This hotel's lobby looked very nice however it smelled horrible. I think because they are near the convention center tunnel they have a problem with beggars trying to take refuge in their lobby.
Couldn't make it so they kept my money
Nice scam. Needed a 48-hour cancellation notice. Unfortunately I didn't know I wasn't going to make it until 24 hours prior. Nice way to make money. 100℅ margin!!
Lock up your property
The hotel isn't a bad place to stay, as long as you lock up your personal property. I had a watch stolen out of my room. A watch I placed in my bag the night before, under some clothes. Hours before checkout, my watch is missing. I then reported my watch stolen to the front desk and the housekeeping manager. Magically my watch appeared. Then I was told, in order for me to have my watch returned to me, I would have to pay for shipping. Yep, I would have to pay to get my stolen property back. Do not stay here!!! Or leave your valuables.
Located right in the city center. Easy to get around to popular locations. Affordable price. Nice room decor and bathroom.
Staff was clueless, poor communication between each other. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm I arrived at 4:45pm and still had to wait 20mn for my room! Found blood on one of my pillows. Was woken up at 2am by the fire alarm, with no follow up announcement from the staff, and then had to go all the way down to the lobby to figure out what was going on and was told it was because there was no staff in the lobby and someone tried to get in without a keycard which turned on the alarm. Then the next morning when I went to check out I was asked how my stay was and I said "interesting to say the least" and mentioned the 2am alarm to the receptionist who then gave me a completely different story saying now it was because a gentleman left the hot water on his shower and fell to sleep, leaving the steam to turn on the alarm. So are they just making up stories?! The most upsetting part is that after all this I wasn't offered obsolutely anything for my distress. Nothing complimentary not even a piece of candy, to think they would want to make customers want to come back or feel atleast somewhat of sympathy for anything that went wrong. Nope, nothing at all! I was close to recommending this place and staying here on my next visit to Philadelphia, but after the horrible customer service i would tell everyone to stay away!
Clean, nice size room, great staff, good rate.
One of the beds was very hard. Despite being on the 7th floor lots of noise from the street.
Needs a cleaning staff and fans in the bathrooms.
The location, and at first the room which had comfortable beds, 4 pillows each, clean towels, nice view, and friendly staff. What you would expect from a Sheraton Hotel.
Cleaning was not done on our second day, and it was poorly done on the third day. There was no fan in the bathroom and mold began to grow behind the sink on the third day. No microwave or frig. Dirty carpet and closet door.
Located next to the convention center , very close to highway.
No parking only street parking. it was 25$ for the day so it wasn't too bad. Rooms did not have a fridge. When I asked if I could store something in the fridge they turned me down :( Also, the shower walls were a bit worn down which was a bit unattractive looking

The place was very convenient and near where I needed to be; it was very clean; it had all the accommodations that I would have expected for the price
The bed was too close to the heating unit that cycled on and off in a noisy fashion
