Ricky, the manager was great. He helped us feel at home. The room was quiet, clean and larger than I expected. I would recommend and return to Bay Bridge Inn. There were some gems in the area, The Wine Club, Whole foods and great bus connections. Initially the area looked dark but there were no problems.
It was very close to Moscone Center and Market st, so I can easily go where I want. Staff was nice.
The only issue with this place is the noise. The room was really great actually but you can hear your neighbors with thin walls and people walking by your door and people parking.
It is located very close to downtown, great guy, good value.
The staff is really, really nice! Very good guys! The rooms have everything you will need. You wont regret it. It is a basic motel.
This is not bad hotel after all. Firstly great Internet, friendly staff, breakfast (coffee and cookies with no limits ))) Hey, Ricky, man! Secondly, hotel is located in strange area, not scary, but that area needs your attention at the evening, near Mission, and Mission it's really strange, and I think danger place. I suppose at night also little bit noisy, but after my day's adventures it's ok, I slept like dead)) also I'd like notice that I still didn't received my money, which were deposit on my card, but I believe I will do.
Ease of parking. Relatively quiet. Not very well ventilated. I had to turn on the air conditioner even though it was cool outside. Also immediately after checking in and receiving my magnetic key, the person at the desk made another key, walked all the way over to the end where my room was and gave a person waiting in the alley that key. He spoke in another language so I didn't understand.
Ricky is a great staff, is always there to help you with anything, he is always worried about your confort. The sheets changes every day, the room is clean. It's very good for an Inn. Air freshener from the reception is to strong.
I like the location. Although the staff tries hard... the wifi company you deal with always seems to have issues... there were the sam issues a year ago when I stayed there... your manager has to spend hours with the technician to solve the problem.... again its the wifi companies problem ... also you do not have enough parking
Extremely friendly stuff that helps you a lot. They always try the best they can
Superb value for San Francisco! Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping & mass transit (bart & bus). Modern, comfortable & clean room with coffee maker. Staff was very attentive & always concerned that all my needs were met.
House keeping has no respect for still trying to rest. They also have respect for privacy. I had to tell them no service needed several times even though the tag was on my room door specifying no services needed.
The rooms are nice. We had ours, and my mom had one too, so we saw two of them. The location is quite good. The neighborhood is nice, and walkable to many locations. Some of the rooms were noisy because some of the people were quite loud. In the mornings, the parking lot is congested and cars cannot get out.
- reasonable price - surprising large room with microwave and refrigerator - clean but worn - friendly staff - good work table with nice desk chair -older building with signs of wear - rooms facing Van Ness extremely noisy (relocated with back room with much less street noise)
The location was great. Accessable to all transportation and we were able to park the rental car. The handicapped room was like sleeping in a garage. The bed was lumpy and old.
Good price hotel. The front desk was friendly and the parking was good. Cleanliness of the room was okey, it's just that bedsheets and pillowcases wasn't fresh and it smelled a little bit.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We heard no noise from the street or next door in any of the rooms around us. Overall Me and my girlfriend loved our stay and will definitely return! Perfect for a young couple getting away for the weekend!
We enjoyed that it was in the middle of a lot of the attractions here in San Francisco. We enjoyed walking down to fisherman a warf every morning and passing by the local coffee shops. Clean rooms and comfy bed We didn't like that there is a lot of construction here. You heard everything in the room next to us- taking showers, leaving the room and romantic things. Wish it had a sound barrior- didn't like at 7 am hearing the construction workers outside hammering and building
The bathroom we had was really big. Room wasnt badly priced, but the constant loud music being played in the parking area was really annoying. Too bad the employees didn't do anything about it.
We stayed just one night but found the room very clean, on sight parking a huge bonus and the location couldn't have been better for our trip. I would stay here again and recommend.
location location location, ample room for parking the car safely and friendly staff
Location definetly. It's in Chinatown!!!! Chinese owners, it's in Chinatown....its China man!!!!! By the way...no breakfast although both booking.com and the hotel claims to have breakfast....
Good location to most of San Francisco's attactions. Continental Breakfast was very disappointing-packaged roll w/in-room coffee maker. What a joke!
Location is great - free parking is wonderful, hotel is nice & comfortable
VIEW FROM ROOM 503 WAS GREAT PRICE KINDA HIGH ROOM WAS OLD N RUN DOWN
We liked the free parking on the premises and the central location as well as the price compared to what other hotels charge. The rooms up front next to the road are very noisy especially if you are a light sleeper. Some of the clientele and their behavior detracted from the positive aspects. Walls are very thin and you hear everything.
We had a lovely view of the bridge (Bay?) late at night and in the early morning we could see twinkly lights underneath it. Pretty. Also close to a good restaurant and the Club Fugazi.
Awesome location. Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Free parking is a major benefit. We had no issues with excessive noise. Balcony was shared with the room next door, but that was never an issue. Slept great. I will stay here again, no question about it. Wifi connection wasn't the best, but it was free so not a major drawback.
the woman on the desk was extremely helpful and understood when we had to leave a day early. This place is in the middle of the downtown area. It has many homeless and beggars and we felt unsafe, especially at night. Coming from NZ this was a culture shock and was difficult to come to terms with. However we were safe, car was untouched and all was well. This is entirely due to the great staff vigilance. I want to thank them.
close to busline manager very friendly and helpful.
Unbelievable customer service! We were able to leave our car here, after check-out, while we ran the Nike Women's Marathon 2010. We returned at ~ 3:00, cold and wet, to pick up the car. When we arrived, we were shocked to learn that they had held our room for us and let us take hot showers before heading home! That really made our day. As we expected, the neighborhood is 'iffy'. And noisy.
The neibourhood is not so bad, like the guest reviews wrote. The Staff looks very criticly who enter the building. We feel us save.
chocolats in the front desk not so good neighbourhood
The staff was nice. Location, Thin Walls, No TV Channels, Leaky faucets
the employees are nice and helpful the bed had springs broken all over the bed. the iron leaked all over the floor. the couch was broken. breakfast was a piece of bread.
Bathroom was clean. When I walked in immedeatly noticed the sheets had holes in them, there was no comforter on the bed, walls were grungy, and the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. I turned on the AC unit which made a constant loud thudding noise and then turned off - only to not turn back on. I was in SF for business so tried to use the wifi which I could not connect to so I went to call the front desk - picked up the in room phone only to find the phone had no dial tone. I called the front desk on my cell and asked for guidance connecting to wifi and told her about the air conditioner. The response I got from the girl was essentially a very rude and unhelpful it's your computer and there is nothing I can do about the air conditioner. ...
Bad neighbor, loud at night crackheads hanging out on the property
The location is great for what I go to San Francisco for. The price compared to other hotels for the size and area it's located in can't be beat. This isn't a fancy hotel with a marble lobby and valet. But it's good for going to The City and hanging out for a few days
I liked the fact it was really close to Market street and other main attractions. Many homeless people yell and get aggressive around the hotel especially at night. You feel kind of in danger when you go back to your hotel room.
We did not stay. We immediately checked out, lost our money for the first night and found another hotel.
The room were comfortable and its a low cost hotel in a tough neighborhood but in the heart of San Francisco Both of our rooms had signs of bed bugs but we couldn't find any live ones and they didn't want to give us anther room.
There was a breakfast included The WiFi didn't work, the staff was super rude, at some points there was no electricity and they didn't feel like taking care of it, breakfast was very simple, some strange people would come for breakfast - maybe homeless, I can't imagine that they were staying there.
The couch in the room was horrendous: saggy, lumpy, hurtful The bed was fine except there weren't any extra blankets. The heater worked well. It was quiet because we were in the rear portion of the motel.
The staff was very helpful and the cost was reasonable. The food could have been better.
The rate was pretty good They said on your site free parking and then charged Me $17 a night extra to park.
I had a back room, so it was reasonably quiet. Rooms and grounds are kept clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Close enough to Moscone that I walked it several times. Area does not feel safe at night.
Plenty of parking, comfortable bed, good shower Refrigerator did not work
decor of the rooms Parking area too small
The ability to park in a very busy city and the friendliness of the relief managers. The lack of facilities to make anything other than poor quality filter coffee in the room.
excellent location, parking available, clean room
The kindness of the people at frontdesk. Checking-in too late (2 pm). I had to wait for two hours for rooms to get clean. Rather poor wireless connection.
Clean, cheap and parking is included No a/c and noisy (both traffic and residents)
A good budget motel for a short stay in SF... Small stinky room...
Good location and price. Complimentaly breakfast was less than expected.
Felt like home when first checked in Felt not important at checking out
Good location. For travelers with the car- free parking. Free wi fi access
Its location. i stayed for 5 nights and my room was not cleaned once.
After some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous, but overall the room was fine. Clean, relatively comfortable, friendly staff, a bit noisy.
It is easily accessible to down town San Francisco using public transportation. I booked the king room and was given a double bed because the room was not available. The place looks horrible. It needs to be torn down. Too noisy.
Location was fine - you could walk to fisherman's wharf fairly easily. From the outside the hotel looked run-down, but the room was well-kept and clean. the bed/pillows were too soft, the wifi signal was too weak so we couldn't access the internet.
Price was unbeatable. Bathroom was remodeled and sparkling clean. Room was very plain and basic, but clean. Location was great. Parking was free. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great. Had king rooms available at no extra cost. Room had a fridge and we froze ice in baggies (no ice machine). If you are on a very tight budget, or are a bargain shopper (like us), this is a dream come true. TV easy to work, no premium channels. Half the cost of any other motel in the Marina District, and perfect to sleep and clean up and get going. One step up from a hostel. Outside was undergoing remodel, outside floor rough where walkway carpet had been removed. Long narrow parking strip, had to back out onto the street. No clothes closet or hooks to hang clothes, we used a "towel loop" in the bathroom. No in or out of room coffee service, but a 24 hour donut shop about 2 blocks away. No ice machine. If you don't care about amenities grab this deal. If you're spoiled by free hot breakfasts, or on a fantasy vacation or romantic getaway, go elsewhere. These are not complaints, just hints of the quirky things you will find.
The price for the location was excellent. Well worth the cost of not having to deal with morning rush hour in San Francisco. Would definitely stay again. I would say they could update the bedding, other than that nothing.
Hair on all 3 pillows, need I say more!!! Bathroom fairly clean, but the bed had just been made again, with used sheets. Internet connection was one bar and working between connection and off line. Do you know the feeling of writing a letter and push send, and then you are offline...? See above..
good location. Across from my favorite bar..... in a word disgusting. from the moment I got in to the non English speaking reception, to the sticky carpets, to the thin walls, to the parties happening after the bars closed, to the families leaving at 4:00am because they were well simply awake, to the road noise starting at 7:00am.
Location---close to family's home. No hair dryers in rooms. I had one delivered from the office, however, so it wa okay.
Hotel staff great! Room really clean, as was the bathroom. Bed & pillows comfy. However, if you want quiet, forget it. Doors and walls paper thin and much noise from partiers. I suggest earplugs. Motel is very close to fine dining, shopping and Starbucks though, and that's a plus! Good if you are on a budget and only use it for sleep. Very noisy, so don't stay by the elevator.
parking the room
It was open when we came in late from the airport Parking stalls, as much as they were available, were too small.
Location. Walking distance to most of Points of interest and Pier (39) and choice of quick food Restaurants nearby. My first stay at Motel Capri was in 1971 (39 years ago) and kept coming back ever since.
- Clean room - Nice bed - WiFi worked fine - Excellent location - not loud outside - Dirty outside the room - Breakfast did not start until 8am, which is too late for me
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; it was also fairly quiet for the area The furniture was shabby and the shower head wasn't very forceful
Location was great, staff was friendly. The motel was very quiet and private. We very much enjoyed our stay. I do wish the rooms WERENT so run down, but it was sill worth the price and location!
Location was ok, parking easy. Had wireless internet. Room was fine. Bed a little small for 2 people (no, we are not fat). The hotel was loud - thin walls meant we could hear TVs on in adjacent rooms, and hear people having conversations outside, doors banging late at night, etc.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable... Poor parking (of course, being in San Francisco, having any free parking is good). No air conditioning.
Can't beat the location! Bed is uncomfortable and rooms are tiny with very little sound barrier.
It was mostly clean and in decent shape for an older hotel. Location is great. The double queen room was TINY, smaller than the average master bedroom. Night staff was great, morning staff not so much. No pool, no spa, very little parking, tiny room, and expensive. Maybe the cost is just typical San Francisco prices but it sure seemed alot for not much. Elevator quit working.
It was just a place to sleep Light bulbs burned out, one security lock broken, no lik for coffee pot so it did not work. The place was clean.
Close to downtown The continental breakfast consists in a pastry (no choice). No choice, very poor breakfast, you have to eat in room, no other spaces. one day they didn't clean my room. If I would do one phone call, my phone was broken, I try to advice the staff but no way to resolve the problem. one night there was no space for parking, we had to park in another space, and we had to pay. very bad service, staff very rude.
very good location, close to the marina, restaurants. breakfast was a joke; no fridge in the room; not so clean and very dark place
Good location - close to many city attractions. Complimentary breakfast was a joke - one very sweet cookie wrapped in a foil. That's all.
The office staff was friendly. There is an elevator which is a big plus. We stayed during Fleet Week, and we were happy to have a room for a reasonable price anywhere in San Francisco. Lombard Street is noisy twenty-four hours a day. Although our room was in the back, there was still a lot of street noise.
Staff was accomodating, but the room we were first assigned was unclean and clearly had a bed bug infestation. Bed bugs in our room. We checked and noticed them immediately on the corners of the bed upon entering the room. There was a big dead one, and a bunch of droppings. A serious infestation. The staff was helpful relocating us to a room w/o them.
good value for money, very helpfull staff! They have plenty of tips to discover the city. Very kind. Ideally situated to discover the city, parking available, busses nearby. Would recommend it to everyone!
Room #308 needs a face lift..that's where I stayed the 1st time. However, the price was good and the staff friendly & helpful, and was close to my doctors/hospital. So I decided to come back & rm #309 was perfect. I brought my my own washcloths, & a few other things to make me comfy (my pillow & a throw) since I never use blankets/comforters that hotels/motels provide. I always put remote for tv in zip-lock, and I'm good to go!! Priced right plus free parking. I will always return here unless I'm with my Sweetie, then he foots the bill in 4 star hotels. I like coming here.
The lady at the front desk was nice and I understand that my problem with the reservation was not her fault. When I booked I saw the 2 queen bed room and I requested 2 of those, but when I got to the hotel they gave me 2 rooms with 1 queen bed in each. I called kayak and the lady tried to help but couldn't so I had to pay extra to get a 2 queen bed room. The place looks ok outside but kind of old inside not too much to talk about. I'm not sure at this point if it was kayaks or the hotels problem with the confusion of the amount of beds I needed in each room but I didn't like that I had to pay more. Not sure if I'll be using kayak to book again.
Nothing my experience was horrible
hotel was fine, cleaning crew were polite and the morning front dest person was very polite the front desk person that was there when i arrived at 3:00 am July 4th was very rude had an attitude and with an attitude said i needed to make a deposit of $100 but he was very rude wouldn't answer any of questions i was not comfortable with him what so ever.
best location ,sleep well ,quite ,comforte breakfast
Location was good for all major attractions. Easy to drive to location Towels very thin and small
Didn't know they would put a hold on credit card. Stairs and elevator was broken
The location was decent. It didn't seem like the cleanest place. Check in is way too late and you have to pay $2 per bag to be stored in a room that is going to sitting empty anyway. It's not about the money it is the principle. We are already paying for the stay does it really hurt them to store the guests bags for free? Are those $2 per bag really that important to you? Instead of charging the $2 just don't include the "continental" breakfast, which was only a basket full of apples and oranges and nothing else
The Friendly staff It was slightly noisy, you could hear everything outside, but not bad enough to ruin your stay. There was also a lack of entertaining television channels.
Poor Enviroment poor and customers have to go to their rooms which was located on the opposite side of the check in Main Hotel, the breakfast was poor as well, nothing added after food finished.
Close to At&T Ball Park Location
Room service came at 9:30 am. They didn't let me know that they were going to lock my car in at night and there was no one at the front desk to open it.
the location was good, there was free parking, the room was clean and comfortable
Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, convenient location for everywhere I planned to go. Great staff The location is in a bit of a sketchy area, and there were the same 4 guys standing on the corner of our motel all day clearly selling drugs.
The hotel room smelt terribly bad. I didn't like walking the streets around the motel at night.
Very clean bathroom. The carpets in the corridors are old and smell. They could do with being replaced or at least opening a few windows. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's in a good location and good value for money.
It was useful to me location wise, 2 kms from city centre areas, and 5 km from Mission where I had to go for work. This area is in the "tenderloin" which is the area with lots of homeless, prostitutes and persons with drug addicts on the street, so single woman walking is not a great idea And they had a "room service" advertised, but it didn't exist.
Free parking for guests. In a city where public parking costs $20 on averge, this is a great deal.
Close to Moscone ctr Not very clean, definitely not worth the money we paid
Nothing No shampoo or other items in the room had to ask front desk for them. Constant drug deals going on right outside hotel. My small children even noticed it. Don't stay there if you have children.
Proximity to Union Square A bit run down and dirty...
for the money paid it was quite central to the night scene but there is a lot of homeless around they seem intimidating but they didn't bother anyone, there is plenty of people around day and night.
It was close to the things we needed to do in the city. The neighborhood was not the best but not that bad.
Budget hotel with clean rooms, staff are helpful. Easy car parking, free wifi, and my room on the third floor was quiet. Good position to get to bars and restaurants. The walls are a little thin, I could hear the person next door talking on his phone. The area is quite run-down, but I didn't feel unsafe at night.
Great price the bed was comfortable. The shower.
Advertise King bed, but was only a queen. Continental breakfast was horrible, why even bother. Otherwise it felt like a budget hotel even when we were "upgraded" to a deluxe room. Maybe places in the city just aren't great value, although I've stayed at a nicer place for a better price in the Tender Loin, even though that area is one I'd never spend time in again.
Works great when you are visiting the marina or the palace of fine arts. Great location for lots of SF activities. It is on Lombard street so it is a bit noisy but not bad for the price Noisy, needs renovating.
Nice location. Relatively cozy. Their breakfast was more of a snack, but hey, it was free. The walls/ceilings are way too thin. It sounded like we had a heard of rhinoceroses above us. Luckily there were no bed bugs, but it seems at one time there was because of old bed bug stains on the sheets.
Very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is good and they have free parking. The hotel is right on a busy street so you get street noise but just turn on the air unit and it's enough white noise to take car of it. The room is small but has all you need.
proximity to restaurants ants in the bathroom and main room
Location is ok Expensive for what you get Shower is disgusting Room is ok- but not with the price
I like the location. Close to many shops and restaurants The building is pretty old and the downpour from the rain that day was all over the stairs.
The room was clean and spacious, and both my friend and I had parking spaces close to the room. The room didn't have microwave--I heated a carafe of water in the coffee maker to make a bowl of instant oatmeal in the morning. The clerk at the front desk was pleasant, but seemed perturbed when I asked for a second parking pass. He knew that my friend and I were arriving separately, but was surprised that we both had cars.
Nothing at all. Receptionist lied and said we would be charged even if we cancel the room, ended up staying at the marina motel across the street, way better room with kitchen and couch + room for cheaper than what la luna was asking for.
Great location and our room had an ocean view! the room had no heat and the solution was only to move us. We did not move, we used sleeping bags to stay warm. The hot shower helped.
The bathroom floor was clean. Toilet was clean. Had new TV. Location, no beach view. Terrible parking for cars, not enough spaces & they were small. We had to find our own parking outside the motel. Very small bathroom, mold growing in shower, Water pressure in shower very, very low. The king bed didn't fit in the bed frame, you risked injury with bed frame. We were awakened by the muni-trains that start running at 5:30, and ran every 20 minutes. We had to climb two sets of stairs to get to room, no elevator for handicapped or disabled. Alarm clock & coffee maker not plugged in, & outlets in wall were very difficult to reach. Easily... this was the worst motel I've stayed in that cost more than $100.
The room we got was really big and clean for the price. The window at the front desk. Is not inviting to potential guests and it puts fear in those who are checking in. It makes some feel that the hotel is not a safe hotel to stay at. My suggestionn is to keep the bullet proof glass, but don't make it a reflective window so that guests can not see the clerk processing our credit card. Also, an elevator would help, or have the clerk offer or suggest a room on the lower floors because there is no elevator provided.
Hotel was clean,,, quiet ,,, and large windows !
Proximity to Golden Gate Park, where I was participating in an event. Everything. The parking lot was difficult to navigate. TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. Zero hot water for the showers. When I went to the desk to ask about the water (since I couldn't call), there was no one there. I had to call the general line and he said he would "turn the hot water on". What kind of hotel doesn't leave the boiler on? Avoid this place if you want a pleasant stay!
One block from the beach. Nice coffee shops/restaurants close by. Room was dirty. Huge stain on carpet. Could have had a white outline of a body around it. Creepy.
Convenience to N-Judah which we took everywhere sometimes with connections; loved Java Coffee shop downstairs need hooks and shelves in bathroom and bigger, softer towels
The service is great and the staff was friendly and courteous The towels are a bit weak
Hotels in San Fran are expensive, this one is clean and relatively safe. It's ok for the price. I would stay there again. Safe and clean
Location & price. Near our daughter & her family & reasonable price. Can hear the N-Judah streetcar from the rooms - even in the back.
the location, parking, the price We were first given the keys to a room that was not yet ready and had to go back to the front desk to be reassigned a different room.
Location close to beach. The place was filthy, smelled of curry, many lights and tv did not work properly, I hat to unplug the tv to turn it off. The telephone in the room and the hair dryer didn't work. Next to a hipster coffee shop where many homeless types hang out, blacking the driveway. It took several minutes to get anyone to come to the front desk and help us. The price jumped from the advertised rate of $98 dollars to $149. Do not book here under any circumstances.
Friendly staff during check-in and check-out. Clean and spacious room with nice facilities, Wi-Fi and airconditioning worked fine. The hotel is located in SoMa, with excellent access to a number of bars and clubs, both gay and straight, within just a couple of blocks. The neighbourhood has a reputation for being sketchy. I never felt unsafe, but you'll find bus links just across the road if you are easily intimidated by homeless people and urban decay and don't prefer to navigate on foot. Location not particularly convenient if you want to be able to walk to downtown or the cable cars. Carpeted floor in the guestrooms, allergic persons should take note.
Room was clean with microwave and frig. Given the layout and location a bit noisy at night but sleep with the TV on. Staff was helpful. They required a photo copy of my driver's license. I was able to get it back when I checked out but still not cool. This is the main reason they only got 3 stars
Fantastic staff, fantastic price - room came with microwave and fridge & excellent shower. Extremely convenient location. Room was 'well worn' - punch mark in wall, carpet had seen better days. I ended up only able to get a smoking room but odor was not bad.
Good opportunity to rest/relax after a long flight. Friendly and efficient staff. We could make a meal in our room and make tea and coffee. Learned about Trader Joe`s from the staff, and went there several times. The so-called continental breakfast was far too sweet according to our taste. We got what we wanted at Trader Joe`s, so it did not matter.
close distance to trader Joe and the Sf leatherscene
It was within walking distance of where I needed to go.
Mr Patel went out of his way to make all aspects a great experience. Very kind also.as referes below question, did not read website review
Refrigerator was very noisy.
The staff was friendly and helpful with any requests that we had. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room and restocking toiletries every day. Location was convenient due to a few local buses being nearby. Room had a fridge and microwave. Great thermostat. Did NOT encounter any pigeons at all unlike what others have mentioned. -The bed is smaller than it looks in the pictures and the queen size definitely does not sleep 3. -The chair had stains on it and I was not comfortable enough to sit in it due to its appearance. -The exhaust in the bathroom was SO LOUD. It needs to be either upgraded or replaced.
The hotel is close to the center. Personnel was helpfull. Equipment of the room was very good (refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, WiFi internet connection, etc.). Entrance door of the room were not insulated well against cold air from outside. While the heating was switched on it was no problem. But the hotel could spend less money for electricity if the insulation was made.
Free parking, cheap room. Helpful staff. There was no breakfast, just a coffee, tea and some cakes in front on reception desk. Parking was free but we couldn't reserve space for our car. Location is like 20-30minutes walk from city downtown, and after dark it might be quite dangerous (lot of homeless people, and other strangers) so if you are travelling alone you've better consider some other place to stay.
Very convience location, and on site parking was free. The towels could have been a better quality.
Location Rooms very small and out dated
Location, attention, just what you need to pass the night, nothing extraordinary but value for money, not expensive but with tons of shops and good restaurants one block away in Chesnut street.
The hotel and the neighborhood was far from SF downtown (30-40 min by bus), but for the same reason, very quiet. The hotel is very close to the Golden Gate Bridge (5 min by bus). The room was small but clean, and had all basic things I needed. It took a long time to get to the hotel by bus (30-40 min + waiting time), and the neighborhood didn't look very safe at night.
Location, Hotel Staff Breakfast, Price
