My new wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Originally we had planned half our stay at another location, but after only a couple days here, we cancelled that one (paying the fee) and booked the rest of our time in Japan at this hotel. The service was absolutely perfect. They always did more than expected when asked for something. We absolutely would choose this hotel again if we were in the area. My wife thought the bed was too hard, but I loved it.
me and my enjoyed our stay in the hotel, its clean, people are very accomodating,. I recommended this hotel to anyone
Right in front of the monorail exit. Extremely convenient spot. The dinner buffet has a great variety of dishes and all are delicious! Great built-in Disney store and highly suggest shopping there first before heading off to Disney parks to avoid the crowd. Staff communicated well in English. Was accidentally booked in smoking section, but it at least the scent wasn't too heavy. The building itself is pretty big, so prepare to walk a bit in their lobby and/or to your room.
Close to Disney Charged for everything, staff tried to help but language was a barrier.
Expensive like everything in Tokyo, but hotel fantastic, staff couldn't do enough for us & room large with 4 beds & a great view of Tokyo Bay. 3 min walk to monorail with a 5 min ride to Disneyland. What more could you ask for?
We stayed in the Happy Magic room for 3 nights while we visited the theme parks, it was a great themed room for kids. Staff were nice but not overly so, we had much better service from previous hotels in Japan. The price to use the pool, I think it was going to cost me about $50 AUS dollars for my 8 year old and I to use the pool, when we paid almost $450 a night for our room you would think that the pool would be included. The internet charges - the internet was about $28 Australian dollars per day it should be included as well.
Location. Buffet meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) and discount vouchers. Room quality. It was difficult for my husband to make a call from Australia to my room because the staff answering the phone did not always speak english. My husband called twice and was not put through because he did not speak Japanese. This meant I missed a bedtime call to my 3 year old daughter. A small indiscretion but a very important one if you were my daughter!
Hotel is located near Meikai University and is very exclusive and quiet environment. Hotel is new, simple, very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful, altho' speak little English but basic communication is fine. Japanese or English map is available at the hotel to move around. Only 1 station away to Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama). Hotel will assist to call a cab whenever I need one and there's no surcharge. No free shuttle bus from hotel to Shin Urayasu station or Disneyland Resort. However, by cab to the station is fairly near.
The breakfast was well presented and good quality. Well worth the money. I wasn't too keen on the size of the rooms even for Japanese standards they were small. Staff have limited english but are reasonably helpful.
Completely staffed and furnished room with everything you need, including trousers press. There was no wardrobe.
Very friendly staff. Efficient and helpful. Clean. None.
The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless. Not a bad word to say about the hotel.
