Wait 4 hours for a delay flight
Overall ease of process.
Waited very long for luggage, but that may be an airport problem, not yours.
Getting off of that plane.
I understand delays happen and are sometimes out of your control. However, customer service is something that you can, should, and must control. I witnessed a lack of self control of the American employees (including a Supervisor) and every point of my trip w/your customers. I was embarrassed for the American executive team.
Although I should now be at my final destination, I still have 11 hrs of travel to go. My flights were changed three times. The first cancelation caused me to buy new tickets at a higher price I had originally purchased them at. We were redirected from Kayak to Vayamo and they have no sense of customer service. Horrible
American Airlines has to be the worst airline I’ve ever traveled with. They canceled both of my flights and scheduled me for flights the next day each time. Customer service pretty poor. I opted to take a train instead. They didn’t reimburse me either. Awful
Flight attendants were super.
Delta is just another cattle car
Great flight ... food better than average, but movie selections were terrible
Movies bad selection.
Nothing other than it was over quickly.
Seat did not recline at all.
Crew seemed nice enough and everything flew on time.
The seats were so close together, my femur (upper leg bone) would not fit in the space provided. I am 6'3" and have been a very faithful Delta passenger, but I cannot see flying with them anymore if I have to upgrade just to get minimal comfort. It is indecent. I will investigate other airlines.

Long layover in Atlanta. Terrible terminal setup in LAX . Although we were on two connecting Delta flights, we had to leave the arriving terminal and take a bus to another. The second terminal (Terminal 2) was small, crowded, and had few food options.
I was told there was no more room for luggage on the plane. I had to check my luggage in and a lady behind me went with her luggage --- in fact 3 more people slip in.

The lights where off to make it feel more homie, I liked that I had the seat to myself and the crew was nice.
