The fantastic bathroom.... I did not lika the reception area, which made the hotel look lika a backpackars drop-in or a counter at a car rental (just a room with no nice sitting area). The restauraunt was alla dark and look closed down allready at 6 p.m. in the evening. The girl at the counter was friendly but was not professional in her apperance.

Comfortable, large and clean room.Central location, right next to the train station and stores. It was very convenient for traveling to Dusseldorf. When we arrived the heat was turned off, although the temperature outside was 3 degrees C. Each radiator has to be turned on seperately. However, once heated the room was warm and cozy.

Hotel staff were very cordial and the breakfast was nice. It will be more attractive if you can replace the lift which is very small and also very slow.

The capacity of the room... It was f*cking cold in December, really it was like we have booked an iglu. Need to improve the heating because it affects terible the comfort especially on winter times. We were a couple and they gave us two separate pillows:))

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for access from station, airport bus stop and to town centre. Very relaxing breakfast room - hotel extremely minimalist and modern. Tiny lift with sensors which if triggered caused the lift to stop - this is not good if you do not like confined spaces. The lift itself was extremely small, only big enough for two small people with not much luggage who are happy to stand very close to each other and not move in case they set off the sensors. No problem to use the stairs. Hotel room could have been be a little larger as one side of double bed was up against the wall.

The hotel is well located betwen city center and central train station (1-2 minute walk). It is simple but well renovated, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Very good value for the money. Free internet. Small desk if you want to work.

Only one negative moment - their poor English and my very poor German.Room was too big and clear.Breakfast was usual for such kind of hotels.I recommend this hotel for the staying. Very, very slow lift.
