It’s central location near the downtown mall was great. Bed was comfy and staff was helpful.
There’s a bar, maybe two, directly across the street that are extremely loud until 3 am. We were on the 7th floor and it didn’t matter. The white noise machine the hotel provided couldn’t drown out the bars. Either the windows need to be replaced to dull the sound, or pray the bar closes down. We struggled to get any sleep
centrally located downtown with walking access to many resturants
once you get to the hotel you're warned it could be noisy - this is essentially in a bar district and apparently noisy crowds - I was there mid-week and got lucky. will not be staying there again.
Location was great
Had no hot water but they are refunding our stay. Things happen not the end of the world. Would stay there again.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, clean cozy room, valet parking was convenient.

This hotel was really lovely to stay in, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was rather 'disposable' - no real cutlery or plates, but this was a minor complaint. The food was great and included in the room price.
