Staff was great, in particular, Malike. Can't wait to go back.
location, garden and pool area, extremly attentive staff the Ambassadeurs bar did not meet the otherwise high level of the hotel: cocktails were really poor
Rooms were gorgeous, staff was extremely courteous and helpful. All the facilities were a "10" in luxury Food/Beverage prices were obscene. $65 lire for breakfast (that's about $50+ US) . A coke in the bar was $13 lire ($10)
it is comfortable and well maintained hotel with beautiful views and convenience to stores and restaurants in Nisantasi a light breakfast e.g. coffee and rolls should be included so that one does not have to feel compelled to spend the 35 euros if all one needs is a light morning snack
Position of hotel. SErvice of the hotel.
Location and the views are gorgeous. Fitness and spa area big, adequately fitted out, although its location at the west wing of the hotel makes visiting from the east wing somewhat too long. Breakfast hall is definitely too so small for this hotel that us and lot of other people had to wait to be seated at the table.
Great hotel in a very good location. It is situated in the European side of Istanbul, so its less crowdy and noisy compared to the old city of Istanbul in the east side. The fitness center is one of the best i have ever been to. It has everything you can imagine. And all is for free (except the massages). We had to pay 20 euro / day for internet. Based on Turkey prices it is very expensive. And i think that such a great hotel should provide internet for free to its customers.
The design of the Hotel as well as the facilities offered are of great asset for the customer. Moreover, the staff is very helpful and kind and accommodate all your requests. Overall, the Hotel managed to create a distinguished atmosphere and thus it is recommended for all those who seek a priviliged treatment in a great location with remarkable facilities. N/A
I liked the Location and the professional staff they have and for sure the outdoor pool. The room was on the seventh floor and I thought to see the sea I should get a room on the ninth floor at least.
Excellent concierge service, design, lovely spacious rooms, attention to detail (maids turn the pillow during turndown from "Welcome" to "Sweet dreams" :-) bar and restaurant, terrific breakfast, location. Average reception staff: they charged (not just authorized) my credit card on check-in without asking for my consent and for higher amount than the accomodation costs were. The overcharged amount (not much but still...) was given me back on check-out in turkish lira, hardly needed on your way out of the country. Not a disaster but surprising.
Modern Terrible terrible terrible view , extermly dark , modern design but not soo good. verrry dark again and dull, over-priced for a hotel with no view whatsoever.
Breakfast was great! Location was great and so was cleanliness!
I mostly liked everything
all staff were very helpfull and easy to communicate with them in english quick survice bathroom area wasnt that comfortable, shower only with out a bathtop wasnt enough.
Location The room was not user-friendly. It looked like a party hotel designed for vary young people.
The W Istanbul is centrally located on the European side in Istanbul, with several shops and restaurants just around the corner, Nisantasi is also a short 10 minute walk away (exquisite shopping). Vogue, a rooftop restaurant and bar, is also a short 2 minute walk away. The hotel is clean, trendy and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and service was excellent (sans the mini-bar items that I never used finding their way onto my check-out bill, which the staff swiftly removed). Would highly recommend the hotel to any solo travelers or couples. I would have liked for there to have been a salon and for the gym to have offered yoga classes (or any other sort of fitness class).
Location and design of the hotel and friendly staff. A minor thing, but the cleaning crew was a little noisy and you can hear them in other rooms next to you.
The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the staff very friendly. Lobby was nice to sit in and relax after a hard day of sightseeing, and the free coffee was always welcome. I felt that the rooms were a little bit dark, and in fact the whole hotel was sub-optimally lit.
I'd like stile and romantic design of hotel breakfast was so pour
We nice hotel. Brand new, clean, nice staff. You will be charged for everything in the hotel except for the room (e.g. breakfast, bottle of water next to bed, etc.). Prices for the additional items are high (breakfast = app. EUR 25, bottle of water/coke = EUR 6)
Rooms were nicely decorated and had many automated features. NOISE level was unbearable, I couldn't sleep all night due to SUPER LOUD music followed by a fight right outside my window. I ended up going to sleep around 6:00am. TV was nicely mounted on the wall, but hidden behind glass which made it unviewable; also TV size is too small for the room size, can't really see much from the bed. No breakfast facility on location.
Comfortable and spacious. This apartment hotel provides a large sitting area, with desk as well as a walk-in robe and small kitchen area. Very good bathroom. While the location is not so central, this provides an opportunity to see another side of Istanbul. Two buses go up the very steep one-way street and returning via the 'teleferik' was fun. The rate offered via booking was good as I booked some months in advance. I would stay here again. An iron and ironing board would be a nice addition. I'd also have like the option not to have clean towels every day.
the staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and quite the room little small bathroom door have no lock with family i have no privacy they don't have a business center the loopy is very small also, the break fast too small and they repeat the stuff every day i get bored of it
Breakfast was too poor.
Location is very elegant no
This is a very nice small suite hotel. It is quiet, modern, well-kept, well-equipped & well-located. The larger suites are a good fit for families, the smaller suites are perfect for business. The very nice restaurant where breakfast (A nice Continental) takes place should have English menus.
