Prós: "Entertainment and food is always great with Qatar!"
Contras: "After I got in my seat an Islamic lady came and said that I was in her seat. I looked at her ticket and while it was the right seat number, she was on the wrong flight. I got a stewardess to help her. She had gone through 3 boarding pass checks and was still on the wrong flight. They let her fly!"

Prós: "The supervisor on flight Doha to Charles de Gaulle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explains to me th e process of how to help a person who is having a big problem to walk , Qatar Airways has a special service for person in needs of wheelchairs . Thanks a lot to that gentleman."

Prós: "It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

Contras: "The flight from Sao Paulo to Doha was canceled which delayed our travel by 24 hrs. With the baggage being mis-labeled from Rio we almost lost our bags. the crew was not communicative and the entire experience terribly stressful."

The airplane chairs were small and no leg room, on a 7 hour flight to Barcelona that was exhausting! Couldn't manage to get some sleep at all. Overall, at least I arrived to my destination safe and sound. Thank you!"

Contras: "The passenger sitting next to me was really sick due to flu. When i explained the situation and asked for masks to the attendant, you guys did not have even one. I was disappointed with that. I think the flight should have some for these kinds of situation so that other passengers can protect themselves. Thanks."

Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Prós: "free flowing wine and beer --- unlike previous flight on QA when the actual supervisor of the staff did not allow a proper stipend of the red wine --- also I witnessed her incivility to another passenger which was appalling -- the crew on this flight deserve to be commended"

Contras: "The security process to board the plane had no order. Stood in line while people after me was able to board the plane. When it was my turn, I was randomly selected for additional security screening."

Prós: "This flight had one of the best selections of movies I've seen on a flight.....a damn good thing given the 15-hr duration of the flight. I had so many screaming babies around me that the flight attendants helped me to move to another part of the plane. They were incredibly sympathetic and accommodating. Airlines from the USA could learn a thing or two from Qatar Airlines."

Contras: "Check in crew in Lahore ganged up against me and wanted to extort £200 for taking me laptop on board along with my hand carry. No where in the world has an airline ever asked me for this, and I fly a fair bit. Since I didn't allow them to extort me, they forced me to throw away my brand new Delsey hand carry at the airport. I had no cover as they threatened to if load my luggage and not let me fly home. Not a 5 start airline from any angle. Will never use Qatar again!!! This was my first and last flight with them."

Prós: "Flight was on time. Crew was friendly and attentive to passengers (I give them 4.5 stars). The seats are comfortable. The plane was clean."
Contras: "My 18 year old daughter (turned 18 on December 20, 2016) was singled out, searched extensively bodily and her bag, for no reason what-so-ever. It was a traumatizing experience for her... needless to say, nothing was found and no explanation was given. The seats recline too far back so that the person behind cannot enjoy what they are watching. The crew has to keep asking the passengers in front to pull their chairs up slightly."

Not having a Visa kept me.from entering the immigration and security wont let me in without a boarding pass. security supervisor had to contact Emirates ground staff who escorted me."

Because he told me that my 2 bags coming out in a vew hours. And they give my cell phone # 01114488833 and I give them my wife's cell phone # 01225993535. They never call me they never answer me. 8 days. So I went yesterday 10-11-18 to the Cairo airport I met one of your employees. Asking for my 2 bags they told me that they called my my wife but they didn't. I asked my wife she said they never call me. And she talks to them on phone. They said sorry some mistakes happen they should give me $200 for every single day my bags lait but they didn't ButI received my bags broken an I lost my wife shoes and my candy The chocolate rolled over my clothes And the workers open one of my bags and eat some candy and leave the trash inside the bag"

Contras: "The seating room is poor for someone who is 6'2" tall. My wife had issues with her ankles swelling. When we tried to get a cold compress to put on them we never received it. We also asked for some fruit instead of the pizza snack and didn't receive it either. I know you don't have much control over passengers, but we had a two year old child in our seating area and it screamed and cried virtually the entire 14 hour flight. Very annoying."

Food was cold and poor - did not have second bite on most food. Crew serving was as if they were in training (must be) Cramped seat, which did not recline much, which was unusual for Emirates. Glad to be out of that plane."

Prós: "Overall, Emirates is an incredible flying experience, we just got unlucky on this turn. The food is quite incredible, the entertainment bar-none the best and the amenities makes you feel like you're in business class."

Prós: "In my way to Dubai, I asked the gentleman not to put me in the middle, when I get in found myself in a middle row middle seat. Food choices chicken, steak, and stuffed zucchini all are nasty. Also, I was told that business class luggage comes out first that wasn't true on both leg of the trip. Also, I wasn't told that I have a lounge to hang out until the boarding time. In my way back it was same exact food menu service is mediocre at best very demanding flight attendants. Also the luggage came out towards the end . I told my friend I travelled with that this would be my last time to use Emirates airline"

However, this is not an excuse for racist and bigoted behavior from You staff , the plane was 2 hours late, the staff was literally yelling at the passengers because they were standing at the gate assigned to the ticket. And your plane crew was extremely rude, this one flight attendant frowned at my wife's face and starting sanitizing her hand after my wife gave her ticket."

Prós: "I love Turkish airlines, expecially when it's a connection flight to Istanbul. I am an American citizen living in USA and my wife and I travel to Egypt quite frequently. We have realized the big distinction in services when we travel from USA to Turkey VS Turkey to Egypt . The USA to Egypt staff was great, especially the ones at dulles airport."

HERE'S THE STORY, MY FLIGHT WAS 2 HOURS LATE SO WHEN WE LANDED TO CATCH OUR TRANSIT FLIGHT IT WAS ALREADY GONE. SO WHEN WE ARRIVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT A HOTEL OR FOOD THEY HAND US THIS PAPER AND TOLD US TO GO TO THE HOTEL THAT IS IN THE AIRPORT IT WOULD BE FOR FREE ALONG WITH THE FOOD. WHEN WE GET THERE THEY TOLD US NO, IT IS ONLY FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS AND WHEN WE EXPLAIN THAT PASSPORT CONTROL SENT US HERE WITH THIS PAPER THEY RESPONDED NO, WE NEED A HOTEL VOUCHER AND WE NEED TO GO BACK. WHEN WE ASK HER TO CALL PASSPORT CONTROL (BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SENT US TO THEM) TO SPEAK TO THEM YOURSELF, SHE SAYS "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM" WHICH THEN MADE ME SNAP AT HER AND TELL HER WTF DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM? YOU WORK HERE!!" SO WHEN I ASK FOR THE MANAGERS NUMBER FOR COMPLAINT SHE GIVES ME A 5 DIGIT NUMBER THAT LOOKS MORE LIKE A ZIP CODE THEN A PHONE NUMBER. THEN WE GO BACK TO PASSPORT CONTROL WHO TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE A FREE HOTEL AND FOOD THEY CHANGED THERE STORY AND DIRECTED US TO PAY FOR A VISA AND PAY FOR A HOTEL OUTSIDE. SO IN THE END THEY GAVE US A BULLSHIT STORY SO THEY CAN GET RID OF US AND HAVE US RUN AROUND WHERE IN THE END WE GAVE UP AND SLEPT IN THE AIRPORT TILL WE GOT HOME. THIS IS WHEN I WAS COMING BACK WITH TURKISH AIRLINES. GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION THE FLIGHT WAS LATE 4 HOURS AND LUCKILY FOR US WE HAD A LONG LAYOVER THAT WE DIDNT MISS MY FLIGHT GOING TO MY PLACE OF DESTINATION. SO GOING AND RETURNING FLIGHT WAS LATE! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!! I WOULD NEVER FLY WITH TURKISH AIRLINES! AND WHILE I WAS THERE FINALLY GETTING READY TO GO HOME A MAN SAT BEHIND ME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS GOING ON THE SAME FLIGHT AS HIM AND I TOLD HIM NO WHICH THEN HE STRIKES UP THE CONVERSATION AS TO HOW TURKISH AIRLINES MADE HIM MISS HIS FIGHT AND GAVE HIM HELL! SO I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS PROBLEM! IN THE END HE SAID TO ME TURKISH AIRLINES IS GARBAGE! AND I DONT BLAME HIM!! STAFF WAS THE WORST THING TO DEAL WITH AT TURKISH AIRLINES!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

Went to the wrong gate for my connecting flight, Turkish air rep at the gate checked my boarding pass, didn't say a word about me being at the wrong gate. Tgere was no announcement of any kind (found out later, Turkish sir doesn't do announcement at the Istanbul airport. No clue as to why). Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as, if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

Contras: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Prós: "Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!"
Contras: "Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM"

Contras: "I’ve traveled a lot internationally and this was the WORST flight I’ve ever had to endure. I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Contras: "Check in at Berlin was extremly slow. Staff was very unprofessional and not very friendly."

Prós: "Easy to board and easy flight."

Contras: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Prós: "Sandwich was incredibly tasty (although not much filling)"
Contras: "2 hours on the tarmac delayed with no explanation. Uncomfortable seats, no leg room. Poor management of seating, there was enough empty seats to have groups together but they were split up. Drinks served from a communal bottle in a polystyrene cup."

Prós: "Flight was lovely, crew were friendly and very helpful and food was delicious!! We travelled with assistance for mum and it was excellent and we were kept updated all through the flight."

Contras: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Contras: "I don’t like the limited choice of drinks on these short KLM flights."

Contras: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Prós: "Everything was good. The crew was very friendly and attentive. The plane was comfortable, with great entertainment on the personal screens. The food was delicious. Flight was on time and actually arrived early, but then we had to wait for a gate (not the airline's fault)."

Contras: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Contras: "2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing"

Contras: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Contras: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"

Contras: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"

Contras: "I don’t know why they keep making boarding with stairs and bus."

Prós: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

Contras: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Prós: "nice crew; excellent check in experience!"
Contras: "boarding in Riyadh is always a nightmare. and as many have noted, the seats are too close for the average size of many boarding in Riyadh"

Prós: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
Contras: "My only problem was that there wasn't any air flow and until someone told them how hot they think it is, it was a very sweaty situation. I couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and I didn't think to tell the crew because I didn't know they would care."

Prós: "Efficient boarding. Interesting hot food. Entertainment variety very good."
Contras: "Business class seats hard. Did not flatten out for sleep."

Prós: "Entertainment center is brand new and Cleanliness Crew was ok And yeah there's wine (that way you can get plastered and ignore the uncomfortable seats)"
Contras: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."
