If you are a Marriotts reward customer you will be treated much worse then you are normally a custom too because you used Expedia or kayak. Book direct get treated nicely
The hotel was clean and the majority of the staff, especially the valets and manager, were very nice.
There was some confusion about on-site parking, which costs an additional $21.00. The man at the front desk was not helpful at all and offered to cancel my reservation with no guarantee of a refund. When I asked to speak with the manager, the replied that he was the on-duty supervisor. I again asked to speak with the manager and he rolled his eyes while walking away to fetch her. Now, I was in no way being rude to this young man and I even explained that my issue was not with him; it was with the parking issue. It was pointless to stay at this hotel and pay an additional $21 for parking if I could stay at a much nicer hotel with a better location for the same total price. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The manager, "Patricia", was very polite, helpful and nice.
