poolarea and breakfast
Location, Service, Value for Money Liked everything
Friendly staff and luxurious
Good staff, quite and comfortable. I had to check out one day earlier due to personal reasons, but the hotel staff inssisted that i pay for the night for what ever reason. they said that this due to me booking through Booking.com???
The room, location and sea view. No private beach - which is almost no where in Pattaya, Thailand.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff seem very distant and cold.
Everything - it was a really lovely Hotel to stay at. I think there should be more control on saving of the Sun Beds around the Pool. Some people would reserve their bed by putting towels on them and then either go shopping or go outside the hotel for lunch but keep their towels on the beds with a book or magazine so that it looks like someone is using the bed. Very frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!!
Location is good and close to the beach. Good seaview and quiet. The shower head is not working properly and it is not adjustable. There is insufficient choice of restaurants in the hotel.
The Hotel had a great location, next to the beach and other main shopping centres. The swimming pool was clean and the rooms where perfect ! The Superior Sea view room that we booked didn't had an elevator to get to our room. We always needed to walk up the stairs. This is the only disadvantage the we could make up.
Very good value of money, maybe best in the city! Rooms are modern and clean. Free Wifi was nice extra too. I will stay again in this hotel!
A nice pool area, looked good for even small chidren,. Pool area staff rather inattentive, like, you were required to go order any drinks poolside, rather than the staff coming around occaisionaly to enquire if anything needed. We asked for a late checkout but were offered only till 1300pm as they said hotel was fully booked (hotel was not busy in the least), but when we offered to pay a little extra, the room automatically became available, I can understand charge extra when hotel very busy, but when its 1/2 empty, things like that dont encourage you to return.
It was simply unforgettable stay with this hotel. Love to stay once more.
I've stayed twice here already and at SOI 8, the happening place and close proximity to W.Street is a great plus.... The sea view rooms are very clean and good. Yeah.. You cannot overstay more than an hour after the check-out time and need to pay everything upfront, before using their services, which is okay to an extent but not when you are in the middle of something and you get a call for the same
Clean room, friendly staff, good location. I will be back to this hotel. None.
The front staff were generally kind and responsive to my questions as a stranger in town. For holiday goers, the location of this hotel is O.K. However, if you are with your family, especially with children, I recommend you select one in a more appropriate area. This hotel, like many other hotels in Pattaya, is also surrounded by bars and entertaining places
tiny room, not so clean, but really near the bech
Very devoted and service-minded staff and acceptable prices Not really
Conveniently located. Value for money. Water was leaking from shower to rest of the bathroom
Nice clean pool, friendly staff always helpful, waiter/ess service at pool, poolside cafe, reception open 24 hours. Only 1 thing:- The telephones inside the rooms - if 1 rings near to you, you think it's your phone, i answered ours several times even during the night & get nothing.
Price - Breadkfast - Friendly staff n/a
beach and shopping centers are very closeby hotel staffs are not friendly and standard and not value for money for staying
During my stay I got food poisoning from room service food which left me room-bound for three days. Also the hotel is undergoing a lot of refurbishment. I asked if there was any noise in my room and the answer was no. For four days I had people working outside using power tools, etc.
Very friendly and kind staff, but low cost performance during high season. I hope that price would be lower even in this season. Sometimes bathroom is not well cleaned.
The location was close enough to downtown Pattaya to be able to get to the "action" within a few minutes but not too close... Concierge service for organising excursions worked well. Did not like the style of the hotel. Very simple and basic rooms which were not very big at all. Overall price of the weeks stay was high when compared to other hotels within Thailand and even Pattaya but the quality of the hotel was significantly lower than would be expected at this price. Think that this hotel sells itself with the "Hard Rock" branding as otherwise there's nothing which would make it stand out from the 3-star crowd. Apart from the prices this hotel is far away from the 4-star hotel which it advertises to be.
Very clean... Parking lots are too far from the hotel building...
pool activities , easy goning with childrens and whole family , close to major mall in pattaya, on beach directly. simplly very nice , been there yearly since 4 years . lot of taxi drivers quing out side the hotel on both enterances, try to catch the hotel residents , fooling them , still i belive the hotel securieties staff can much about this . beside the nice sea view at rock cafe not there any more cos of these taxis blocking the view,
Excellent service and facilities The pool can do with a surfcace clean a little more regular.
I like the location of the hotel as its very close to the beach and almost the activities there.
Swimming pool was totally inadequate in respect of sun beds available, the hotel has provided large pods, it means at a maximum about 20 people only can use these, there is no other provision for sun beds around the pool.
The business floor has a dedicated lounge with staff, daily cocktails and special events. Really nice. No
it is located in the middle of the Pattaya.it can be walked to anywhere or can be used local minibuses on the street.Rooms are clean.Breakfast was ok. The walls between rooms are thin.the noise of the next room can be heard easily.
the hotel's location is good, nearby everywhere (such as: beach, mall, bars, etc), we can reach anything in walking distance. The breakfast and room are good for those price. The girl in reception office, who took care our check in process, who was not so friendly. She also said, that our print out of booking made from booking.com is not same as her copy (hotel's copy). i said, I modified my booking, and now I bring the latest booking of mine. Finally, she agreed to follow our latest booking condition.
Very nice and neat hotel with large sea facing rooms, Good helpful staff and very good breakfast. Nice pool too
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast provided. A bit jaded in places but comfortable and decent hotel.
Good for night life lovers, have balcony, pool is ok very noisy area up to early mornings,
The Eastiny Plaza Hotel being situated on Soi 8 is prefect for those who are in Pattaya to enjoy the night life, close to beach for late morning walks, and surronded by nightlife bars and agogo's. Not really a place for people with childern, as it can be noisy till 4:00 am. Also Soi 8 is situated in Central Pattaya, so an easy taxi drive you can be in The North or the South of Pattaya.
good breakfast spread, conveniently located, 10mins walk to Central festival and 10bhat ride to walking street noise outside is deafening.. till 3am.. no wireless internet, only wired..
being that this was my first time here, i found that the hotel was a great place to relax, the beach was not that far the staff was great no worries. nothing bad to say.
Good location , nice sea view from some rooms Staff at night time not so much helpful (reception) , noisy at night
Staff were very friendly, room very clean and spacious No complaints
The hotel was the correct price for a tourist on a budget plan. The free breakfast was simple and complete. The hotel was located across from a gay bar that was noisy.
Stayed here many times, last stay totalled 1 month. Budget hotel right in the middle of the bars on Soi 7. Choose a rear upper superior or deluxe room and it's fine. A lot of the clientele are Chavs so expect some quirky tattooed earring ladened neighbours. Choose a front room at your peril, you'll never sleep for the noise. The rooms are large, clean, all have king size beds. The staff are nice, and efficient, you'll spot the miserable ones, tip them and they perk up. That's it! Nothing fancy, half decent breakfast, very good value for money, as are all Eastiny hotels. This is definitely one for the boys on a bash and the lash. Fixed shower heads that simply wet the bathrooms through every time you put them on. Constant house-keeping phone that rings in the corridors from 8am onwards to inform the cleaner of something or other. Give them walky-talkies. Corridor windows left open that can't be closed because they've been broken for years, that adds to the noise pollution.
very nice staff, always smiling, clean towels every day and great location
swimming pool sunshine nice staff everyone ok no complaints
Swimming pool, close to the beach. Very noisy from the street sounds at night, there was actually the reconstruction going at the hotel - no word about it when we booked, air condition worked only in of or on mode, no regulations and is based straight over the bed so it's not convenient at all.
everything is great except the sight from the window, it is horrible the sight from the window
Good location. Staff was sympathic at check in/out. Soap was never replaced in the bathroom!!! I was very disappointed by the quality of the bed: I wake up each morning with an awful backache. I sincerely think that the price is too high for the quality offered (1000 B should be fine)
