The room was nice, it had a bedroom separate from the kitchen/living-dining room.
The bedding was dirty, there was only one chair in the living room area. The staff was terrible. No one manned the front desk most of the time. I left a key at the front desk and we were never able to retrieve it because no one was there. The one time someone was at the front desk, our key wasn’t working so she had to reset it and she was very bothered to do this. Her response to my boyfriend asking how she was doing was “very busy. I’m taking a test”
Some of my belongings were stolen within 20 minute
The manager was able to retrieve my belongings back by viewing the security cameras and found out who took my things.
I didn't feel safe. There were some gang bangers hanging out in the parking lot , threatening me as I was unloading my luggage .. if I could give it 0 stars I would
There was literally crack cocaine in the coffee pot. This is not hyperbole.
Hookers and drugs
It was convenient to the airport.
We didn't actually sleep. The Exit door was propped open, people were coming in and out all night. When we left at 3:30 am there were sleepy prostitutes walking through the lobby, and there was a drug deal happening outside on the sidewalk.
Almost Scary
Large rooms
I can't even begin.. Awful service , foul and dingy looking dump. Tried to be remodeled but so cheaply done.. Bashed up doors and stairs . Funky smells throughout . Just totally gross..
Nasty facilities
The room was renovated recently, but the rest of the building is in the middle of renovation - loose wires, drywall everywhere, disgusting old carpet in the hallways.
The picture of the front of the building is not the actual building itself. This hotel is in a BAD area. It seems Pimps and prostitutes actually live in the building and conduct business there (they are kept on the first floor). I heard a woman having raucous sex while we were checking in, the place smelled of cigarettes. The list goes on and on. I only stayed there because we got in very late and had nowhere else to stay before our flight out of Portland.
Sheets and towels were outright gross, multiple visible stains. This is pretty basic stuff for a motel. Despite the cheap price, you don't get what you pay for.
Under construction.
The room had a color theme and was pretty clean. There was a stove top and full fridge. And microwave. There was a table and the entire room was quite spacious. There was a nice new tv. You could tell it was new bc it still had the energy saver tag from the store on the screen.
There was no turn table in the microwave there were bowls in the cabinet and some cooking utensils in a drawer like someone lived there. The light and fan above the stove top didn't work. There were no chairs for the table. The hallways looked like it was under construction because the carpets were dirty and the it looked like someone had recently removed the floor molding on the entire first floor.
Don't stay here....
Cheap
Kayak listed this as America's Best Value Inn, but the name has changed to Studio 6 Extended Stay...this was a bit confusing. Then, as we were checking in, my husband wanted to double check that there was an airport shuttle for our early flight the next morning, which Kayak had listed as an amenity, and the front desk reported that they no longer offer this service...their shuttle was broken...permanently broken. We asked to stop the check-in process while we looked elsewhere to stay. Unfortunately we couldn't find anywhere last minute, so we had to stay at this hotel. We then had to book a taxi to the airport...which was only about $10, but still an unexpected expense to pay at 4:30am for our early flight. Also, the room was FILTHY. Marker marks on the bedspread, dirty floors and carpet, etc. The room smelled and made you feel gross just standing in there. We are not panicked people by this stuff either...it just was truly a gross, cheap place to stay. We slept in full clothes and put shirts on the pillows just in case...again, we are not normally this worried, but this place was pretty sketchy and icky. Fair warning.
I didn't like my fav anything I didn't like the fa
this app massage pine tree silly no hotwire was no water pressure in your room probably
I enjoyed the orange juice every morning.
THere was crappy tv reception and the breakfast was eitheer toast, Eggos, or dry cereal, nothing to write home about! The syrup was almost empty and the first morning there were no cups availabe, a guest track some down from house keeping.
Bed was comfortable.
NO ELEVATOR! Understaffed (had to wait 30 minutes to check out as "desk clerk" also shuttle driver). Left after one night (scheduled for 3). Total disaster! AVOID THIS PLACE!
