Close to Penn State Campus and Waffle House is right across street. There is a good Korean Restaurant just down the street. Unfortunately, they closed during the time when I was there. They must be on vacation. Room is spacious and clean. A lot of parking space.
Breakfast could be better, would love real hot oatmeal. But they do have yogurt and fresh apple which I like. Wish room insulation would be better. Overall, it is good stay experience.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman working at the desk took the time to draw us a map to show us where to go on our visit to Penn State. Someone also brought cupcakes in during the evening and offered us some. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Penn State. Best hotel stay I've ever experienced.
The treadmill in the workout room was out of order. This happens - I think we just hit it at the wrong time.

All things went good with my stay. Good breakfast, nice staff, clean, just an all around good experience.
Very clean, nice room, decent size fridge that was nice and cold and air conditioning that worked well. Accommodating and friendly staff.
