The Riad is absolutely beautiful - everything we could have wished for and very true to the complimentary feedback that persuaded us to stay there. The decor and atmosphere are traditional and very warming. Best of all though are the Riad's staff - in particular Valeria who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She takes a great pride in the Riad and is very well-organised in tending to all her guests' needs/requirements. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Riad - and just hope that there is a room available for me when I next come to stay!
Nice and friendly staff. Valeria has been very helpful trying to make everything smooth and easy. Clean and cozy room.
The room door needs a little maintenance....impossible to lock from the inside. In the bathroom the lack of an electric plug and a light over the mirror on the sink is rather uncomfortable.
Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient location. A very enjoyable experience.
I thought the breakfast was very good.
The Riad was close and i had to wait for an hour to get a room in another riad.
Riad Al Warda is a wonderful place to stay for a few days in Marrakech. The staff are really friendly and cannot do enough to help you enjoy your stay. Our room was delightful, a real Morrocan experience!
Exceptional friendliness & helpfulness. Could not do enough for us.
We had a superb stay - looked after really well by Georgia. The Riad itself was a true oasis of cool and calm in the crazy, hot, busy city. And it's location was perfect - a five minute walk from the jemma el fna, in a very safe part of the medina. We were able to walk around without concern even at night - unlike other people we met staying in other parts of the city. As it was Ramadan, it was very difficult to get a drink, but even then, Georgia was very accomodating, bringing us ice-cold beers when we 'needed' them most.
Nothing - but a word of advice - make use of the airport transfer - you'll never find it otherwise!
Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice, safe location within the medina. Beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely roof terrace.
The Riad is tucked away nicely in a corner of the Medina. It is comfortable and good value for money. It is run by a young Italian couple who are very friendly and knowledgable about the city and also multi-lingual.
The only downside would be it is a bit tricky to find if you do not know the way there.
