Prós: Never got there. We are still in the Dominican Republic where United Airlines abandoned us.

Contras: They shouldn't have abandoned my family in the Dominican Republic.

Prós: Customer service at the Denver made my scheduled 18 hr itinerary from STL to PDX via Denver a mere 7 hour one. That saved me so much money in dining out and hotel rooms that I can’t thank them enough.

Contras: The food choices weren’t great on the Denver to PDX flight but that’s usually how it is.

Prós: great seats and flight

Contras: not that i can think of

Prós: Nothing

Contras: Very uncomfortable flight

Prós: Crew was ok

Contras: The flight is usually 3 hours it took 4 and a half . Don’t know why Capitan didn’t mention a thing

Contras: Flight overbooked, they assigned me a seat 5 minutes before departure

Prós: Friendly crew, but that is pretty normal for Aeroméxico and expected. Glad the seats had the flip up sides to keep ones sleeping head from falling too far to either side

Contras: A few more degrees of seat recline the meals could have been much better.

Prós: It was empty

Prós: The entire experience was great. Flight was at 1 got to the airport at 1208. They got me and my oversized luggage on the plane in time for take off.

Contras: The meal was a pasta with no protein. While delicious, along side it’s compliments of a salad, bun and yogurt, it was no bueno for someone avoiding carbs. Obviously a pathetic comment but one none the less.

Prós: Crew was amazing...

Contras: Will be better if we can get off the plane sooner and faster cause it really takes too long..

Prós: Everyone was perfect...!!

Contras: Real meal is necessary, we appreciate the snacks but real meal is necessary.

Prós: these aircraft are confyy...the staff super helpful to be honest i would rather fly with aero mexico than one of the u.s.a airlines for ex: american airlines ect.... and their selction for entertaiment was huge and up to date with all the latest stuff...

Prós: Friendly cabin staff and one of the most enjoyable addresses by a captain I've ever heard (and seen - he was out in the first class area when he welcomed us).

Contras: Nothing

Prós: Crew was super amazing and friendly! Very good service also!

Contras: No seat back entertainment..

Prós: Crew, movies

Contras: Too many announcements. It seems like they were announcing something all the time and it became annoying.

Contras: TVs/outlets on my side and section of the plane were not working.
