No fridge in the 3 person room with kids
Very friendly and serviceminded staff (including the manager, who helped arranged transferring a concert ticket from the tourist information to the hotel). OK, they are paid to help you, but at this hotel it felt genuine compared with other hotels I've stayed at recently.
A silly thing, but the way to open the door to the room was a bit odd. I had some difficulties figuring it out...
Staff very helpful and fluently english speaking
Expensive (16 Euro per person) but good breakfast. Near the motorway, easy to stay while travelling. Nice, comfortable room. No disturbance from traffic or other noise. Very handy parking.
It was close to the Hannover Messe which is where we were working.
It wasn't close to any nightlife - you had to get a taxi to get somewhere.

when I go to a small hotel in spain or the bask country, I always get the internet connection as the courtesy of the house for free. In Germany it always cost a fortune with the T- hotspot. This is not good enaugh, I always feel to be sheated.
