The check in process was lengthy! The breakfast staff were cold and rude. When asked questions they responded sarcastically. The entire stay was just bland and uninteresting. Will not be staying here again.

Amazing Staff & Breakfast
The staff at the front desk, the breakfast buffet, and housekeeping were all phenomenal! The ladies at the breakfast buffet were constantly checking the items to make sure there was enough to go around! The housekeeping ladies were always smiling and asking how our day was going. It was just very friendly and welcoming. I wished we were able to stay longer!!
The location. It was boring with very little to do. I have never been to Corpus Christi so I was unaware how far we would be from the beach. However, because of the rest of the amenities and the staff, I would choose this hotel again and again. Plus the pool was really nice and available despite a lot of guests staying in the hotel the same time as us!

Drop in ceilings in bathroom (mold likely) Thin walls could hear noises nothing distinct though Remotes seemed to only work when holding just right (minor but annoying) Condition of doors, walls, trim, toilets.
Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. It was adequate for what we needed, but I felt it was pricey for a 3 star hotel.

Management was awful! Had raw sewage in bathtub (3) times during my (4) night stay. Management never call or asked it we were happy or offer to move us to another room!
We experienced 2 problems with our room that necessitated our moving to another room. Problems can occur, what is important to me is how people respond to the difficulties. The staff was very accommodating in moving us to another room, they were polite and efficient and volunteered to reduce our rate in recognition of the inconveniences. To me the staff was superior to many places I have stayed. They genuinely wanted to make our stay enjoyable and sought to overcome the problems we experienced. The breakfast was very good!
The door lock malfunctioned and we had some plumbing problems. The batteries to our electronic door lock ran out of charge and new batteries and reprogramming the lock took much longer than expected, about an hour. But they finally fixed it!
I appreciated the fresh interior paint. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location, breakfast buffet, & view of the bay was excellent.
Updated, clean and friendly. I would stay here again. For a decent price at Spring Break and school function having to be during this time it was good. Just what I like in a hotel when all I need is a place to stay the night.
