Comfortable and hospitable.
The bed was comfortable, and the gym was sufficient. The common areas in the lobby were pleasant, as was the business center. The staff were kind and attentive.
The carpets smelled very distinctly, and there was visible wear in the elevator, and in various places in this hotel. The food was very average, though the service was friendly.

pay 120.00 for a room and then you have to pay for a cup of coffee. coffee pot in room was to dirty to use plus Amarillo water not good. starbucks coffee only never again
Nice, clean & relaxing
The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very clean!
I didn't like that the breakfast was not included as many other hotels do. But, we were going to Ye Old Pancake's anyway for the world's best pancakes, so no big deal.
Very nice & comfortable!
We were traveling & needed to stop due to weather conditions. We wanted a place with comfortable beds, but that wasn't outrageously expensive. This place was it! Very comfy beds! And very reasonably priced! If the need arises, we will definitely stay here again!
I'm not super crazy about having to pay for my breakfast at hotels, but I guess that's what you get with a nicer hotel.
