Nothing The worst hotel ever seen. dirty, old, and so expensive. Please don't go there!!!!!!
This place is terrible. Lines for check-in exceed 45 minutes due to slow staff and inefficient processes. People cut in line and this is tolerated by staff which makes those waiting have to wait even longer! I complained to Mrs. Garcia (event director and the Manager on Duty) and the next day, still no change. The rooms are run down and furniture came from the 60's. It is like staying at a Motel 6 built in 1960 that has not been updated in 60 years. Run down and old. I have stayed in hotels all around the world. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at for service and comfort.
Hotel is located in the historic Mayaguez downtown. It is next to the historic Mayaguez Cathedral built in the 1700's, La Plaza de Colon and a block away from bars and clubs. Hotel is historic as well, as the building used to be a monastery. Rooms are clean, very comfortable, and staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre, but right across the street is Ricomini Bakery, a Mayaguez favorite. Church starts ringing the bells every 30 minutes rather early in the morning.
La limpieza delhotel excelente, el personal fantstico y siempre pendiente en lo que ecesita el cliente, amable, y educado. Esta situado en una area convniente y accesible a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. No tiene reealmente un verddero restaurante
I liked the location as it has the public square and several restaurants and bars nearby I did not like the bad musty smell in the room and all the street noises are heard inside the room
Location. Front desk staff did not have change available(coins), for laundry service.
It was located at a pinturesque spot on the town. The building has history. It had a unique architecture. The room was very comfortable. The parking was good. Some corners of the building needed a little painting. The included breakfast was mostly a little snack. Sometimes there were hair in the bathroom after cleaning.
The Staff was kind and helpful. The reservations process went smoothly, The location was great in the heart of town. Yes would recommend other persons to stay. Quiet and comfortable. The smell of the room felt needed some freshening up. Strong damp and a bit dusty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper was hanging without the dispenser rod. Otherwise everything else was very good.
The service Continental breakfast
Excellent unique hotel with a rich history. Breakfast was typically terrible like every other american hotel.
The hotel is inside the town proper in Mayagúwz Puerto Rico and features arquitecture typical of latinamerican towns in the beggining of the 20th centrury. It was quiet and beatiful, simple and elegant. It was not luxurious but it was worth the money spent. The hotel seems to have been initially intended for a monastery and repurposed into a hotel. It features a host of religious pictures and themes, however it is not the type of in-your-face setup that would really bother a reasonable individual. The hotel does not have a lot of parking space, although did not have a problem finding a spot in an adjacent street. The room was small and would not recommend it for a prolonged stay or if you actually needed to spend time working inside the room. Additionally, the rooms seem not to have been designed with a bathroom in mind. Hence, the bathroom is very small and cramped. Nonetheless I am a big guy and could do everything, with the bath door closed.
You guys offer hotels of 3 Stars that is n reality 1 star Sorry, but I waist my money.
