The ability to stay on in the room until 6pm rather than checking out early. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in an isolated place - you have to walk for 20 mins to get to the beach or shop. Our room on the ground floor did not have much space inside for sitting and relaxing. It had an outside seating area that was in the shade and beside the path to the other rooms. They had a lovely area by the pool for breakfast and dinner with a TV setup, but there was nothing if you wanted a private space for sitting and relaxing. The room did need a bit of modernisation.
Very helpful staff and lovely grounds and surrounds.
garden and environment difficult to find
The peace and quiet but within walking distance of good restaurnats
Good location, nice garden and surroundings, parking, efficient hotel staff Outrageously expensive for a relatively small room for four people with no sea view, no privacy in the veranda (where you could not sit anyway because there was no shade during the day and in the afternoon the lawn water sprinklers were on), the pool was sometimes noisy (one day there was a childrens party going on there)
no restaurant shower cold to fare from town
The staff was absolutely wonderful and did their best to resolve any minor issue that arose. The room itself was rather spacious and kept extremely clean.
Friendly staff, nice relaxed environment. Well furnished kitchenette, and they cleaned the dishes for you every day. We were there for an international sporting competition, and the staff treated me to a drink after I won a medal.
Clean and comfortable. Great for families.
Very friendly staff, place clean and tidy, good size swimming pool, beautifull surroundings, small beach just across the street Some window/door locks to the balcony need tightening, an exterior white repaint on some areas would make it more attractive for the first look
The location of the hotel was good enough. Only 5 min from the city of Argostoli by car. That was the only good thing I have to say. First of all, the first floor of the hotel had a weird smell.. Luckily enough, the room itself wasn't smelly at all. The room did not have a fridge which is quite inexcusable to be honest, especially during the middle of the summer. The hotel rooms (and the hotel itself) were old, the beds were too small to fit. The breakfast wasn't too bad but don't expect anything special. To sum up the hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. I would definitely select to go to different hotel next time.
Very friendly & pleasant Hotel
Nice people, good location, adequate sized room. We were charged an exorbitant rate by this website, and had we paid for a room on the spot, we could have spent much less. It was noisy outside, and we awoke several times in the night.
I can only say my experience at Aenos Hotel was nothing short of Superior the service was excellent and the staff did their utmost to give great service would recommend to anyone who stayed in Kefalonia Maybe an update of linen would make this Hotel an even better experience
The breakfast was not good. The price was high if you compare with what you get... The staff was polite and helpfull. Breakfast. The quality was not good (not fresh)...

Best possible location. Walk right out into square with all the bars and restaurants. 5 euro cab to costa costa beach or you can figure it out by bus. Nice really big balcony! Wifi Internet was not free
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent room with clean bathroom and all electrics working. Good size balcony with chairs and table. Nice breakfast. Unable to get a good nights sleep due to noise from nearby disco bars which continued until 1 /1-30am. Checked out after first night.
