The watercan shower was nice. The bathroom was roomy. The mattress was comfortable Noise from other rooms or from the ballroom can be a problem. The toilet flush mechanism was broken, and they only half fixed it. There were two towels but no washcloth. Very basic television. No refrig, etc.

There is actually an error on the website. It was listed as two star, but other websites listed it as the appropriate four star rating that it deserves. Nice pool. Staff was excellent. Internet wifi was adequate although a little bit intermittent. The 'hot breakfast' was limited to two hot food items. One or two more 'hot' items would have been better.

The front desk staff was excellent, and helped solve our travel problems.
it's pretty clean. location very close to walmart, movies, shops. free wifi. free breakfast.
5-minutes from Boystown, zona de tolerance. Nice pool, friendly staff, safe parking. Couldn't be more pleased!
Don't be afraid to go to Mexico, many nice things to
The gym was completely non-functional. The food was expensive and average at best. The sleeping accomodations qualified for a 'motel' experience and the staff was non-existent.
GREAT PRICE FOR THE ACCOMODATION, FREE BREAKFAST, NICE POOL, GOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE. ROOMS ARE NOT OVERLY EQUIPPED BUT YET VERY COMFORTABLE.
It was great! They had great breakfast a beautiful pool nice room I liked it a lot. No, not really, I'm not the biggest fan of out door rooms but it was still pretty nice.
The price included wifi access in-room and continental breakfast, and the hotel is easy to find and get to. The continental breakfast is cereal, granola, ok fruit, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, milk, bread. The hotel is next to a very noisy area. There was very loud music all night (didn't stop till 4am), due to the fact that it was a friday night. So loud that it keeps you from falling asleep and wakes you up even if you manage to fall asleep.
04/22/2010 to 04/27/2010 The most Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a good job cleaning and the Cook is wonderfull and nice. XYZ who works in the front desk at nights, called to my room at 2:00 am in a bad mode, demanding my presence immidiatelly in the desk to resolve an administrative issue, and when I wanted to make a complaint with the Manager, I just couldn't reach her for the next two days. The A/C works only at nights because during the days just the fan works, that was very uncomfortable.
Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does a WONDERFUL job cleaning. Staff helped with arrangements for bison refuge tour.
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Super convenient location for those visiting the US consulate Pool closed. Easily worst Mexican food I've had in their restaurant. No free breakfast. No AC in Lobby near reception. Restaurant closes 1 hour before the time they say in the Hours of Operation. Never saw the bar open in the 3 days I was there. It is supposed to be open late into the night.
I would recomend this hotel. and will stay again. I was surprized at the complamentary breakfest. I expected just coffee and donuts. Not so... Full very nice breakfast ! ! The only item I did not like was the unfinished landscape. Which can be hazaredious. Although the imagration and auto tag permit place to the one port of entry I recomend the other. Stay away from the men or boys who offer help after the ports of entry. If not you may come out robbed of all your money Remember that immagration papers and auto tag permits MUST be canciled upon leaveing Mexico. Upon reentry if not done you could face a serious charge and fine. There is no visitor permit or tourest card that I could fine out about. just the immagration document. The military in the city of Nuevo Laredo and below are a little more friendly then they are below the city of Zureze.
We spent one night and our room was clean and funtional. Excellent front desk service. Hotel located in a road with no traffic. Good view from both countries divided by Rio Grande River. Hotel has a huge lobby with leather sofas and TV. Dining room full with big tables. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet organized and caring by very handsome attendants. Parking lot clean and private. I strongly recommend this hotel because has oustanding service, better room rates and strategically located comparing with the ones across the border (US).
We were very pleased with our stay and will return someday soon. We stay there with our 2 children for the night and really loved the hotel. There were only two towels in the room and had to ask for more. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, it was a very pleasant stay. We had to leave very early the next day so weren't able to stay for breakfast, but wished we could've stayed a little longer to enjoy the rest of the amenities.
The room itself was great, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a satisfying buffet of Mexican & American favorites. Staff was very friendly and helpful, made referrals for salons, restaurants, and other services, which all turned out to be excellent. Distance from everything meant having to drive everywhere, no walking, no bus, etc. Mexican military is now stationed there, perhaps to comfort the fearful, but we found it less than romantic. We saw very few other hotel guests during our stay.
Greqt staff service, very helpful, and always looking for a way to help. The gym did not has towels, but that's not really a problem.
