Okay place to stay
Most of the staff were friendly or at least did their job. The manager on duty; Jacky seems to be willing to help customers. It is good that they have hot water, tea, and coffee at the lobby all the time; not only at breakfast!
The guy who checked us in made a big mess when we were checking in. I have been to other Super 8 locations where the breakfast is much better and facility is more pleasant. Towels were not that clean; yet, they seemed to keep them clean because the cleaning personal were willing to change the towels every day.
Beside the water it was quite.
We stayed for three nights the first night we were up all night due to water running in the bathtub. It was so heavy we could hear it through the closed door. When I asked them to fix it they decided it would be easier for them to move us but we had to move right then (we were on our way out for the day. Luckily we were not on a tight schedule!) When I went to transfer our things the maid was cleaning the room we were being moved to. When I went to tell the front desk and ask if we could move later I was told no. Go tell her you are moving now and do it. I was not about to interfere with the maid, her job is a lot harder than the front desk! And why was I supposed to tell her we were moving rooms? Isn't that the job of the front desk? When I got back to the room to ask the maid if I could move ( and very embarrassed about it btw) the mantenience man was there arguing with the maid about us moving over. When it was over I asked if it was ok if I moved our stuff while she was cleaning (my family is waiting in the car) she said no. I had to wait until she was finished. Thankfully, she was almost finished so by the time I got our things gathered I was able to move it all over to the new room. The maid asked me why we were moving and I told her about the water she exclaimed, "I told them about that yesterday." Excuse me? They knew before they put us in the room and didn't do anything about it? The rest of the stay was okay until we were leaving our room to check out. The door handle literally fell off when we went to open the door. Nice.
