Great...until last day.
Great location, right off the freeway. Easy to find. Checked in late with no problems. They had the room we requested and it was very clean! Front desk staff was very nice and responsive with any requests we had.
The pool and hot tub were both broken during our entire trip. It didn't bother us, as we still used it everyday but we never saw anyone else use the pool while we were there and some days it reached around 90 degrees. My only issue was on the day we checked out housekeeping came at 8 AM. Yes, we should have used a "do not disturb" sign so we brushed it off and figured maybe they though we were going to check out early. Then she came back not 10 MINUTES later and opened the door again!! Not a good way to start our last day.
Quick check in. Pleasant staff! Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows.
Breakfast included biscuits and gravy. Was looking forward to a protein such as sausage or bacon NOT included in the gravy. Eggs weren't the best but waffles were great. Otherwise a great variety.
Nice, quiet location, family friendly, easy access to and from freeway and major streets.
The morning staff was super cheerful and friendly when we had breakfast at 6am before a swim meet.
The hotel and rooms were very clean and fresh. I also felt safe.
I did not like the pillows on my bed. They were way too full, puffy. I like down pillows best.
