Hotel very clean, wonderful friendly & helpful staff, appreciated shuttle service provided for small fee, room very clean & large. Only difficult part they should tell people for women is that you need to plug in curling irons & hair dryer in closet - that was the strangest thing I've ever seen in a hotel room. We basically stayed at this hotel since it was the only one that had transfer to cruise terminal but ended up was happy with our stay. For Sunday Mass their was a Catholic Church nearby.
Pool - ladder to try to get down to pool was metal along side of pool was very hard to try to climb down - should have had a step down area with large steps plus indicate depth of pool at various spots. Also the round pool had no steps to get down into it either - hard to get out of it with no steps!
I enjoyed the spa facilities and the extensive breakfast menu.
I was not particularly please when I was informed about the free shuttle bus times and location as I was only told about the am service, so therefore assumed this was also the location for pm service. I waited 30 minutes outside Michael Angelo Hotel with my 80 year old Gran who has cancer (not amused). Also did not get to use the free service at all as only 1 bus which was full and disappointed that hotel did not put on another bus as I had previously read on Trip Advisor!!!!!
This is a very comfortable and relaxing hotel with friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast with a large choice. There is a hotel bus into the centre of Rome however we caught the 881 or 94 just outside the hotel for €1 and in 10 mins were drooped next to St Peters square. I would use this hotel again.
the space of the room is the best. for the same price-the hote offer more room space than any city hotels. the cleanliness is great. the hotel staff speaks good english, and the short distance to the city central is perfect. Even taking a taxi is less than 10 Euro. the hotel provides the free shuttle bus as well. fully recommend.
Pool, spa facilities
has parking, shuttle buses to city center & airport
elevator makes noise looks like to be almost broken down
The breakfast was good and a good deal. The hotel environment was excellent and the rooms roomy compared to other hotels I stayed in during the visit. The dinner at the hotel is not recommended. Too pricey and not very delicious.
service in resto - welcome in Italia !
The hotel had both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. TV had English speaking News Channels, which is important to me. It also had WEB Facilities, which again, I used and foud it very easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful. A courtesy bus was laid on to take you to the Vatican area. All in all, the hotel experience was great.
It felt like home - the US. For an Italy hotel it still felt like home.
