The staff were good. The hotel was lacking. This is 2021, they do not recycle. It felt very 1990. The hotel wasn't set-up to stream. When I called to ask about streaming a movie they said they would check and get back to me. The NEVER did.
It was under construction and a lot of noise.
Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast, and free WiFi.
Noisy due to proximity to freeway. Entry/exit to hotel was difficult to find and access. Room coffeemaker was small.
Road noise from the Interstate was loud on one side of the building. My room was not cleaned properly....there was trash on the bed and in the waste cans. I also found the bed to be too soft.

Very clean. Lots of good choices for breakfast that fit teenagers liking. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Close to a variety of eating establishments and easy access to freeway.

Hotel is great. After being on the road for 13hrs we checked in after 12am Our check in agent didnt greet us and made no eye contact entire time. We felt a little unwelcomed.
front desk need more training if that helps.
It was disgusting!!! It was not at all as advertised. It was loud, there were unruly people. It was clear when I walked in, it was going to be a busy loud stay. I didn't even check in. There were people yelling in the foyer. Worst experience.
