When room was unavailable they booked a room for us at a nearby hotel.
After seeing that we took an Uber (didn’t have a car to use), they made us walk to the new hotel, luggage in hand, instead of ordering us a cab or giving us a ride there.
The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. The pool area was also very nice and clean. The bed was a little hard, but that was fine for the night.
For the money, at least breakfast should have been included.
Rude staff
I liked the amenities options at the front desk.
The one waiter working the entire bar Monday night was slow and rude. The men working the front desk Thursday morning were too busy flirting to offer to help me with my bags and wheelchair. The really upsetting part was the layout of the bathroom for accessibility. I am sure it is perfect for some, but it is not for a double below the knee amputee. For what I was charged I expected more comfort and better service. The Extended Stay America down the road had a more accessible shower for me and was much friendlier last year.
