It was very clean, the staff was friendly and the other guests were quiet.
Only a little loud, because the train teacks are right next to the hotel. But it's fine, if you are tired enough. :) It was a very clean, comfortable and cozy stay. Highly recommend.
Good commodities, easy access, close to Kanda station, amenitites were free. Nice, comfortable bed space.
The place is very easy to find and it has a fast elevator. There are lockers. The lockers' room can't be seen from outside (and you'll have to go there often as I will explain down here). the bed is pretty large, I could also sit straight and still have place above me. They provide you with 1 big towel, 1 small towel, 1 shower mat, pajama and toothbrush. THE SHOWERS ARE AWESOME! There's even a shower room with a bath tub (onsen style? Like made into the wall?) and the shower also has a pillar of water coming down from above which helps relaxing a lot. The shower room is veeeeery spacious and can be closed and locked ( Some places have only curtains), and there's plenty of space to put down your stuff! There's body shampoo, shampoo and conditioner to use but are very low quality products, so I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo if you have sensible skin.
The entire place has no warmth at all (and I don't mean its temperature, but human warmth). The staff was polite but I didn't feel welcomed at all. The girl at the check-out was the only friendly person there, actually taking time to talk to me ( I can speak Japanese so it's not a language problem). They don't have selling machines, but even so you won't want to eat here. There isn't a real space to sit down and eat or speak on the phone. There's one table at the showers' floor but I can't imagine eating there while people are drying their hair. To answer a call without bothering anyone I had to go to the lockers' room. To open your locker they give you a paper card with a printed QR code, which i was scared of accidentally ripping so i put in my smartphone cover, having to pull in and out everytime. The place is not bad, but I was uncomfortable and glad I had only one night booked.
Great location. Very clean, comfortable, and great amenities. They even provide comfortable pajama! I exceeded my expectations for "Capsule hotel"
I’ve stayed in this capsule hotel 4 times (every time I’ve come to Tokyo) and always think about trying somewhere else for a different experience but nothing compares to how clean and conveniently located this hotel is Kanda is a great location to be able to get to everywhere in Tokyo easily as the station is a hub for most lines It’s got its own vibe going on locally if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city but still have good restaurants and bars but still really easy accessible with trains coming every 5 mins into Shinjuku, Harajuku etc and Tokyo hub for Shinkansen is one stop away Everything is modern and tidy Will probably stay here again as it’s a safe winner for accom in Tokyo
