The room was very well-appointed with great finishes and amenities.
Location wasn't as close to everything as we'd have liked, but it was walkable.

Very clean, excellent service, friendly and professional, very good breakfast. Comfortable furniture. Spacious modern bathroom.
The room was not very spacious, the view was not awesome. The hotel is situated near North Bridge, quite a busy and not so attractive street to reach the Royal Mile.

Breakfast was fine. Location almost put me off choosing that particular hotel but the interior was very pleasing.
A smile goes a long way to make people feel welcomed.
