We had to checkout for an early flight. It would have been nice to have coffee and fruit in the lobby.
We liked that everyone was friendly and welcoming even the guests. Philadelphia was beautiful and will most likely visit again soon.
The only thing we didn't like was that we had to pay for parking. Normally if you're a guest it's free to park so it was a bit odd. Also that wifi was not free as well.
Needs some room improvement, maybe paint
The view of center city was PHENOMENAL. The beds were extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was not included. Only four elevators for the entire hotel, which meant in the morning we waited for five elevators until we found one with enough room to send half our family down, then had to wait again to get the rest of us down (there are only four of us). We still had to physically check out at the front desk, which had a line. Most hotels don't require that anymore. Very small pool. No free WiFi.
Great location and room
I tried to get the temperature in my room above 65 and it remained so cold I couldn't get much sleep which resulted in fighting a cold off for a few days.
Modern, clean, comfortable and the best cookies! Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was great for walking every where. Room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel was modern and nice, great for families and business travelers. Free wifi too!
Parking is $25/day, pool is small.
Location the best, price so, so...
Burn light in the room not a big deal
Great location, easy check-in/out process.
Despite putting in a request for a room with a view and a single bed, we were given a room on the 7th floor, overlooking the roof along with two double beds instead of a queen. They were unwilling to change the room either.
We did a quick spring break trip to take in Philly's history and the arts. The hotel was in a great location and it was easy to walk around. The staff was friendly. The doormen, Louis and Pete, were awesome. They were very helpful about getting to the Flyer's game, suggesting breakfast places, and basically whatever we asked. We had a great trip and would recommend staying here!
We chose this hotel partly because there was a pool. The pool, however, seemed much smaller in person and it was cold, and had some debris in it. Needless to say, no swimming on this trip.
Overall my stay was good. We were stuck in Philadelphia due to weather so it was nice to find a good hotel at a good price and great location. The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful with dinner suggestions. I would definitely recommend it.
The restaurant and bar were awful. The restaurant lopled like a cafeteria and the bar was uninviting with harsh lighting and so-so service.
We had a room on the 23rd floor with a wonderful view. Walking distance of everything! Convention Center, Reading Market, Historic sights and waterfront though that was a hike. Great restaurants all over. One thing new for us was that many places are cash only so be prepared. Some are also BYO with no corking fees!
Mona at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. It wasa pleasure checking out with her! Our room was very clean and they always gave us anything extra we needed like towels and toiletries. The Sunday brunch with the omelette station was a nice touch and the pool and sauna were clean.
We ordered the breakfast option, which was a great deal, but the breakfast buffet closes 1/2 hour before the listed times. We showed up at 10:10 knowing the breakfast closed at 11:00 and they started pulling food back at 10:20. I understand the servers don't want to be there all day but I felt that was a little misleading. I've worked in food service for 10 years, and I understand closing down stations, side work etc... But to close 40 min before scheduled time feels very unprofessional.
Staff was very friendly and allowed us to check out a couple of hours late when our train was delayed because of snow.
King-bed room was rather small (to be expected for the location), and most of the space was taken up by a huge desk, making for fairly tight quarters for two people.
The staff very wonderful.
Bathtub spigot was hard to operate and the cost of parking in your complex was a little steep for a hotel guest.
It's a nice hotel great location
Additional charge for guest parking 25 is to much and across the street saw there s garage on weekends for 15$.. Not that it's huge difference but I m your guest in hotel ...
Staff was wonderful
The spigot on bathtub was broken so I could not turn the water off
