Amazing staff that went out of their way to make everything about our stay as delightful as possible.
The beds and pillows were laughably uncomfortable. The pillows were lightly packed down feathered which meant they sunk to the bottom with no support for your head and neck with even the slightest pressure. Might need to bring my own pillows next time to avoid the neck pain.
The view is amazing. That is the reason we went .
Room are not any special from other hotels.

The afternoon manager was very accommodating.
Three staffers with whom I spoke gave me incorrect information about dining in the hotel. I spent twenty minutes riding up and down on the elevator only to finally give up and order very expensive room service which arrived cold and was not as described on the menu.
I loved the view from our floor and the room overall was very comfortable and clean.
I did not like that you have to pay for wifi unless you are a member.
Rooms were nice and clean
For the cost I would hope for a peaceful nights sleep but instead loud music was played half the night along with younger girls running and laughing up and down the hall. Very disrespectful.

This is the 2nd Westin I've stayed in and they have both been great. At this one in particular, the staff was super nice and I had a very good experience. The bed was amazing. Beautiful hotel from the outside too.
The room wasn't as big as I was expecting and I had hoped for a bathroom as nice as the one I stayed in in St. Louis. It had a big walk in shower while the one in Atlanta was a standard tub you can find in any hotel.
The valet parking and baggage storage staff were very friendly and helpful, but the check in receptionist was cold and impersonal.
For these prices, WIFI should be free. Period.
I loved how accommodating and welcoming they are for pets.
The cost of the room based on the size. Was expecting something much bigger for the cost of the room.
Overall FANTASTIC Hotel for Vacation
Incredible views. Within walking distance of almost everything Atlanta has to offer. Friendly staff, quick to respond to any requests at any time of the day/night. Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money.
Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults.

Sky Lounge and Restaurant was closed due to renovation. Shower was designed for short people. It was hard to take bath. It was not a `heavenly bath` as mentioned.
They didnt have enough hotel parking! Had to perk to blocks away and got over charged for parking twice for a one night stay! The sundial resturant is not in operation at this point and was very disapponited with that.
the bellman, Harry, invited our family to yhe the friends and family to the Westin Christmas party. The children are still talking about how much fun they had. Mollie is 3 and her brother, Will is seven....Thank you for making our family stay so special The Poppells
I reserved 2 rooms. I called the day befor arrival and discussed possibility of early check in. After a time of review I was assured that my two rooms were blocked for early check in. On day of check in I arrived just befor noon and made my way to register. I was told that my rooms had not been cleaned and probably would not be available until 3:00. I explained how I had been told that my rooms had been blocked for early check in. Needless to say I only got apologies and they took our cell numbers and assured us they would call as soon as rooms were ready. We never received any calls so I checked back after 2:00 and was told one of the rooms was ready. We moved into the available room and was told that our second room was on the same
Why charge me for parking when there is no where to park. The qaulity of this hotel is extremely poor for the price of $307 for one room for one night
rude/aggressive bell man .... there was no hot tub... parking at the hotel overnight was $26.00 /night... only choice of food after 2:30 p.m. was very fine dining or room service... would not spend the money to stay there again

Parking was terrible. We had to park down the street and pay $40.00 to park there for 24 hours, which is ridiculous. There should be enough accomodation for parking for your guest.
My second reservation was not at hotel when I checked in and the internet in the room did not work
