early at 7PM. A bit on the expensive side.
My wife and I especially like the spa are, and the workout area. We used the movie theatre, the poker room, the buffet, and starbuxs. I would recommend staying here to any of my associates, the staff, the bell people, the valet, all very promt and courteous. I would have stayed another week, but the weekend rates jump...and will stay again in the future. great 4 nights.
The room itself was very comfortable. The manager was responsive to my concerns. Housekeeping staff was unprofessional, unorganized and extremely loud in the common areas.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful. They have a large, beautiful pool/lounge area that epitomizes the amazing Vegas experience. You can take an Uber or Lyft to the strip that's located about 15 minutes from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel who wants to get the most bang for their buck. The front desk lady initially gave us the wrong room number which resulted in us getting lost and returning to the counter to verify room numbers. It was a simple mistake but very inconvenient due to the fact we were exhausted from the previous 6 hours of travel. However, it was easily fixed once we returned to the front desk. It would also be nice if there was a continental breakfast provided.
The rooms are so pretty and classy and the bed is awesome! Shopping and movie theater is close!! Nothing
Staff was very friendly. Very comfortable and very nice. Great value! They advertised an adult pool, but the pool is only open in the summer. The regular pool is very nice, but a lot of children who dominated the hot tub. Great place for kids! They did give us a slight break in price as a result and we're very accommodating and understanding, I just wish we were aware the adult pool was closed.
upon arriving at the front entrance late at night - almost 2 am - after a long drive, we parked at the front with the intent to quickly check in and then repark and unload as we didnt have much luggage. there were multiple cars that were already parked, but the staff by the entrance insisted we park our car elsewhere without listening to our explanation. agreed he saw that we checked in and were actual guests, he became more friendly and offered help. very poor and distasteful customer service.
Nice place, quite a ways off the strip but I understand they have a free shuttle to mandalay bay. It was nice for the rate I got, but for the higher rates I see for them all the time I would stay on the strip where you are closer to everything. Was only there for 1 evening so didn't see most of the amenities. Definitely a very nice place. As mentioned in another post, the distance from lobby/casino to rooms is quite a walk. Check in was very slow, during construction the relocated the check in to 2 small stands, it took 30 minutes to check in and there was only 1 person in front of me.
My family of four stayed comfortably and we brought our little dog and had a Small porch to take the dog out; it was perfect! Great view of the lake & gold course! The pool had an awesome slide that my 3yr old son absolutely loved. There was a big down fall for me though... The children's pool had floating roaches & big bugs. I asked if they had cleaned the pool and they said that they do but the bugs fly in and die. If that's true, it's still pretty disgusting. Besides that the hotel was clean and amazing.
The views are gorgeous. Kayaking was great. The pool was nice. Staff at the poolside dining was an issue. We ordered a dozen wings to share and french fries. They brought us nine wings and forgot the french fries. We let the french fries slide, but told them they only gave us a 9 wings. They brought us 3 more literally. I feel for the mistake they should have given us a whole new basket of the dozen we ordered. On a separate day from a separate staff member we ordered poolside. We gave cash to cover the bill and tip. The waitress came back later and said we did not give enough to cover the bill. We gave her more cash, but my guess is she pocketed the extra cash. I also hate that there are no vending machines. I came in from a wedding late after midnight and wanted something small, like a granola bar. I asked what options there were for food and the only was room service. Really? Nothing small I can eat and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Other annoying thing is that once room service is ordered the 17$ bill goes to 40$. Please me more transparent with all the additional 'fees' for room service. I ended up paying 40$ when I wanted a granola bar.
We were not advised that rhe pools were not all open so instead of a quiet adult pool it was a noisy kid pool the bar by the pool was not open and the cocktails were rediulasly expensive! 34$ for two Mia Thais in a solo cup. This place is an island 30min away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed myself regardless of how empty the area felt. I hope to return as soon as possible... with friends!
The view They over booked so they down graded my room.
The buffet and it's my favorite resort! :) Super happy!
Likes the location and ambiance. Wanted to pop popcorn. No microwave unless I paid an extra ten dollars a day for a two hundred dollar a day room. The entrance to the hotel needs light. The handicapped pool entrance doesn't work. Fixed? I doubt it.
Every employee I encountered was amazing and went above and beyond what was expected. I couldn't wait to write this review. I was impressed to say the very least. 10/10 I would stay here again. Worth every penny... Nothing wrong with this place. Just great overall.
Location is great, and the area is beautiful Things they could control: - Broken elevators (only 1 working for entire wing) - Very expensive for everything Things out of their control - Lake was closed due to storm a couple of days earlier
The customer service was excellent. We enjoyed every single part of our trip and look forward to staying here again. We booked through a third party site and later found out that if we had gone directly through the resort we could have received a military discount and cut our bill down by almost half. Unfortunately we were unable to receive the discount at all or any sort of credit.
The grounds and trails. Live music. Lovely views of the lake from my room. Watching the sunrise everyday. Dive in movies at the pool. Tired rooms and furniture. In desperate need of an update.
The pool was great. The bed was great. I was in a jr suite, I was expecting more out of the bathroom. It was also a bit of a drive to the strip and unless you are eating at the resort food is a drive away too. If you are bringing a stroller watch out for all the stairs at the resort.
I most liked the balcony overlooking the property. A fantastic view. The staff was most gracious & accomadating to all request made by me personally, & towards our conference attendees. An exceptional experience. The infrequent schedule of the airport shuttle
Beautiful location. Quiet and comfortable. A/C was poor for the heat in the summer time. Requested a new coffee pot, didn't show up. Requested additional towels, didn't show up. No hotel restaurant for dinner.
Beautiful location. The breakfast option at the hotel was excellent. We were sad to miss it our second night when we had to leave early for the airport. The outdoor pool and hot tub were delightful and the perfect endcap to a week long trip to see the canyons. Two double beds instead of two queens made things a bit cozy in terms of sleeping arrangements for a family of 4.
My fiance and I were treated horribly. We were racially profiled. It felt like a scene from A Raisin in the Sun. They clearly do not work African-American guess to be there and they treated us that way. It only we're not giving any information about the facility the amenities but were denied access to the spa amenities when we decide to go. We were paying a resort fee and cannot enjoy anything about the resort. All the amenities closed at 7 o'clock when no one told us about this. The biggest issue is that there was an attempt to charge my credit card over $6,000 my bank stop the transaction and the only restitution was an inexpensive cheap bottle of red wine given to our room. There was a horrible customer service. Everything was tug and pull it was not a courtesy or any type of kindness. A terrible experience at Lake Las Vegas would never do it again and will file a report with the Better Business Bureau.
Large, beautiful property in a lovely setting. Rooms were lovely and large. Staff was helpful and professional. A quiet and relaxing stay. The nearby village was a ghost town except for three restaurants and a chocolate store. A little eerie.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY WERE RUDE, ARROGANT AND TRY TO STEAL MONEY OFF MY WIFE'S CREDIT CARD(6,831.00). THEY ALSO KEPT US OUT OF OUR ROOM WHEN WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM! WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE POOL AND SPA BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSED EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE DIDNT SPECIFY. THE ROOM WASNT COMPLETELY CLEAN. WE FELL WE WERE TREATED LIKE THIS BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK. KAYAK SHOULD REALLY DO A THOUROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO THIS HOTEL AND THEIR MANAGEMENT IT FOR NO OTHER REASON, FRAUD AND THEFT!
The resort is a high class resort regardless of the name it is under. It is excellent for relaxation winding down away from the strip. The scenery is beautiful. Landscaping is calming Nothing of significanceً
it's not crowed, good facilities, close to Vagas strip but not so jamed. i ma not happy been charged the resort fee $22 since the Resort is incompleted. i want my resort charge refund.
The hotel is clean and classy Charged for Resort Facilities which I did not use. The worst thing is guests have no choice in the matter. You check in , You must pay. That is terrible.
Had to wait four hours to check in. Payed for a room with a lake view and was given a room with a view of the courtyard because they must have overbooked. Was not compensated at all for my time or being given the wrong room.
Pleasant atmosphere, beautiful grounds. I was there on a weekday, but there was still a nice crowd, with a miix of adults and families. Wish I could have stayed longer Casino is included in the hotels list of amenities, but it is "closed"
It seemed inexpensive at first, before the $30 resort fee/night $30 resort fees (above the quoted Kayak price per night), a heater that made a lot of noise at night, a phone that didn't work and a staff that didn't clean the rooms
I stay here every few months and haven't had any problems ever. The pillows are too big.
Location, breakfast, friendly staff. The pillows were too large and hard.
The price was the reason we stayed. Nice, clean. No too large... yhe pool area and jacuzzi was really nice. Did not like having to leave hotel to get to pool Would have liked coffee... in the room, or breakfast before 8 am. We are early risers we waited for 2 hours for the buffet to open.
Remodeled rooms Registration was fast
Made a reservation for a king room- first room we get had two queens and it smelled terrible - I went back down to the front desk to get a king room (preferably one that didn't smell) and the lady at the front desk said they didn't have any king rooms (even though that is what I paid for and was on my confirmation). She basically said this was my problem, not hers since I reserved through kayak. I insisted that I would not sleep in the room (smelled like a bad mix of bo attempted to be covered by air freshener) so she gave us a new room that was a king on a different floor. When she handed me the keys she stated that this was a pet friendly room on a smoking floor. We do not smoke and my boyfriend has allergies so I wasn't thrilled about this but figured we would try it. This room was a king room, but again smelled terrible. Since my boyfriend has allergies we didn't want to sleep in a pet friendly room so we went back down to the front desk to just settle for a double queen room (since she had said they were out of kings) - at this time the lady said that the king room was not a pet friendly room. We talked to the lady a little more and decided we'll just open a window to try and air it out - she didn't inform us that the windows do not open. All in all - you couldn't pay me to revisit this place.
The bed was soft. I would suggest fixing several things. This was like a retirement community. Younger generations would not stay here. Old people are dying off fast. Smoking indoors is an outdated and gross. In this day an age with what we know about smoking, it should not be allowed at all. It ruins the persons lungs, the lungs of everyone around. Makes the food taste bad etc. There should be sealed rooms if people wanna smoke. This would help your attendance. My room 7-120, the walls were peeling paint in the bathroom. And behind the door was very dirty. Also the kleenex box was dirty. There was a hair on my pillow from someone else. GROSS. The exterior was falling apart. The view from my window was also very disturbing. The roof for the casino is not a good view. The front desk gentleman when I checked in was not very inviting, and did not explain very well why I would have to pay an additional $100 deposit. The sidewalk was covered with old gum, that is just poor maintenance.
Nothing Place was so dirty we left within an hour of arriving.
Didn't use the pool area, but it looked relaxing; room was clean; bed was comfortable; room was not very modern, but price was fair; staff was accommodating; easy access to the 215 freeway. Walls are quite thin, but I only slept there so nothing an over-the-counter sleeping aid couldn't handle. The price to stay four nights was at least $200 less than surrounding hotels...and the resort fee was less. Was impressed by their late-night parking patrol. The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong in the casino that I didn't want to gamble or spend any time in that area. The food lacked flavor in the Café Fiesta. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.
It was close to the green valley ranch and they offered loads of discounts Everything was out of date, and the atmosphere was very dry and old feeling.
Bed was old.
Overall, the staff was friendly and the location is ideal for not being to close or to far from the strip. On the last night of our visit, the cleaning staff did not clean the room and did not re-stock the bathroom with towels. We waited until 2:30 am in order to receive towels for the following morning.☹️
The room was beautiful and very well appointed. So many details that made our stay wonderful. We were so comfortable we could have stayed longer! There is nothing we didn't like about our stay. Very happy with our choice and we will definitely go back again.
OMG the bathroom is breath taking The pool closed too early
Room, new, staff Nit pick- gelato serving lady who couldn't give me two flavors in a single, despite single being huge!
Overall that is what you expect from high class hotel. The only thing that we hat to change was the bed blankets, because they were made from synthetic material and were accumulating tons of static electricity.....bad for health.
Very open and clean resort and property. Food and drink options were great as well. Gym closing at 7 pm was a surprise, but not in a good way. the business center was also no open late enough for a business traveler (5 pm)
Too bad because the swimming pool
Clean rooms. Beautiful hotel. Reasonably priced. The sushi restaurant. Terrible service. Everything we ordered was forgotten. We sat there for 45 minutes with NO food. The waiter wouldn't look at us because he knew. We didn't complain but should have received an apology anyway. I don't need gimmicky all you can eat food if they're going to play hide and seek with it. I'd just rather have a normal dinner with normal service . . . And which doesn't take 4 hours. The fish was not bad though. Quite fresh and the meal was decent when it finally came. Don't pay extra for a strip view room. The strip is far far away. The view is of a small cluster of buildings in the very far distance. Their pitifully rare shuttle schedule. We get it, you want us to spend our money in the hotel. Instead we had to see friends staying on the strip, spent a lot on cabs and will probably just stay on strip next time. There's no real reason not to have more regular shuttle service with more capacity than just 11 ppl.
The beds were extremely comfortable. The resort was so very clean. Staff were so very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Food at restaurants was great. A little far from strip, but they do offer a shuttle.
Room was luxurious, clean and very comfortable. Best room I have ever stayed at.
The room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. loved the decor and the view. The room had no fridge, microwave, or coffee maker.
Really nice beds
Good friendly service, great breakfast and worth the value.
Clean comfortable professional free breakfast! The breakfast could be improved but was very good for being free! Rates changing and I would not be over $60 a night for the hotel due to the niceness and location
Very friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast and breakfast setting (lots of seating); nice pool; CLEAN!
Clean, great breakfast, quiet, smooth service, pet friendly Location is not interesting.
It was close to the venue, it had a pool and the breakfast offered was decent Didn't have a hot tub, bed were hard.
Best breakfast ever. Not just packaged pastries and a couple of boiled eggs. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, and more. Nothing.
I liked the breakfast and the room was pretty nice. Nothing
Nothing It was dirty, reeked of smoke, scary area and people lurking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever.
The bed! Extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is important to us as well and the hotel met this requirement. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. The breakfast food was sub-par.
It was quiet, comfortable and the staff was very friendly Not in the nicest area of town, but did not feel unsafe.
We liked the large room and private balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds well kept. Price was very reasonable. The parking lot was not full during our stay. Not sure why our room had to be on the third floor with no elevator. Mow their grass at 6:30 am!
Like: The view from the patio. Dislike: Wifi was almost nonexistent, the staff was sarcastic during an early morning emergency situation, the plumbing was so bad that the shower wound up being a bath anyway, some rooms had refrigerators but not all, last tenant (or earlier) had left splash marks on the wall not cleaned off.
Considering that most vegas hotels have some sort of adult theme to them , this was a good option for our children not to be exposed to that . The room was clean and comfortable, not the greatest but well worth it. We had a nice view of the lake and minutes from Hoover Damn. The room was a little dated but it was still nice
Mario was awesome! He made our stay!
Lovely and quiet. Plenty of space. Tissue paper in box was like sandpaper. My only complaint. Please provide better quality tissue paper.
Everything was good. Clean. Breakfast ok Would be nice if they had toothpaste and other peripherals.
It was under construction and no where in the descriptions or anywhere did it say so. The staff was rude and very self absorbed. There was construction tape everywhere, dusty and disorganized. I would have been fine if the website would have said something about it being under construction, then I would have made an educated decision. The walls are very thin as well. Very disappointed
We enjoy the the breakfast especially travelling with 2 young children and the ease of checkin/out.
The staff at the hotel was disorganized and not well-informed on the amenities at the facility. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the convenience of an airport shuttle pick up/drop off. So, I arranged an airport pick up/drop off prior to arrange in Nevada and the shuttle did not pick me up until 1 hour after I had arranged to be picked up and dropped off - I had to call to tell them that I had arranged shuttle service because it was not documented and when the shuttle arrived at the airport it took another 15 minutes for them to get to my location because the driver did not know the terminals and airlines.
The rooms were clean and I like that they had a refrigerator. The breakfast was nice especially if you didn't want to leave the hotel. Staff was very helpful. We stayed on the strip for 2 nights and was not happy with that hotel at all. I would rather stay here and just drive to the strip. The breakfast was always very crowded (to be expected) and noticed that people were standing and waiting for food to be refilled, i.e. eggs, sausage, etc. But the food was very good and they had a variety of breakfast items.
Clean and room was spacious with an attentive staff. I need clean and this Hampton Inn delivered.
Appears to be fairly new. Very clean. Excellent breakfast area and basics. Staff there to help. Offset elevators can make you guess which is avaliable
Cleanliness and comfort Small room...no tub
The staff are extremely helpful. My fiancee and I had the time of our life's while staying here.
Breakfast, Bed, Gym, Pool
Very accommodating...when our flight arrived early morning. Appreciated the early check in and friendly staff.
We loved the clean, high end finishes in our suite. There was enough room even though we had a couple of kids. Pool had a fun fire pit that was cozy to dry off next to. We got a call from the front desk because our kid was doing somersaults in our room at 8 pm. He is 2 and weighs 30 lbs. I was surprised to get a complaint that time of night, especially because our kids are actually really well behaved.
Marcos was excellent in every way. Rooms pretty basic, but clean and updated.
I loved how big the rooms were, and I was so surprised. They accepted my dog without question (and she's a gentle blue pit), and the rooms were so big and roomy. There was room for her to have her bed and all of her own space and not be under foot, and the bathroom area was huge and spacious enough for the two of us also. The only thing I didn't like was fluorescent lights in the bathroom. They just are harsh, and I'm not applying my cosmetic under such harsh light.
Very clean and check in was very fast and after driving for 4 hours that was very nice. Walls were a little too thin. Couldn't hear anything outside which was good because we were by the airport but you could hear the people going up and down the halls the rooms above us and next too us.
The room smelt like smoke, and was dirty there was hair on the floor. The linen was rough to the touch like sandpaper. The room has a weird 70's vibe to it, and was not classy at all. I was not impressed by this hotel at all. The female staff supervisor when I informed her of the weird smoke smell she just grabbed my room key and said "I'll look into it and walked off. Hmm I could have stayed at a motel 6 for this type of service.
Clean, comfortable, great bed for sleeping, staff courteous. no soap available for washing clothes.
#1 Like is the quiet for sleeping and comfort. It seemed like we were the only people staying here, although I know the place was booked nearly solid! #2 The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them - especially at the breakfast buffet. #3 The breakfast buffet! The food was wonderful! Great selection, fresh fruit - a very good deal for the money. I can't say enough about the friendly wait staff! #4 Proximity to the airport. We never heard overhead planes except by the pool, which was actually kind of fun. We will be back on our next visit to Vegas!
Hilton personal was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Fitness room should be extended, everything else was excellent.
THE WARM WELCOME
Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly and helpful staff.
comfort and staff was good. thought the pricewas a little high. we paid $160 for our room plus taxe and hotel charge.
Variety of people languages and friendliness Very limited space where everyone is forced to eat at the same time without allowing the actually space available within the structure..
overall good Over the years we have stayed 4 times .When we first went the beakfast was great, Bacon- sausage and scramble eggs .Now everything is processed and no meat .Probably won't return. Starting to go on the cheap 80 plus $ shud expect more' we loved it before We are snowbirds and because of the low dollar it cost us 120$ can say no more--- Regards Dennis
I was able to bring my pets. The heat on Las Vegas
I liked the fact that I had a problem free stay. The staff was great and house keeping did a wonderful job taking care of my room. The continental breakfast was great, unlike most hotels I stayed at in the past. N/A
The breakfast was surprisingly good! The staff was friendly. It appears that Wyndham acquired the property and neglected to update anything. Very Dated! I trusted the name and booked with higher expectations. I was told upon checkin by the staff that car break ins were common and to not leave anything valuable in my vehicle. The beds were very uncomfortable and I'm still not sure they were actually Queen sized, looked more like a long double bed. The shower sounded like it was going to fall through the floor when I stepped into it, and then every motion thereafter. I'm would stay there again, but not paying as much as I did.
bed comfort, hot breakfast, relatively quiet (very important to me), dvd player, check in and out relatively quick, wi-fi is included but a bit inconsistent one housekeeper didn't change sheets or clean bathroom, a/c was very inconsistent and usually too cold, parking near entrance very limited, location is far from fwy
Wi-fi was super slow.
The staff was very friendly. We just slept there and and got ready there. Plenty of food choices around and easy to get to.
Friendly staff. Very helpful with all questions. Great breakfast to start the day. Their policy of eating breakfast in the common area.
This was a great place for my family to meet with each other. We had 4 rooms.
I like the staff members here!!they were great!!they answered all questions up front and didnt try to give "the run around". Also they actualy talked ti than work like a zombie
Excellent bang for tmrw Buick, away from the drag with accompanying excitement. Very Comfortable beds, excellent concierge, dependable Internet, 2nd room with couch, modern kitchenette and additional tv. Really nothing was negative. The only inconvenience was that the pool was locked at listed open times. I'm sure they would have unlocked it for us bit we were feeling spontaneous and in a hurry.
breakfast size of suite needs updating--old style-doudy
The hotel was located far enough away from Vegas that it was quiet and had a suburban feel, but if you needed to get to Vegas, it was just a short drive away. My room was clean and quiet, and the staff at the hotel was very helpful. The hotel was a little hard to find since it shares the same parking lot with a Holiday Inn. The roads also make it a little hard to pull into the parking lot.
I'm just a leisure traveler but I spend over 30 nights a year in a hotel and usually a Hilton brand. While I rarely experience any problems, the staff at the Henderson Hampton went out of their way to make this a great stay for the family. anything we needed was handled quickly and with a smile. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub great for the cooler evenings. Breakfast was the normal Hampton offerings but the staff was quick to restock items and always asking if everything was ok. Located by many shops and dining options and across the parking lot from Sunset Station, it's a great option for those wishing to stay off the strip. Great stay and will be returning. Nothing
Located in a nice area of Las Vegas away from the Strip but close enough if you want the entertainment. Easy access to the airport, car rental and freeway access. Hotel nicely decorated, clean, & comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety of food with great service and if you didn't like what you were offered, there are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again.
Great room that travelers can quickly access from parking lot. Some rooms have exterior doors. The staff is wonderful!
Checked in to the hotel the clerk was the rudest employee that I have ever delt with will never go back with so many hotels to choose from and a women like that who works for such a great company never again
The up grades they have done to the rooms are really nice, beds are comfortable, staff are always help and happy to see you, if you need anything they are right there, we asked for a late check out and that was no problem. We have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Close to everything, shopping, mall, dining..

The staffs were generally friendly and the hotel provides hot meals every morning. Few nights in a week they hold cheese and wine receptions for guests to hang out.
Customer service and the location is great for friends and family. Queite and away from the strip.
My husband and I took our 9 month old son to Henderson for an Ironman (triathlon) competition. What could have been a complete disaster turned out to be an incredible trip. We were lucky to use my husbands points for the entire trip (which included a Holiday Inn in Hollywood CA as well as a Holiday Inn by The Grand Canyon) totalling 13 days. This hotel was especially great because they catered to us and the racers who had to get up at 4-5 am to get out to the course. They specifically had breakfast out early for those who were racing that morning. The location was great and within walking distance to everything necessary. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice to our son. The rooms were clean and spacious and we were lucky to get put close to the laundry facilities which were a god send which a 9 month old. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn as well as the town of Henderson who held an incredible event.
Personnel were friendly and courteous. Hotel and parking lot were very clean. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definately stay again.
