Cidadãos da Áustria, Bélgica, Bulgária, Croácia, Chipre, República Tcheca, Dinamarca, Estônia, Finlândia, França, Alemanha, Grécia, Hungria, Islândia, Irlanda, Itália, Letônia, Liechtenstein, Lituânia, Luxemburgo, Malta, Holanda, Noruega, Polônia, Portugal, Romênia, Eslováquia, Eslovênia, Espanha, Suécia, Suíça e Reino Unido que residam na Finlândia e seus familiares podem entrar no país por alguns motivos essenciais.
A partir de 13 de julho, as viagens entre a Finlândia e os países da UE/Área Schengen e o Reino Unido, bem como Argélia, Austrália, Coréia do Sul, Geórgia, Japão, Nova Zelândia, Ruanda, Tailândia, Tunísia, Uruguai e China (desde que a reciprocidade seja confirmada na UE) serão permitidas para trabalho e outros propósitos essenciais para os residentes desses países. Além disso, existe uma isenção especial que permite que uma cota de trabalhadores empregados como apanhadores de bagas viaje da Tailândia para a Finlândia.
Os viajantes que chegam de dentro da UE ou de um Estado-Membro Schengen podem entrar na Finlândia se estiverem viajando para trabalhar ou estudar na Finlândia. Profissionais de saúde, pessoal de transporte, diplomatas, trabalhadores de ajuda humanitária, militares, viajantes que entram por razões imperativas de família e trabalhadores que se deslocam diariamente para outro país também podem entrar no país. Requisitos de entrada
Todos os viajantes que chegam ao aeroporto de Helsinque vindos do exterior farão um teste COVID-19. O teste é voluntário e gratuito. Todos os viajantes que chegam à Finlândia são elegíveis para o teste COVID-19 gratuito por meio do programa FINENTRY.
Requisitos de quarentena
Na chegada, os viajantes serão encaminhados a um exame de saúde e poderão ser solicitados a fazer o teste para COVID, mesmo que não apresentem sintomas. O teste está disponível no aeroporto de Helsinque-Vantaa e é gratuito.
As pessoas que chegam à Finlândia de outros países que não os mencionados anteriormente serão obrigadas a fazer uma auto-quarentena por 14 dias após a chegada. O período de auto-isolamento pode ser reduzido se fornecerem 2 resultados de teste negativos para COVID. O primeiro teste deve ter ocorrido no máximo 72 horas antes do embarque em um voo para a Finlândia, e o segundo teste não antes de 72 horas após o primeiro teste.

Cidadãos e residentes dos países mencionados acima que estejam retornando aos seus países de origem através da Finlândia também podem transitar pelo país.

No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Contras: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Contras: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Prós: "Everything except the seat. Service ("would you care for a drink/beverage?") could be better."
Contras: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."
Contras: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Contras: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"

Prós: "The flight had a delayed of 2 hours due a system issue, but the flight was comfortable, and the airplane was clean."
Contras: "I didn't like the check in, the personnel there were not so friendly and had discrepancies. We were a group of 6, and 2 of us were able to drop the bag in the check in. But the others were told that needed to wait 30 mins."
Contras: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."
Contras: "at no point when buying my ticket did the site say zero bags were included. In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

Prós: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Contras: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."
Contras: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."
Contras: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
