Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was excellent.
Okay hotel with meh staff
The hotel was great but when I arrived there they didn’t get my reservation from kayak and I have to wait until somebody answered after 45min somebody returned the call but I have to pay again for a new reservation if you have reservations online you need to get a 24hrs people taking care of the reservations you don’t want to wait that long and more when you have kids and you’re tired from the trip
Pool was a bit dirty

The staff at the Gunter were extremely nice! They have the most comfortable bed ever!!!!! There bar is small, quiet, and cozzy and full of history. I can't wait to stay their again!

The air conditioner thermostat had a loud click then the fan noisily came on for about 30 seconds all day and night. the t.v. remote was not user friendly. It took about 5 minutes of running the water before there was any hot water.

The pool was not clean and the jacuzzi was not working. That was very disappointing. We were on a short get a way and were expecting to enjoy that.
$70 for overnight parking? In the same hotel you booked the rooms? That is ridiculously expensive.
