They tried to charge my dad even after he explained that I had already paid online.. awful customer service and not even that decent of a hotel. We will not stay here again.
It was disgusting! I took photos of everything! Stains on the bedding along with burn holes and tears. Crumbs and dirt behind bedding and tables. Dents/ stab marks in the bathroom door along with hair attached to dent on door. Sauce splatters so much more
First room we were given had a terrible, terrible odor and then found out the toilet didn¿t flush and we were moved t a different room

I accidentally left my own bible in the room and after 3 daily phone calls to check if it was there, hotel employee actually went to the room and found it 4 DAYS LATER! My friend picked it up that day and got it back to me. Hotel employee deserves a bonus
The 1st room we were given smelled horrible. The 2nd n 3rd room wasn't clean on the floors, toilet in the bathroom, live and dead roaches & other bugs along the baseboards of the room. I was told we couldn't get a refund or we would've left.

Everything else was dirty, I asked for extra covers because it was cold and the where the A/C is it's holes to outside you can see so the room was chilling cold most of the stay when I would turn the heater off.
The hotel staff was nice and friendly.
Face masks were not enforced by staff or worn by patrons which was EXTREMELY concerning! The room was okay, but deteriorating especially in the bathroom. The keys also needed to be reset every day which was annoying.
I did not enjoy this hotel, the best thing was leaving this place
smoke smell, dirty room, blood all over shower curtain, dirty beds, sever health hazard... This hotel should be closed, I will never go to a Super 8 again.... worst experience ever.
The heater made a noise the end table was all sticky still had stuff spilled all over the light was broken and just hanging off the end table they carpeted was so nasty with Kool-Aid stains
The hotel clerk was awesome! He was very friendly! He seemed very disappointed we decided not to stay there.
We decided not to stay here because the room was not up to my standards, only because it looked old. It was apparent the hotel was renovating and it caused it to look very unkempt on the outside.
