Very friendly staff.
A little difficult to get a drink on the floor.
food pool choices craps tables nice room
Airconditioning and door keys not working properly poor internet connection
Service personnel were well trained and very personable and always willing to help.
TI is an old grey lady of the strip and shows her age in some small ways.
It was a good experince location is very good
Hotel manegment not given me extended stay of one hour
The keys to 36th floor were not working in the lift
The location on the strip is prime/
Long line to check in to the hotel and they charge $40 if you would like to cut the line and do express check out. Time is valuable and no one has time to wait an hr or more just to check in to your room. Room was not as clean as I would have liked. Bathroom had a sour stench and cups looked disgusting.
The bathroom smelled like urine....
The staff was very friendly, perfect location since I was attending a conference at the Sands CC and I love to shop so the Fadhion Show Mall was convenient. And I loved that The CVS store access was in the casino.
Towels were dingy and not soft. No soap dish to put soap on.
I love the location. It was awesome having CVS in the same hotel and the different events at the bars like the bikini bull riding. A lot of entertainment and things to do.
When you walk into the hotel, there is an everwelming smell of cigarettes/smoke. I have stayed at the luxor and they do have a nice vanilla smell across the hotel. Please address this issue, I did notice there were a lot of families staying at this hotel as well and don't think it's fair for those that has to suffer because they are non-smokers.
The room I was staying at had bed bugs.
The hotel is really pretty and our 35th floor view was great. Bed was comfortable.
Not much variety in restaurants. TV had limited channels. Could have given better coupons and not limited use of them as strictly. Would be nice to offer guests free, hot breakfast.
I absolutely loved the modern rooms. Both cleanliness and decor of the rooms exceeded my expectations. The value was unbeatable!
Location, good condition, cleanliness
Thin walls... Cheesy coupons
The added fee of $29.95
On the strip but right at the end
Other than value for money, none of the responses applies because the airline failed to deliver us.TI declined to waive the one night penalty fee because I didn't try to continue the flight, even though the airline ( American ) could not guarantee I could make a connection even if the flight left from its originating location. Needless to say, TI will no longer be a consideration for future Las Vegas lodging. The personnel I dealt with at TI were pleasant and professional.
Room was clean and comfortable good sized not enough outlets
Smoke. Casino was overpowered with the smell of disinfectant and cigarette smoke. Pool was very littered with garbage and dirty towels.
The room I paid for was already gone even though I called ahead for late arrival. We got in the room and the toilet was overflowing and had to be snaked out then taken off. I will never stay there again.
Internet did not work. Only smoking rooms available.
The hotel was nice. I normally prefer to stay mid strip but the location turned out to be just fine. The gave us a complementary bottle of champagne which was nice however I think it was to make sure we weren't too mad about the room they gave us... See below. However given the hiccups in my experience I would still stay again so all in all it was a great trip!
When they checked us in they told us they were sold out so they were going to upgrade us for free to a higher level room. Then they told us about the free bottle of champagne and then said the rooms on either side of ours had an option to smoke and if it bothered us we could switch the next night. They made it sound like we probably wouldn't notice a thing. When we got to the room it smelt so badly of smoke that I immediately got a headache. When we called down for a new room they were really nice and we went back to the lobby and were immediate given a new room ( which was nice however I don't know why they couldn't give us that room in the first place which makes me think they were trying to trick us into taking that smoking room by offering a bottle of champagne... Also I had requested a chemical free room to begin with so I am not sure why they tried to pull that? We also had to pay a resort credit of $30 per day which I was told was mandatory however I heard the front desk person telling someone else later that it was optional so that kinda made me mad- considering we didn't need the wifi and didn't access the fitness center anyway.
There is a mandatory resort fee of $30/day which gets you a whopping 5MB of Internet, a paper I never saw and access to a gym.
The room was clean and comfortable. Never had to wait too long for an elevator. Check in/check out was easy. The buffet coupon was helpful. Nice pool and deck area.
The resort fee is just a way to boost the room rate. I took nothing of value from the $32/night fee.
Overall value acceptable, even with resort fee. Clean enough. Decent casino - enough gaming to satisfy the average player.
Despite being listed as such, TI is not what I would consider a 4-star facility. Not upscale. Was surprised by a $29 per day resort fee (which I'd still recommend choosing for those needing WiFi but just wasn't expecting it). Using the coupons made it work out OK.
The rooms were very nice. I loved the bathtub in the room. Hotel staff was extremely nice.
I paid way too much money for the hotel room not to have a microwave. The room service fee was excessive and I did not like that some people had their children in the casino with them gambling. The resort fees were outrageous because I did not use half of the things I was getting charged for.
Nice room and surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfy and the soaking tub was nice after a long day of driving
The tv was strange to change channels and the guide was crazy. No coffee pot in the room. The coffee pot restaurant was our worst meal of our 10 day trip and cost almost 60 bucks for terrible burgers and a soda. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast it was good and plentiful however we had a 2 for 1 coupon or it would have not been worth the money.
Staff friendly except the buffet manager. Dee Jay on Friday by the pool. (if your lucky to get a spot. line up before 9 a.m. at pool entrance)
Pool too small not enough chairs for the amount of people and dirty. Family oriented. Paid for a 'weekend brunch' got breakfast. Salad, pasta bar offered after 11 a.m. Actually, half of what is on the menu! Manager said that's how we do it. Sorry. He had absolutely no care/concern. Just charge for breakfast until 11 and get management who cares about people comments. Isn't that why your there? For the people?? Get rid of that mess. Will not return. Too many people not enough room. Not impressed, i'll definitely stay someplace else.
I paid for it through kayak after shopping around. But when I got there I was hit with a mandatory additional fee.
Good sub standard and service as waitress terribly both days but bartender where normal.
Location is great, right in the middle of everything.
Just not enough for the cost, and the "resort fees" are ridiculous. Seems to be the way of things in Vegas these days, just not the fun that it used to be.
Started as a 56 dollar room, but then there was a 35 dollar tax... so okay... It still was the best deal we could find. Then we get a call at 8:00 in the morning saying that there is another fee for 30 dollars, and unless we are okay with them putting it on the listed card. We had to come and put a new card.... So what started as a 56 dollar room became a 130 dollar room we couldn't do anything about... Seemed pretty criminal to us.
Treasure Island Hotel Casino is the worst place ever! I will never recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. I saw the rating with four stars and I thought it would be a decent hotel. I am disappointed in the service, building comfort, the room they assigned me was filthy, stinky like mildew and smokes. It was a nonsmoking level. I called the front desk and they sent house keeping to spray "febreez." Wow! I had asked repeatedly to switch out my room and I was turned down since they say all the rooms were already booked. I also complain about the stains on the wall and carpet. Later that night, I took my friend to eat at the coffee shop, and I witness the employees arguing. That's totally in professional. I have ran into several more rude employees. For example I was playing at one of the roulette tables and the cocktail waitress was so rude she said "hurry up and order" I told her nevermind then and she moved on to next player was yelled at because he said he wanted "Jack Daniel." The waitress then made player feel stupid by asking the player sarcastically if he want Jack n Coke or just Jack straight up. The waitress even told the player, "I can't read your mind." The waitress was rude and she took so long to bring back the drinks, so the players left. The waitress got upset and started cursing. I will never do business with this hotel again. It is all ghetto and more like a motel. Regards Ken
The location is great, view of the strip from our room was beautiful, great rate for the location/star rating Gym is small but staff were pleasant
Casino is too smoky, even the elevators wee wtinky with cigarette smell Found chewed grape pieces on the floor they probably didn't vacuum the room- Gross! Staff didn't even apologize when I reported the issue.
Cirque soile show was just downstairs.
No complimentary toothpaste, cups, or napkins. Everything had a charge for it.
The bed and pillows
Rude staff, when I got to the room there where hand prints on the windows. The room was smaller than expected it, for my first time in Vegas I feel that I over paid for an average size room.
All my friend and I enjoyed was the gambling and the restaurants.
First of all, when we walked in TI you had a leak by the lobby with a big trash can to catch the water and cones everywhere which just looks bad as a first impression. Everything about our room was terrible. We arrived to find blood stained sheets and hairs. And then our towels had big black stains on them as well as the shower curtain. And then on the morning we were checking out our whole hallway smelled so terrible of throw up. That is just uncalled for and absolutey disgusting. We both felt the need to take showers the second we left there. I would give cleanliness a "very poor" score if I could. Very disappointed overall. And I can't even tell you what best describes TI because I would tell people to not stay there. No one should stay in a room like that or deserves that kind of experience.
